我国急诊门诊护理人力资源配置现状及分析

Abstract:
急诊门诊是医院的特殊服务窗口,护理人员需应用所有临床专科的急症护理,结合自身较高的专业素质,处理急危重症患者和灾难事故等不确定事件。急诊门诊护理工作存在效率低下的问题。本文通过对我国急诊门诊护士的人力资源现状的研究,综述和分析了我国急诊门诊护理人力资源的现状,寻找人力资源配置存在的问题,并对护理人力资源配置提出了建议和对策。合理的护理人力资源配置将有助于改善急诊门诊忙乱低效的现状,为未来人力资源部门对急诊门诊的护士资源配置提供科学的依据及方案。
Emergency clinic is the special service window in a hospital. Nurses in emergency clinic need to give all clinical special care and deal with uncertain events such as disaster or accident casualties. The problem of low efficiency exists in nursing work in emergency clinic. This article researches, reviews and analyzes the present situation of emergency outpatient nurses human resources in our country, looking for human resource allocation problems, and puts forward Suggestions and countermeasures on nursing human resource allocation. Reasonable nursing human resource allocation will help improve emergency outpatient fuss about the present situation of the inefficient, human resource department of emergency outpatient nurses for the future allocation of resources to provide scientific basis and scheme.
人口结构变迁对中国需求结构的动态冲击效应

Abstract: ?人口因素是影响经济增长和需求结构变动的重要变量。改革开放以来,中国人口结构变迁的主要特征体现在人口自然增长率持续下降、人口老龄化以及城市化进程中人口城乡结构的变化等方面。已有研究文献大多探讨人口因素对经济增长的影响,而对其影响需求结构变动方面的研究相对不足。基于VAR模型,本研究就中国人口结构变迁对需求结构的动态冲击效应进行实证分析,研究表明:人口自然增长率持续下降、人口老龄化和城市化均会造成消费投资比下降,这是“高投资率、低消费率”失衡需求结构形成的重要影响因素。

Abstract: led显示系统是根据点阵数据来显示汉字、字符及图像信息的。该设计利用字库将输入文本的字模提取出来,转换为适用于单片机的格式,并可将其保存为.txt文件或利用vb的activex控件通过串口与单片机进行通信,具体的通信参数可以动态设置,从而实现对led显示屏的控制作用。

Abstract: ?从聚众场合火灾中疏散群体的个体角度出发,结合人工势场和agent,提出了微观的仿真模型。该模型首先将场化影响人行为的火、门和障碍物等因素量化,构建了人工势场体系,其次以个体为对象,通过受力分析确定人员移动方向,最后通过是否开启安全通道,有无人员疏导的分析对比,合理仿真了人员疏散情形。基于visualc++实现了疏散仿真系统,通过仿真结果分析,该系统能够较真实地模拟人员疏散过程。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of a national survey (2,957sampls), the research team gained a clear understanding of the current situation and summarized the success and the existing problems from four aspects (concept, system, support and behavior). An indepth analysis was conducted on how to improve the integrity culture of education system in China. The second paper focuses on the nature of integrity culture in education, which involves morality, fairness and rule of law.

Abstract: 以325名幼儿为被试,收集母亲报告的家庭人均月收入、儿童一般社会能力和家庭环境,及教师报告的师生关系,考察了家庭收入在儿童早期社会能力中的作用,及家庭社会文化环境在其中的中介作用和家庭情感环境在其中的调节作用。结果发现:(1) 高收入家庭儿童的一般社会能力及师生关系质量显著高于低收入家庭的儿童;(2) 在家庭收入对儿童一般社会能力的预测中,家庭社会文化环境中的智力-文化取向与社交-娱乐取向均发挥了中介作用,家庭情感环境中的控制性发挥了调节作用,且家庭智力-文化取向的中介作用受到了家庭控制性的调节;(3) 在家庭收入对师生关系质量的预测中,家庭情感环境中的控制性和矛盾性发挥了调节作用。
基于稀疏分解的交通图像压缩

Abstract: 随着道路实时监控系统的广泛应用,需要处理的数据量激增,为了解决传统图像压缩方法随压缩比增大解码图像质量急剧下降的问题,提出一种新的基于稀疏分解的交通图像压缩算法。该算法将稀疏分解引入到交通图像压缩中,先根据交通图像特点,引入背景差法对交通图像进行预处理,然后采用稀疏分解算法对图像进行分解,最后通过分析交通图像稀疏分解后的数据分布规律,并根据低比特率图像压缩要求,提出改进的排序差分编码方案进行编码,以期在低比特率下,获得较好的解码图像质量。仿真试验结果表明,与现有的排序差分编码算法相比,该算法能够更有效地实现交通图像的压缩,相同压缩比下,解码图像有更高的峰值信噪比和主观图像质量。

Abstract:
目的:探讨铝造模阿尔茨海默病小鼠大脑神经损害后,海尔福口服液对其再生的治疗效果。方法:选用昆明种小白鼠48只,随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、治疗1组、治疗2组,每组12只。后3组用氯化铝和硝酸铝喂养3个月,复制铝染毒动物模型。染毒2个月后,治疗1组、治疗2组分别用大、小不同剂量的中药海尔福口服液灌胃治疗1个月,正常组和模型组用等体积的蒸馏水灌胃对照。测定实验前和试验后的血红蛋白(Hb)。实验结束后,分别测小鼠血清和脑匀浆的各项生化指标。并取部分大脑用10%甲醛溶液固定后,作病理检查,对比分析。结果:模型组脑匀浆乙酰胆碱酯酶(TchE)活性明显低于其他三组,(P < 0.01或P < 0.05),而模型组脑匀浆丙二醛(MDA)却显著高于治疗组(P < 0.01或P < 0.05),氧自由基清除率正常组最高,模型组最低。大脑病理检查结果显示,铝中毒模型组的光镜结构,大脑皮质分层不清楚,外颗粒层颗粒和内颗粒细胞数量明显减少,胞质的尼氏体也减数量少且体积变小。有较多的神经元萎缩、变性;治疗组的病理改变得到很好改善,颗粒细胞数量增多,神经元胞质尼氏体也数量增多体积增大,其中治疗2组病理改变得到改善较明显。结论:铝致阿尔茨海默病小鼠脑组织TchE活性和氧自由基清除率明显下降,大脑神经元受损害,海尔福口服液治疗后明显好转。
Objective: To explore the curative effect of HaierFu liquid on Alzheimer’s disease by aluminum lead poisoned mice. Methods: 48 Kunming white mice were divided into 4 groups: normal group, model group, treated group 1 and treated group 2. There were 12 rats in each group. Mice of the later three groups were fed with AlCl3 and Al(NO3)3 for three months to make aluminum lead poisoned mice model. After being poisoned two months, mice of treated group 1 and treated group 2 were poured with different dosages of Chinese medicine—HaierFu liquid for one month, and mice of normal group and model group were poured with equal pure water at the same time. Blood Hemoglobin (Hb) was determined before and after experiment, and biochemical indices of serum and brain tissue were determined at the end of experiment. Result: The vitality of TchE in brain tissue of model group was obviously lower than that of other groups (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). However, the content of MDA in brain tissue of model group was obviously higher than that of treated group (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05), and for the clearance rate of oxygen-free radicals, normal group was the highest while model group was the lowest. There was no obvious difference of Hb and Tc in serum, and ALT in serum among each group. Conclusion: The vitality of TchE in brain tissue and the clearance rate of oxygen-free radicals in Alzheimer’s disease by aluminum lead poisoned mice were obviously decreased; HaierFu liquid have an obvious curative effect on Alzheimer’s disease by aluminum lead poisoned mice.

Abstract:
纳米ZnO作为光催化剂,无毒无害、性能及结构稳定。石墨烯厚度只有0.335 nm,具有独特的层状结构,可以为纳米ZnO附着提供良好的附着平台。石墨烯是良好的电子受体,为电子的传输提供了优异的平台,抑制了光生电子–空穴对的复合,同时石墨烯对抗生素废水中所含物质也有一定吸附性能,也一定程度上提高了光催化剂的催化效率,所以提高了光催化剂对抗生素类废水所含物质的吸附性能,从而达到处理废水的效果。本文制备的ZnO/石墨烯复合物,通过单因素和正交试验得出降解抗生素类废水的最佳条件是:催化剂投加量25 mg,pH为6,反应时间为4 h,反应温度为40℃,降解率达到了91.6%。
As a photo-catalyst, nanometer ZnO is non-toxic, harmless and its performance and structure are stable. Graphene, with an unique layer structure, though has a thickness of just 0.335 nm, can provide a good plat-form for the adhesion of nanometer ZnO. Graphene is a good receptor, which provides a good platform for electronic transmission and suppresses the compound of the photo production electronic-hole. Meanwhile, graphene can adsorb certain substance contained in the antibiotic wastewater, which to a certain extent develops the efficiency and the adsorption of the photo-catalyst, and finally improves the wastewater. In this paper, the best condition to degrade antibiotic wastewater through single factor experiment and orthogonal test is that when the dosing quantity of the catalyst—ZnO/Graphene compound is 25 mg, pH is 6, reaction time is 4 h and temperature is 40?C, the degradation rate can reach91.6%.
