Abstract:
本文主要研究了强阻尼波动方程的整体吸引子由光滑流形来逼近。构造了强阻尼波动方程的一个非线性近似惯性流形,并得到了该近似惯性流形逼近整体吸引子的阶数估计。
In this paper, the global attractor approximation by smooth manifold is considered in strongly damped equation. A nonlinear approximate inertial manifold of strongly damped wave equation is constructed. The order of approximation of the inertial manifold to the global attractor is obtained.

Abstract: 本文研究了无界区域 上推广的B-BBM方程的长时间动力学行为。首先,利用Galerkin方法和对区域做极限的方法,验证了在无界区域 RN(n > 1)上解的存在唯一性;其次,通过算子分解技巧和加权范数的紧性以及kuratowskii -非紧测度,讨论了解的渐近光滑性;最后得到了该方程在无界区域H2 RN上整体吸引子的存在性。
The article presents the long time behavior of solution for the generalized BBM equation on unbounded domains. First, the existence and unique of the solutions on unbounded domains RN (n > 1) was proved by the Galerkin method and the method of the domain approximate. Secondly, operator decomposition method and the compactness of the weighted norm as well as kuratowskii - the non-compacted measure are applied to study the smooth property of the solution. Finally, the existence of the global attractor for the cor-responding semi-group on unbounded domains H2 RN was proved.

Abstract: 虑了具有强阻尼的非自治非线性热弹耦合杆方程组的拉回D-吸引子。首先利用Galerkin方法,证明了在一定的齐次边界条件和初始条件下系统在中的整体解的存在唯一性;其次通过先验估计,证明了系统的拉回D-吸收集的存在性;最后通过证明系统满足拉回D-条件(C),从而证明了系统的拉回D-吸引子的存在性。
In this paper, we consider the pullback D-attractor for the non-autonomous nonlinear equations of thermoelastic coupled rod with strong damping. By Galerkin method, the existence and uniqueness of global solutions are proved under certain homogeneous boundary conditions and initial conditions in ; By prior estimates, the existence of the pullback D-absorbing set is obtained; By proving the pullback D-condition (C), the existence of the pullback D-attractor of above mentioned equations is given.

Abstract: 本文研究了型钢与轻骨料混凝土的局部粘结滑移本构关系.在型钢表面刻槽贴应变片,并在与型钢应变片对应位置的混凝土表面贴应变片,由试验结果和分析得到了型钢表面粘结应力沿锚固长度的负指数分布函数;绘制了局部滑移分布曲线;给出了加载端局部粘结滑移本构关系.局部最大粘结应力主要与混凝土强度、配箍率、混凝土相对保护层厚度有关.引入粘结滑移本构关系的型钢轻骨料混凝土梁有限元分析结果和试验结果吻合较好.

Abstract: 由于关于权利本质的利益说在我国权利保护司法实践中的强大影响以及我国民事立法的结构性特点,合法利益说成为我国新兴权利保护司法实践的主流观点。在司法实践中,合法利益首先面临的是我国权利法定主义的检验;其次是利益的合法性判定的四要件检测,即利益的直接相关性、利益的非类型化性、利益的正当性和利益保护必要性检测。利益的正当性分析最为关键最具决定性。对作为具有准权利地位的合法利益的保护同样要考虑遵守权利行使的原则和要求。

Abstract: 俄罗斯个人资料法以在《自动化处理个人资料时保护自然人欧盟公约》为基础,以保护包括隐私权在内的处理个人资料时人和公民的权利与自由为宗旨,适用于包括非自动化个人资料处理在内的所有个人资料处理。其立法的最鲜明特色在于,以最大篇幅规定了个人资料处理人的义务,以此保障个人资料主体权利的实现,同时,明确规定了俄罗斯公民个人资料必须在俄罗斯境内保存的本地化保存要求,在作为法人的处理人内部设立个人资料专员制度。在国家监督与监察方面,创设了非独立的行政机关模式的个人资料主体权利保护主管机关,而非追随欧盟所倡导的独立的个人资料保护机关模式。
Russian Personal Data Act is based on European Convention on the Protection of Natural Persons in the Processing of Personal Data,for the purpose of protecting the rights and freedom including the right of privacy of persons and citizens in the processing of personal data,and is applicable to all personal data processing including non-automated personal data processing. The most distinctive feature of its legislation is that the maximum length of the provisions is about obligations of personal data processing person in order to protect the realization of the personal rights of the main body. At the same time,it clearly defined that Russian citizens' personal information must be preserved in the Russian territory,and a system of personal data specialists should be established in the processing person as a legal person. In the area of national supervision,it established a non-independent administrative organ model of the main body for the protection of subjective rights of personal data,rather than following the European model of independent personal information protection agencies.
降膜结晶过程传热传质简化积分模型模拟计算

Abstract: 本文在对降膜结晶分离过程进行传热传质分析的基础上,建立了简化数学模型。文中按时间先后次序分成若干时间流股,并对每一流股按随体坐标自上而下对传热和传质方程进方积分,其中利用稳态充分发展的传热传质公式计算局部、即时的结晶量,进一步将不同时间流股所得结晶量叠加即得到结晶在空间和时间上的分布。文中将计算结果与所作的实验结果进行了比较,二者吻合较好。最后利用本文的计算模型进一步对广泛的影响因素进行了研究,获得一系列有益的结果。

Abstract: 采用液固二相分区域统一模型,以二元有机熔体(萘-硫茚)为例,对实验管式降膜结晶器的动量、热量和质量传递过程进行了数值模拟,获得了液相区和固相区随时间的变化和枝晶状液固两相区内固相含量的变化及全场温度分布以及主组分萘分布及流场速度分布随时间的变化.由积分得到的结晶层厚度及萘纯度与相应的实验数据进行了比较,所得结果在未引入任何经验常数的条件下与实验结果符合较好.所建立的液固二相分区域统一模型可以较好地处理实际降膜结晶过程中枝晶状固液两相共存区晶体生长现象及不规则液固相变界面
