Abstract:

我国各地防雷工作基本形成了分级管理的模式。但是,还有极少数省、市、县气象局还没有成立防雷安全管理机构(防雷办或防雷中心)或防雷技术服务机构。在实际工作中,不得不由气象主管机构来开展工作,造成既当裁判,又是运动员的尴尬局面。在我国从事防雷产品生产、经销的厂商多达数千家,每家都声称自己的产品“质量最优”,一些从未测试过的技术数据赫然印在产品广告上,甚至产品技术数据远高于所主要采用的零部件数据,企图以此来取得市场份额,实际上扰乱了防雷产品市场。
Our country has basically formed the lightning protection classification management mode. How-ever, there are a few Bureaus of Meteorology of the provinces, cities or counties that have not yet set up mine safety management organization (lightning or lightning protection center) or light- ning protection technology services. In practical work, the meteorological departments have to carry out the work, which caused the embarrassing situation of being the referee and athlete at the same time. In China, thousands of companies engaged in mine production, each claims their products have the “best quality”, some data never tested were printed on the product advertising, and product technical data are much higher than the data used as the main component, in an attempt to gain market share, which in fact disrupts the lightning protection products market.

Abstract: 摘 要: 为了防止组织违法行为损害社会公共利益,不少国家都对公益告发进行立法,以鼓励组织“内部人”将组织违法信息向可以对此采取行动的个人或机构进行披露。公益告发制度可以较好地解决组织与社会之间的利益冲突问题,在组织行为监控、职场伦理变革、增进政治民主及促进公共法律的执行等方面都有着重要的价值。公益告发有内部告发、外部告发及告发人诉讼三种渠道。公益告发制度有三个重要的组成部分:告发人激励制度、告发人约束制度及告发人保护制度。
Abstract: To prevent an organizations from taking illegal actions to harm the social public welfare, many countries have whistle-blowing legislation to encourage the “insider” of the organization to disclose illegal information of the organization to those individuals or organizations which can take action on these issues.Whistle-blowing policy can solve the conflict between the organization and the society, and has an important value in supervising organizational behavior, reforming workplace ethics, promoting political democracy and implementing public law. There are three channels for public-interest whistle-blowing: internal whistle-blowing,external whistle-blowing and whistleblower litigation. And public-interest whistle-blowing legislation consists of three important components: whistleblower incentive system, whistleblower constraint system and whistleblower protection system

Abstract:
钢楼梯在新建工程和改建装修工程中应用广泛,经常在主体结构完工后由专业施工单位进行二次设计和单独安装。这些钢楼梯多为轻柔的空间结构,受力复杂,并没有专门的设计规定,一般多按照梁结构进行静力设计。本文对这类钢楼梯的结构设计问题进行讨论。首先,合理确定设计荷载,建立空间模型对钢楼梯进行分析,校核在复合应力状态下的强度,验算变形条件,并进行必要的稳定性分析;其次,需要研究其动力特性,根据楼梯的通行情况控制其自振频率范围和加速度响应。
The steel stair is widely used in engineering practice and is usually designed and installed by professional construction company after the main structure of building was completed. As a typical space system, the steel stair’s analysis is quite complicated. As no special codes for design, it is usually designed as a beam structure under static load. In this paper, the static design method and dynamic design method are suggested. Firstly, the design load is discussed. The strength, the deformation and the stability should be analyzed by the space model. Secondly, the dynamic characteristic, such as the vibration frequency and the vertical peak acceleration should be restricted according to the passing condition of the stair.

Abstract: 随着经济的快速发展和人口的急剧增加,水资源危机日益严重。现阶段研究贵州偏远山区水资源的是否能够满足当地人们的需求以及是否合理利用显得尤为重要。本文主要基于数据驱动研究贵州山区水资源,建立最大可支撑人口模型和GM(1,1)灰色预测模型,研究当前贵州省的水资源承载力以及预测未来该地区的水资源承载力,进而得出贵州省的水资源总量相当丰富。丰富的水资源要得以合理优化的配置,进而建立基于AHP的模糊综合评价模型对贵州省水资源智能优化配置做出合理的评价方案。
With the rapid development of the economy and the dramatic growth of population, the intensifying crisis of water resource has raised common concern. In the current stage, it is extremely important to make researches on whether the water resource in Guizhou’s remote mountain areas is capable of satisfying local demands and whether it is rational utilized. This thesis studies the water resource in Guizhou Province mainly on account of data drive; in accordance with the largest supporting population model and GM(1,1) Grey Forecasting Model, it studies the current water resource capacity of Guizhou Province, and predicts the future water resource capacity of the area, thus drawing a conclusion that water resource in Guizhou is of abundant total volume. As for the allocation that optimizes the abundant water resource, however, it is shown in the researches that the water resource in Guizhou Province is of rather low utilization efficiency and poor mobilization capability. On this basis, a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is set up based on AHP so as to provide a reasonable evaluation plan of intelligently optimized allocation of water resource in Guizhou Province.

Abstract: 为实现自动化的装配序列规划,提出了一种应用面向对象和Petri网技术定义的产品装配模型。该模型由静态模型和动态模型构成。基于模型定义,提出了局部装配可行性的判定依据,并据此建立了一种基于静态模型的动态模型构造算法。该算法通过逐层分析可能状态的变迁,最终获得装配体所有几何可行的装配序列。通过实例验证了该建模方法的有效性。

Abstract: 家兔实验表明:大黄素、大黄酸以30mg/kg的剂量灌胃给药,2~4h后尿量、排na+和k+量达最高峰,比对照组明显增多。而芦荟大黄素和大黄酚的作用较弱。大黄素、大黄酸和芦荟大黄素对免肾髓质na+-k+-atp酶活性有较强的竞争性抑制作用。

Abstract: 基于考虑初始半径的圆孔扩张理论,并根据旁压试验临界深度的形成机制与沉桩挤土的相似性,求得沉桩土体隆起的分界面,并进一步推导了沉桩引致地表隆起的曲线方程,分析了预钻孔半径对土体隆起的影响规律。由于初始半径即为沉桩施工时较为常用的预钻孔半径,因此,推导的预估土体隆起的有关方程为通用公式,当初始半径取0时,可用于普通沉桩的土体隆起分析。实际计算表明,该公式计算结果略小于实测值,但比有限元模拟的结果更接近实测值。因而提出的沉桩导致土体隆起的预估公式是简洁而实用的

学习困难儿童的元记忆监测与控制特点

Abstract: ?以有无意义联系的两种中文词对为材料,采用2×3×2混合实验设计,对小学三到五年级学习困难儿童的元记忆监测、控制水平与学优儿童之间的差异及其发展特点进行研究。结果表明:1.学习困难儿童在三种元记忆监测判断等级上均显著低于学优儿童。2.学习困难儿童具有元记忆控制能力,但其控制水平相对低于学优儿童。3.学习困难儿童的元记忆监测判断和学习时间分配之间存在交互影响。4.学习困难儿童的元记忆监测和控制水平存在较为复杂的发展特点。据此得出结论认为,学习困难儿童的元记忆监测与控制能力都比学优儿童差,同时也表现出一定的发展趋势。
