不平衡数据学习算法在相似性学习中的应用*

Abstract: 在现实问题中,相似性学习的样本对存在不平衡现象,即相似性样本对的数量会远小于不相似性样本对的数量.针对此问题,文中提出两种样本对构造方法——不相似K近邻-相似K近邻(DKNN-SKNN)和不相似K近邻-相似K远邻(DKNN-SKFN).运用这两种方法可有针对性地选择相似性学习样本对,不仅可加快支持向量机的训练过程,而且在一定程度上解决样本对之间的不平衡问题.在多个数据集上进行文中方法和经典的重采样方法的对比实验,结果表明DKNN-SKNN和DKNN-SKFN具有良好性能.

Abstract:
于2008年8~9月对渤海海域进行了调查,采集了28个站位的表、底层海水样品及部分站位的中层水样,对溶解氧化亚氮(N2O)浓度及海气交换通量进行了研究。结果表明:夏季渤海表层海水溶解N2O浓度范围为7.14~8.32 nmol/L,平均浓度为(7.56 ± 0.33) nmol/L。底层浓度范围为7.22~10.98 nmol/L,平均浓度为(8.14 ± 0.89) nmol/L。其水平分布有较大空间变化,受到陆源输入、沉积物释放和水温的影响。表层海水中N2O的浓度和饱和度均低于底层。利用LM86和W92模型初步估算出夏季渤海溶解N2O的海–气交换通量分别为(0.7 ± 0.2)和(1.9 ± 0.7) μmol?m?2?d?1。渤海海域表、底层海水中N2O呈过饱和状态,是大气中N2O的净源。
Nitrous oxide (N2O) in the surface and bottom waters of the Bohai Sea was measured during a survey from 26 August to 11 September of 2008. N2O concentrations in the surface and bottom waters were 7.14 - 8.32 nmol/L with a mean of (7.56 ± 0.33) nmol/L, and 7.22 - 10.98 nmol/L with a mean of (8.14 ± 0.89) nmol/L, respectively. Horizontal distribution of N2O showed great spatial variation and was influenced by land source input, sediment release and water temperature. N2O concentrations and saturations in the bottom waters are usually higher than those in the surface. The estimated air-sea N2O fluxes using the Liss and Merlivat (1986) and Wanninkhof (1992) for-mula were (0.7 ± 0.2) and (1.9 ± 0.7) μmol?m?2?d?1, respectively; hence the Bohai Sea is a net source of atmospheric N2O.

Abstract:
作为中国智慧的代表,老子的学说不仅在中国思想史上的地位极高,而且在中西交流中,也给欧洲大陆带去了不一样的价值。“道”是老子思想的代表性符号,其神秘性、革命性和实用性特征为老子的西传推波助澜。在此后的欧洲对老子之“道”研究中,分别出现了19世纪传教士基督教的比附性解读,20世纪汉学家们寻求《老子》本意的专业性解读和哲学家们的沟通中西哲学的阐释。并最终在经过了漫长的非职业化和相对职业化的解读后,在现当代汉学家和哲学家——尤其是存在主义哲学家那里,找到了比较趋近老子本意的契合之处,且于20世纪后期进入到更加多元化的解读时代。本文试图以宏观背景下整体特征的概述和具体个案解析相结合的方法,通过梳理“道”在欧洲的传播,来看老子思想在欧洲的接受、影响和传播。
As a representative of Chinese wisdom, Lazi’s theory is not only has a high status in the history of Chinese thoughts, but also has brought Europe different wealth in the communications between China and the Western countries. Tao is the representative symbol of Laozi’s theory. It has the characteristics of being mystical, revolutionary and practical. Those features have served for its dissemination in Europe. In the following studies of “Tao”, there appeared the analogical inter-pretation of Christian missionaries in the 19th century. In the 20th century, sinologists sought professional interpretation of the original ideas in Laozi and interpretations of philosophers who attempted to communicate the Western Philosophy and Chinese Philosophy. Finally, after a lengthy interpretation of amateurism and relative professionalism, from contemporary sinologists and philosophers—especially Existentialist philosophers, we have found correspondence which fits the intention of Laozi. In the late 20th century, the study has progressed into a more diversified field. In this paper, this paper tries to explain the acceptance, influence and spread of Laozi’s ideas in Europe by combing out the spread of “Tao” in Europe.

Abstract:

完整的代谢组学分析流程包括样本的采集与前处理、代谢组数据的采集和获取、数据的处理与分析、标志物的识别与生物学阐释等步骤。本文依据代谢组学的分析流程综述了基于GC-MS的代谢组学方法筛选肺癌标志物的研究流程及进展,并对GC-MS分析技术在代谢组学研究中存在的问题进行了总结与展望。
The complete analytical procedures of metabolomics include sample collection and pretreatment, metabolomic data collection and acquisition, data processing and analysis, as well as markers identification and biological interpretation. In this context, the review deals with the current development and further trends in the discovery of lung cancer biomarkers based on GC-MS analytical procedures of metabolomics.

覆岩及采动岩体裂隙场分布特征的可视化探测

Abstract: 利用钻孔彩色电视系统观测了大量钻孔内部原生裂隙以及采动岩体裂隙的分布及其发育特点.研究得出原生裂隙场具有绝大多数发育横向微裂隙,裂隙被充填物所充填以及部分发育纵向裂隙,较破碎的特点;采动岩体裂隙则具有发育纵横交错的相交裂缝,以高角度纵向裂缝为主,且随着离煤层顶板距离减小,并逐步向破碎型裂缝发展的特点.

Abstract: 针对机械产品设计中的装配约束验证问题,采用构造装配约束验证树的方法,将机械产品设计中存在装配约束关系的信息存储在树的节点中,将修改后的设计参数存入修改器,使用监视器监视修改器内容的变化,并对验证树进行实时更新,通过验证分析器调用监视器中的堆栈信息来决定验证工作的启停,实现了装配约束关系的动态、关联验证。开发了一个动态关联式装配验证原型系统进行实例验证,结果表明,该系统能够与设计同步监测设计变化对约束关系的影响,动态地检测出违反装配约束关系的设计缺陷。
醋酸钙不动杆菌的分离鉴定及溶藻特性

Abstract: 淡水微囊藻水华不仅造成水体动植物缺氧死亡,而且释放藻毒素,影响人类和其它动物的健康。利用液体感染技术,从河南省平顶山市白龟山水库分离一株能够溶解铜绿微囊藻PCC7806的溶藻菌,命名为溶藻菌5,16SrDNA核苷酸序列测序证实该菌株为醋酸钙不动杆菌。它具有一定的溶藻特异性,只溶解PCC7806,对FACHB-930和斜生栅藻没有影响,能够促进衣藻和红球藻的生长。最佳溶藻体积比为1∶1。溶藻菌5的菌体和无细胞培养物均具有相同的溶藻效果。显微观察藻细胞被溶解的黄化液显示细菌并未附着在藻细胞周围,也无菌胶膜形成。表明溶藻菌5可能通过释放杀藻物质和与藻竞争营养物质两种机制溶解藻细胞。

Abstract: 为了替代高毒性、高残留的化学杀线剂,研究了黄姜、徐长卿、藜芦、喜树4种中草药提取物对怀牛膝根结线虫的田间防治效果。结果表明,黄姜和徐长卿提取物防治效果较好,根结减少率分别达到88.87%和86.66%,病级下降了3级以上,根长增长率为66.58%和62.18%,根鲜质量增长率为92.55%和93.23%,株高增长率为73.01%和73.64%,地上部鲜质量增长率为82.35%和81.09%,产量及齐墩果酸含量相比对照(水)也极显著提高。研究还发现,怀牛膝根结数与主根根长、根鲜质量、株高、地上部鲜质量、产量均呈极显著的负相关。总之,根结线虫会严重影响怀牛膝的生长发育,应用4种中草药提取物均能够有效防治怀牛膝根结线虫病。
海下综放开采防水安全煤岩柱厚度的确定

Abstract: 针对龙口海域下开采的实际情况,分析了海域扩大区水文地质条件,收集整理国内13个矿区综放开采导水裂缝带高度实测数据,选取采厚、基岩柱厚度、倾角、顶板单轴抗压强度、泥岩比例和覆岩结构6种因素作为导水裂缝带发育高度预测模型的影响因子,建立导水裂缝带高度预测模型,并对不同采厚条件下导水裂缝带高度进行了预测;应用FLAC软件进行了断层条件下覆岩破坏规律的模拟,计算了不同落差、不同倾角的正断层对导水裂缝带发育高度的影响,得出在软弱覆岩类型综采工作面(采厚4.4m)有正断层(倾角45~65°)、落差小于6.0m的情况下,导水裂缝带发育高度较之正常地质条件下增大14.4%~22.2%.提出了综合考虑断层和正常条件的防水安全煤岩柱设计,确定在海域放顶煤开采正常覆岩条件下防水安全煤岩柱厚度为55.5m;受断层影响条件下,防水煤岩柱厚度为62.5m.
