Abstract: 摘要 目的:构建变形链球菌(S.mutans)耐氟菌株UA159-FR中gtfB基因失活株,为研究耐氟菌株gtfB基因的功能奠定基础。方法:培养UA159-FR并以其为模板扩增gtfB基因上游、下游同源臂片段,以质粒pEGFP-N1为模板扩增kan基因;通过重叠延伸聚合酶链反应法(overlap extension polymerase chain reaction,OE-PCR)获取上述3个片段的同源重组片段;与pEASY-Blunt Cloning Vector连接形成重组质粒后,进行PCR鉴定和测序鉴定;将重组片段电转化入UA159-FR感受态细胞中得到gtfB基因失活菌株,并进行PCR鉴定。结果:经PCR鉴定和测序鉴定,含有gtfB基因重组片段的重组质粒构建成功;经PCR鉴定,UA159-FR的gtfB基因失活株构建成功。结论:成功构建了含有gtfB基因重组片段的重组质粒和S.mutans耐氟菌株UA159-FR的gtfB基因失活株,可用于gtfB基因功能的研究

Abstract: he sulfonated polyethylene ion - exchange membrane, which is hydrophilic, resistance to solvents and acid-alkali, was prepared by a heterogeneousphotochemical chlorosulfonation of polyethylene film. Pervaporatioh separation ofdioxane/water mixture through this membrane indicates that both flux and separation factor are vary high when the fed is near azeotropic composition. The effectsof counterions, tffeperature, ion-exchange capacity and fed concentration on themparation properties were discussed. The transport of permeants was supposed tobe through a "water channel" formed from the connection of water cluster in themembrane. The "water channel' model was supported by the facts that the distance between two ion--groups is shorter than 10A for the membrane with Imeq/g, and the apparent permeation activation enefgy of water in the membraneis near that of in water.

Abstract: 中山湿性常绿阔叶林是云南省亚热带山地植被垂直带的主要类型,其中分布在哀牢山上的木果石栎、景东石栎、腾冲栲林(Lithocarpusxylocarpus、L.chintungensis、Castanopsiswattiiforest)尤其具有代表性。本文用收获法、相关曲线法测定并估算了该群落近熟林和成过熟林的生物量与年平均净积累量,结果分别为508.57t/hm2,12.1051t/(hm2·a);293.04t/hm2,7.7443t/(hm2·a),对产生差异的原因作了分析。林分的叶面积指数分别为10.04和8.96。文中还提出了群落乔木优势种各器官生物量估测的回归模型,并从生物量的角度阐明建群种在群落中的地位。

Abstract: Multiphoton Ionization (MP) Mass Spectra of n-C3H7I AND i-C3H7I are obtained using a time-offlight mass spectrometer at 532 nm. No parentions are observed in MPI of both isomers. N-propyl cation dissociates more extensively than isopropyl cation. The C2H+5(M/Z=29) ion is observed instead of C2H+4(M/Z=28) ion in MPI of n-C3H7I, in contrast to i-C3H7I. It is found that parent molecules are first two-photon resonantly excited to A-band, then go through dissociation. Fragment ions are produced by ionization and dissociation of neutral fragments. We present directly the diss ociation pathways of n-propyl cation according to the results proposed by Levine using maximum entropy formalism. Moreover, those of isopropyl cation are discussed in this paper through branching ratio analyses.

Abstract: 通过采样调查法和烘干称重法,对分布在青藏高原东缘不同海拔高度的禾叶风毛菊的繁殖分配的特征进行研究。结果表明:(1)随着海拔的升高,禾叶风毛菊的个体大小、营养器官生物量、繁殖器官生物量、个体管状小花数目、雄蕊质量均与海拔呈负相关关系(P<0.01);繁殖分配、管状小花生物量、雌蕊质量均与海拔呈正相关关系(P<0.01);(2)繁殖分配是依赖个体大小的,个体越大,繁殖分配越小(P<0.01);(3)禾叶风毛菊个体管状小花的数目及重量(P<0.05)、雌雄蕊重量(P<0.05)之间存在权衡关系。由此推论:(1)海拔作为外界因子对禾叶风毛菊花期各生物量及繁殖分配有显著的影响,但海拔并不是影响禾叶风毛菊繁殖分配唯一生态因子,植株个体大小也与其繁殖分配策略密切相关;(2)禾叶风毛菊的垂直分布的特征很有可能就是海拔通过影响植株个体大小变化来完成的。
Expression of HLA-DR/CD14 on peripheral blood mononuclear cells and its clinical significance

Abstract: Objective To investigate the HLA-DR/CD14 expression on the surface of peripheral blood mononuclear cell and its clinical significance.Methods One hundred and forty patients hospitalized from Apr.2008 to Apr.2009 were involved in present study,including 101 of acute and severe cases and 39 other cases,while 20 persons undergoing health examination were involved as control.The expression rate of HLA-DR/CD14 on peripheral blood mononuclear cells was detected by flow cytometry,and the serum level of C-reactive protein(CRP) in acute and severe group was determined,and the correlation between HLA-DR/CD14 expression rate and CRP level was analyzed.Meanwhile,15 cases were selected from acute and severe group,the expression rate of HLA-DR/CD14 on peripheral blood mononuclear cells at 1,4,8,12,16 and 20 days after emergency hospitalization was determined and its relation to disease courses and clinical symptoms was dynamically observed.Results The expression rate of HLA-DR/CD14 was markedly lower in acute and severe group(38.64%±14.15%) than in other disease group(56.04%±21.01%,P < 0.05) and control group(76.33%±7.82%,P < 0.01),and in other diseases group than in control group(P < 0.05).Correlation analysis indicated that a negative correlation existed between the expression rate of HLA-DR/CD14 and serum CRP level in acute and severe group(r=-0.704,P < 0.01).Dynamic observation of 15 patients in acute and severe group showed:the expression rate of HLA-DR/CD14 decreased continuously without amelioration in 6 died patients till their death;while was improved gradually to normal level with symptom improving in other 9 survival patients till their recovery.Conclusion The expression rate of HLA-DR/CD14 on peripheral blood mononuclear cells is closely related to the severity of infection and disease,and may be used as an immune parameter to estimate the clinical severity and prognosis of acute and severe diseases.

Abstract: 摘要: 研究了一类椭圆方程约束的最优边界控制问题的数值求解方法。为了避免运用传统数值方法所产生庞大的计算量,我们采用非重叠型区域分解迭代方法。 即:将求解区域Ω分解成若干个非重叠子区域,把上述的最优边界控制问题分解成这些子区域上的局部问题,这些局部问题间的内边界条件采用Robin条件。建立了求解这些局部问题的迭代格式,推导证明了迭代格式的收敛性。最后,给出一个数值算例,验证了迭代格式的有效性。
Abstract: A numerical method for solving optimal boundary control problems governed by elliptic equations is considered. In order to avoid large amounts of calculation produced by traditional numerical methods. An iterative non-overlapping domain decomposition method is established. The whole domain is divided into many non-overlapping subdomains, and the optimal boundary control problem is decomposed into local problems in these subdomains. Robin conditions are used to communicate the local problems on the interfaces between subdomains. The iterative scheme for solving these local problems is studied, and prove the convergence of the scheme is proved. Finally, a numerical example to prove the validity of the scheme is presented
A neglected master on integrative medicine: Wei-Ju ZHU

Abstract: Through analyzing the academic ideas in Shanghan Zhinan written by Wei-Ju ZHU, a modern famous physician, it is pointed out that ZHU's achievement on integrative medicine has been overlooked. Taking the theory of syndrome differentiation of six channels from Shanghan Lun as an example, ZHU presumed that the essence of therapeutic theory of traditional Chinese medicine was to conform to or strengthen human body's self-healing and self-regulating abilities. Since Yangqi is the major force in the body to help heal disease when it occurred, ZHU often took measures to strengthen Yang first in treating disease and also was good at using hot-natured herbs, such as Radix aconiti lateralis preparata. ZHU's thoughts on integrative medicine were concerned with etiology, pathology and therapeutics. In addition, ZHU generalized the syndrome differentiation into the theory of five phases and eight principles, and made important contributions to the history of integrative medicine. His thinking will provide valuable revelation for clinical practice and modern research on traditional Chinese medicine.
