有机改性镁铝层状氢氧化物对酸性橙Ⅱ的吸附研究

Abstract: 采用共沉淀法合成以十二烷基硫酸根为层间阴离子的有机改性镁铝层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs-SDS),对其进行XRD、FT-IR表征,并研究其对水中阴离子染料酸性橙Ⅱ的吸附特性,探讨了吸附剂投加量、初始pH值、染料浓度、温度、吸附时间等因素对酸性橙Ⅱ吸附性能的影响.结果表明,LDHs-SDS对酸性橙Ⅱ染料废水具有明显的脱色效果,25℃下,0.2g·L-1和0.4g·L-1的LDHs-SDS对浓度为100mg·L-1和200mg·L-1染料的脱色率可分别达到97.41%和97.13%.在pH为3~11之间,吸附效果良好;吸附在2h内完成;LDHs-SDS对酸性橙Ⅱ的饱和吸附量为486.44mg·g-1.吸附规律较好地符合Langmuir吸附等温方程,吸附反应为吸热反应,且吸附过程符合拟二级反应动力学方程.在阴离子染料去除方面,LDHs-SDS显示出较好的应用前景.
基于跨文化视角的旅游地视觉表征差异分析——以中美游客镜头下的西藏为例

Abstract: 旅游地摄影是旅游者自身对目的地的视觉表征,通过潜在游客对目的地的形象感知影响其旅游决策.旅游地摄影被旅游企业视为旅游地视觉营销的重要策略.基于跨文化视角,以中美旅游者拍摄且上传网络的西藏旅游照片为研究对象,采用内容分析法、卡方检验、社会网络分析法和空间分析法,借助NVivo11.0、SPSS22.0、Ucinet6和ArcGIS10.2软件,探寻中美游客摄影图片对西藏视觉表征的差异,以期为旅游目的地定向营销提供参考依据.研究发现:(1)从照片编码树状节点频数来看,雄壮瑰丽的自然景观、虔诚的佛教信徒、神秘的民族非物质文化是西藏旅游形象的核心要素和符号.(2)从照片树状节点类目间差异分析来看,两组照片在自然景观、民族非物质文化、户外活动、舞台化表演和衣饰6个类目上存在统计学差异.中国旅游者的照片更倾向于表征自然景观、当地人生活细节、户外活动和精心设计的舞台化表演.美国游客的照片则更侧重于对原真性的民族非物质文化和绚丽多彩、独特别致的民族服饰的表征.(3)从照片"聚合形象地图"来看,美国样本的聚合形象地图较为复杂和多样化,而中国样本则相对简单有条理.(4)从中美游客地理摄影偏好来看,游客最爱拉萨.除此之外,中国游客更为偏爱那曲地区,而美国游客却更倾向于山南和日喀则地区.
Abstract:Tourism photography communicates destination image of tourists own visual representation. It plays an important role in potential tourists' perception of destination image, and then influences their decision-making process. Based on the cross-cultural perspective, the sample used in this research included online photos posted on the professional tourist website by domestic tourists and Flickr by American tourists previously. This exploratory study used content analysis, chi-square, social network analysis and geospatial analysis methods to explore whether there are differences between tourism destination images constructed and represented by photographs of domestic tourists and the images perceived and represented by American tourists.It obtains the following conclusions:(1) The overall image of Tibet is dominated by the magnificent natural landscape, the devout Buddhist believers and the mysterious ethnic intangible culture. (2) There are statistical differences between the two groups of photos in six categories that are nature landscape, ethnic intangible culture, local life, outdoor activity,stage performance and clothing. (3) From the photo "aggregated image maps" point of view, the American sample of the image of the polymerization is more complex and diverse, while the domestic sample is relatively simple and organized. (4) From the Chinese and American tourists geography photography preferences, visitors love Lhasa. In addition, Chinese tourists prefer the Nagqu area, while American tourists are more inclined to Shannan and Shigatse areas.
三苯胺功能染料的合成及在谷胱甘肽超低电位光电检测中的应用

Abstract: 摘要 设计合成了一种具有D-π-A结构的三苯胺功能染料(TCA), 并通过分子结构中的羧基将其配位于TiO2纳米粒子修饰的光电极表面, 发展了一种可在超低电位下高灵敏检测谷胱甘肽(GSH)的光电传感方法. 该TCA分子以三苯胺为电子给体, 噻吩为桥连基团, 氰基乙酸为电子受体. 在可见光的照射下, TCA通过分子内电子转移将光电子由三苯胺经噻吩和羧基注入到TiO2的导带能级, 进而注入基底光电极, 产生阳极光电流; 同时, TCA被氧化到氧化态. 由于氧化态TCA的稳定性好, 可循环被生理活性小分子GSH还原, 并产生放大的阳极光电流. TCA功能化的TiO2纳米粒子修饰电极对GSH表现出了极高的催化活性, 在波长为480 nm的可见光照射下, 在0 V的超低电位下即可实现对GSH的催化氧化. 基于这一性质, 发展了一种可用于GSH检测的光电传感方法. 在最优条件下, 该传感器对浓度为2~100 μmol/L和0.1~2.4 mmol/L的GSH具有良好的线性响应, 检出限低达1 μmol/L. 此外, 该光电传感器具有较好的选择性, 可排除13种氨基酸和生理活性物质多巴胺及氢醌的干扰, 因此具有一定的实际应用前景

Abstract:
本文采用氢氧化钾熔融酸化法合成了四种改性铌酸,利用XRD、氮气吸脱附曲线和NH3-TPD等考察了改性铌酸的结构特征和表面酸性,同时考察其在油酸和异丁醇催化合成油酸异丁酯中的催化反应活性,对合成条件进行了优化。试验结果表明,硫酸改性后的铌酸具有较好的催化反应性能和良好的稳定性。适宜酯化反应条件为硫酸改性铌酸催化剂,催化剂用量为原料质量的1.0%,反应温度110℃,异丁醇与油酸摩尔比2:1和反应时间8小时。
Four kinds of modified niobic acids were synthesized by potassium hydroxide melting method using different inorganic acid treatments. The structure and surface acidity of this niobic acid were studied by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption and NH3-TPD. The catalytic activity of modified niobic acid in the synthesis of tebelon had been studied. The experimental results indicated that H2SO4-Nb2O5 has the better performance and stability. The optimal conditions of etherification reaction are as follows: catalyst amount used for raw material 1.0% (weight ratio), reaction temperature 110?C, mole ratio of alcohol to acid 2:1 and reaction time 8 h.

Abstract: 本文根据区域构造背景和已知铜钼矿床的分布规律,将大兴安岭地区划分为西拉木伦河钼多金属、大兴安岭南段铜钼、大兴安岭北段铜钼和额尔古纳铜钼4个成矿带。归纳了研究区铜钼矿床的成因类型,主要有斑岩型、热液脉型、矽卡岩型等,并就各成因类型进行了典型矿床的举例。对研究区铜钼矿床的时空分布特征进行了总结,并按照典型矿床形成时间的先后顺序,重点探讨了大兴安岭铜钼矿床可能形成的构造背景,即主要与以下阶段有关:西伯利亚板块与中蒙古-额尔古纳地块的后碰撞阶段(>480Ma)、华北板块与西伯利亚板块的后碰撞阶段(250~240Ma)、蒙古-鄂霍茨克洋向南俯冲阶段及其最终闭合后的后碰撞阶段(180~145Ma)、早白垩世以来太平洋板块俯冲所导致的构造伸展阶段(<145Ma)。最后对研究区内铜钼矿床的找矿前景进行了综合评价。最后对研究区内铜钼矿床的找矿前景进行了综合评价,认为西拉木伦河钼多金属成矿带以寻找印支期、燕山期斑岩型钼矿床为主;大兴安岭南段铜钼成矿带以寻找燕山期热液脉状铜矿和斑岩型钼(铜)矿为主;大兴安岭北段铜钼成矿带以寻找早古生代斑岩型铜矿和中生代斑岩型、矽卡岩型铜矿为主;额尔古纳铜钼成矿带以寻找与中生代浅成斑岩有关的斑岩型铜钼矿床为主。

不同品种青砖茶化学成分与抗氧化活性的比较分析

Abstract: 本研究第一次分析比较了赤壁群体种、中茶108、槠叶齐和丹桂品种所制青砖茶在感官品质、化学成分及抗氧化活性方面的差异。采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱仪联用技术,对4个品种青砖茶样品挥发性成分进行了分析鉴定。结果表明,不同品种青砖茶的化学成分含量有明显差异;总抗氧化能力、抑制羟自由基能力和DPPH自由基清除能力以中茶108、槠叶齐和丹桂所制青砖茶较高;相关性分析表明青砖茶茶汤的抗氧化活性主要与茶多酚、儿茶素类化合物总量以及咖啡碱总量具有较大的相关性,其中与表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)和苹果酸的相关性最强;可溶性糖、反-2-癸烯醛、壬醛与感官评分呈极显著正相关,而没食子酸、3-甲基呋喃、苯乙酮、异佛尔酮等与感官评分呈极显著负相关;不同品种青砖茶的醛类、酮类和醇类化合物具有明显的差异,其中丹桂品种所制青砖茶的品种香明显,与其芳香醛和酮类物质含量较高相关;感官审评结果显示,4个品种所制青砖茶的品质无显著差异。通过对不同品种青砖茶的主要品质化学成分含量、抗氧化活性以及感官品质等分析,为青砖茶品种选育及其应用提供参考依据。
In this study, the differences in sensory quality, chemical composition and antioxidant activity of tea infusions made from Chibiquntizhong, Zhongcha108, Zhu yeqi and Dangui cultivasr were investigated for the first time. The volatile components of four different varieties of Qingzhuan tea were analyzed using headspace solid-phase micro-extraction (HS-SPME) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The result showed that significant differences were observed in the chemical compositions of Qingzhuan teas made from four different varieties. The total antioxidant activity, ability to inhibit hydroxyl free radicals, DPPH free radical scavenging activity of Qingzhuan teas made from Zhongcha108, Zhu yeqi and Dangui cultivars were higher; Correlation analysis revealed the significant correlations between the antioxidant activity of Qingzhu tea and the total amounts of tea polyphenols and catechins and total amount of caffeine, in particular, the correlations with EGCG and malic acid were the strongest; the sensory score was positively correlated with the contents of water-soluble sugars, trans-2-decenal and nonanal, while negatively correlated with the contents of gallic acid, 3-methylfuran, acetophenone and isophorone; There were significant differences in aldehydes, ketones and alcohols among the different varieties of Qingzhuan teas, and the unique aroma of Dangui cultivar was related to the abundant aromatic aldehyde and ketones. Sensory evaluation revealed that there was no significant difference in the sensory quality of Qingzhuan teas made from the four varieties. The analyses of major chemical components, antioxidant activities and sensory quality of different varieties of Qingzhuan tea would provide an important reference for breed selection and application of tea varieties.
