CBCT转化的二维平片与头颅侧位片对上气道二维测量的比较研究

Abstract: 摘要 目的: 研究三维CBCT转化的二维侧位片(CCB)和数值化头颅侧位片(LCR)对于上气道相同解剖部位的测量结果是否有差异,并且进行两种测量方法的可靠性分析。方法: 将个别正常牙合志愿者的CCB和LCR分别导入Winceph8.0中进行上气道矢状面的距离测量;同一测试者分别进行3次测量; 采用SPSS24.0统计软件,进行组内相关系数、配对t检验来检验不同测量的可靠性和统计学差异。结果: 个别正常牙合志愿者的CCB和LCR分别对上气道进行测量,测量结果符合正态分布后,用配对t检验发现两组不同测量方法所得的PNS-Ba、PNS-Ad1、H-C3、H-FH有统计学差异;每项测量项目都进行3次测量,发现ICC值均大于0.75,说明两种测量方法可靠性均较高,但CBCT转化的二维平片ICC平均值为0.930,而头颅侧位片的ICC平均值为0.830,说明CBCT转化所得的二维平片可靠性高于头颅侧位片。结论: 个别正常牙合的CCB和LCR在骨性标志点的测量值有统计学差异,而软组织标志点的测量值则没有统计学差异;两种测量方法可靠性均较高,但CCB可重复性高于LCR

Abstract: The DNA-damaging effects of the combined pollution of heavy metal and organic contamination on earthworms were evaluated by single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) assay. Earthworms Eisenia andrei were exposed to single or combined test compounds in different doses of cadmium (Cd) 5, 10, 50 mg/kg and phenanthrene (Phe) 0.5, 2.5, 12.5 mg/kg with a treatment of 14 d. In SCGE assay, isolated coelomcytes and electrophoresis were employed to determine DNA damage degree after a 14-d treatment by test compounds. The results showed that there was a significant statistical difference between earthworms treated with Cd combined Phe with them treated alone with Cd or Phe. The Olive tail moment (OTM) of SCGE assay using earthworm coelomcytes appears to be a sensitive biomarker for evaluating exposure to genotoxic compounds. These tests also revealed that the interaction between Cd and Phe to DNA damaging effects was negative, and was strongly dependent on the concentration of pollution. This study corresponds to exploratory phase in order to reveal interaction effects of heavy metal and organic contamination on earthworms and then to set up more in-depth analysis to increase progressively the understanding of the genotoxicity mechanisms involved.

Abstract: For single crystalline and melt-textured samples there exist several different activation energies for fluxoid creep, which are related to various vortex orientations and hopping directions. We discuss how to obtain these anisotropic activation energies from magnetic relaxation data and present measured results of a melt-textured YBCO sample.

Abstract: 目的 采用二维斑点追踪超声成像(2D-STI)定量评价餐后低血压(PPH)患者左心室心肌应变的早期损害。方法 入选首次诊断PPH患者20例,21例非PPH患者对照。应用2D-STI测定2组餐前及餐后1.5 h左心室整体纵向应变(GLS)、环周应变(GCS)和径向应变(GRS),同时用常规方法测量心脏结构和功能。结果 常规方法检测2组心脏结构功能无显著差异。餐前PPH组GLS显著低于非PPH组(P=0.02),GCS、GRS无显著差异。对比2组患者餐前、餐后心肌应变,发现PPH组餐后1.5 h GLS(P=0.045)显著下降,而非PPH组餐前餐后整体心肌应变无显著差异。采用Logistic 回归分析,餐前GLS(P=0.02,OR=0.46),餐后GLS(P=0.001,OR=0.27)、GCS(P=0.008,OR=0.41)、GRS(P=0.004,OR=0.33)和PPH具有显著相关性。餐后GLS的ROC曲线下面积(AUC=0.86, P=0.001)显著大于24 h平均SBP(AUC=0.66, P=0.08)和左室射血分数(AUC=0.44, P=0.47)。结论 PPH可能会引起心脏功能隐匿性损害。相比常规心脏超声检查,STI技术能更容易发现PPH左心室心肌功能的早期损害。
: Objective To quantitatively evaluate the early injury in left ventricular myocardial strain in patients with postprandial hypotension (PPH) by using 2D speckle tracking imaging (2D-STI). Methods Twenty patients who were first diagnosed with PPH (PPH group) and 21 patients without PPH (NPPH group) were recruited. The global longitudinal strain (GLS), global radial strain (GRS), and global circumferential strain (GCS) of left ventricle were measured before and 1.5 h after meal with 2D-STI. Meanwhile, cardiac structure and function were evaluated by conventional method. Results There was no significant difference in heart structure evaluated by conventional method between two groups. Before meal, GLS in the PPH group was significantly lower as compared with the NPPH group (P=0.02), but there was no significant difference in GCS and GRS. GLS in the PPH group was significantly decreased 1.5 h after meal as compared with that before meal (P=0.045), whereas there was no significant change in the overall myocardial strain in the NPPH group after meal. Logistic regression analysis showed that GLS before meal (P=0.02,OR=0.46), and GLS (P=0.001, OR=0.27), GCS (P=0.008,OR=0.41), and GRS (P=0.004,OR=0.33) after meal were significantly correlated to PPH. The area under the ROC curve of GLS after meal (AUC=0.86, P=0.001) was significantly greater than 24 h average SBP (AUC=0.66, P=0.08) and LVEF (AUC=0.44, P=0.47). Conclusion PPH may result in occult cardiac function injury. STI is superior to conventional echocardiography in detecting the early injury in left ventricular myocardial function for patients with PPH

Abstract: Using the modified Anderson-Kim theory of flux creep and the Bean model, we derive an analytical ex-pression for magnetic relaxation of high-Tc superconductors, which is applicable in the whole flux creep region. The high driving force limit of the expression gives the usual logarithmic decay law and its low driving force limit takes the exponential form. Theoretical analysis is in agreement with the existing experimental results.

Abstract: As an oil-decomposable mixture of two bacteria strains (Bacillus sp. and Pseudomonas sp.), Y3 was isolated after 50 d domestication under the condition that oil was used as the limited carbon source. The decomposing rate by Y3 was higher than that by each separate individual strain, indicating a synergistic effect of the two bacteria. Under the conditions that T = 25-40 degrees C, pH = 6-8, HRT (Hydraulic retention time) = 36 h and the oil concentration at 0.1%, Y3 yielded the highest decomposing rate of 95.7%. Y3 was also applied in an organic waste treatment machine and a certain rate of activated bacteria was put into the stuffing. A series of tests including humidity, pH, temperature, C/N rate and oil percentage of the stuffing were carried out to check the efficacy of oil-decomposition. Results showed that the oil content of the stuffing with inoculums was only half of that of the control. Furthermore, the bacteria were also beneficial to maintain the stability of the machine operating. Therefore, the bacteria mixture as well as the machines in this study could be very useful for waste treatment.

Abstract: Serum amyloid A protein (SAA) is not only an inflammatory factor, but also an apolipoprotein that can replace apolipoprotein A1 (apoA1) as the major apolipoprotein of high-density lipoprotein (HDL), which has been linked to atherosclerosis. However, the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of SAA and the intima-media thickness (IMT) of the common carotid artery in healthy subjects remains unclear. We investigated the role of SAA1 and SAA2 gene polymorphisms with IMT in a cohort of healthy subjects participating in the Cardiovascular Risk Survey (CRS) study.

Abstract: 运用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术在分子生物学水平上评价了低浓度阿特拉津长期暴露对鲫鱼DNA的影响.结果表明:0.006mg·L-1以上浓度(试验浓度系列为0.006、0.023、0.094、0.375、1.5、3mg·L-1)的阿特拉津持续暴露60d均会对鲫鱼的DNA产生影响;经筛选,确定有34条引物能够扩增出鲫鱼基因组DNA,其中有8条引物能检测出阿特拉津对鲫鱼基因组DNA影响的差异:各浓度组鲫鱼DNA的RAPD扩增产物条带均出现不同程度缺失;在较低浓度长期暴露下阿特拉津对鲫鱼基因组DNA的损伤无明显的剂量-效应关系,阿特拉津毒性在0.375mg·L-1时突然增强,但这一趋势并未向更高浓度组延续(1.5mg·L-1组表现出的毒性弱于0.375mg·L-1组和3mg·L-1组).

Abstract: 为了研究低剂量条件下,内分泌干扰物莠去津对鲫鱼血清激素的影响,探讨其作用机理和剂量-效应关系,同时筛选出敏感的生物标志物,实验以除草剂莠去津对鲫鱼进行低剂量染毒(染毒浓度0~3 mg·L-1),采用放射免疫法测定莠去津长期暴露下(60d)幼年雄性鲫鱼血清中性激素(17β-雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T))及甲状腺激素(促甲状腺激素(TSH)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3))的浓度,并将测定结果与空白对照及溶剂对照进行比较.结果发现:1)莠去津长期暴露下,各处理组鲫鱼血清E2浓度普遍升高,0.023、0.094、1.500、3.000 mg·L-1组与空白对照相比,升高显著(p<0.05);2)各处理组鲫鱼血清T浓度与空白对照相比均无显著性差异(p>0.05);3)莠去津长期暴露下,低浓度莠去津组(0.006、0.023 mg·L-1组)鲫鱼血清TSH浓度与空白对照相比差异不显著(p>0.05),而高浓度莠去津组(0.094、1.500、3.000 mg·L-1组)则显著降低(p<0.05);4)类似地,莠去津长期暴露下,低浓度莠去津组(0.006、0.023、0.094、0.375、1.500mg·L-1组)鲫鱼血清T3浓度与空白对照相比差异不显著(p>0.05),只有高浓度莠去津组(3.000mg·L-1组)显著升高(p<0.05).实验结果表明,低剂量长期暴露下,莠去津对鲫鱼体内性激素及甲状腺激素具有一定的干扰作用,尤其是对17β-雌二醇影响更为显著,因此,17β-雌二醇可作为评价农药内分泌干扰效应的生物标志物.
