Abstract: 通过对大量资料的统计分析,对蓬勃发展中的中国城市节事活动的态势进行了较深入的阐述,这一研究主要从城市节事活动的主要类型、现状评价、基本规律、讨论与建议等几个方面加以论述。研究表明,目前我国节事活动的研究主要集中在概念界定、经济效益及效益机理评估、节事活动与社会经济发展的关系、节事运作模式等方面,研究范围较狭窄。节事活动的发展现状主要表现为数量、类型多而举办历史短,政府干预多而市场作用发挥不足,主题重复与文化、经济结合不紧密,节事活动运作模式多样化等特点。文章分析了我国节事活动的时空分布特征和规律,并对其开发与管理提出了建议

Abstract:
采用考虑汽液两相蒸发与冷凝的两流体模型和热相变模型,基于不同充汽流量和温度耦合的边界条件,进行了不同汽源参数下船用蒸汽蓄热器充汽过程数值模拟,分析了不同充汽流量和温度对蒸汽蓄热器充汽过程动态特性的影响。计算结果表明,充热能量一定条件下,充汽温度越高,蓄热器内部蒸汽温度越高,温度场和速度场分布越不均匀;充汽流量降低,蒸汽射流效应更加强烈。
Two-fluid model and thermal change model with considerations of evaporation and condensation for vapor and liquid were utilized. Based on the coupled boundary conditions with different charging flow rates and temperatures, numerical investigation on the influence of different steam source parameters on charging process of marine steam accumulator was carried out. Effects of different charging flow rates and temperatures on the dynamic characteristics of charging process for steam accumulator were analyzed. The calculated results showed that higher charging tem-perature resulted in higher temperature for steam in an accumulator in the term of certain charging energy per unit time, causing nonuniform temperature and flow field. Lower charging flow rate could cause stronger steam jet.

Abstract:
目的:探讨超声心动图诊断小儿先天性主动脉瓣及瓣下狭窄的准确性。资料与方法:分析12例术前诊断先天性主动脉瓣及瓣下狭窄患者的心脏彩超图像,并与手术结果对比分析,总结其诊断要点。结果:经手术证实,12例患者中3例为主动脉瓣下狭窄,6例为主动脉瓣狭窄,3例为主动脉瓣下狭窄合并主动脉瓣狭窄。本组患者除2例术前超声诊断与术中探查不符外,其余均与手术结果相符。结论:主动脉瓣及瓣下狭窄的鉴别诊断对于外科有重要意义,超声心动图诊断小儿先天性主动脉瓣及瓣下狭窄具有较高的准确性。
Purpose: To assess the diagnostic accuracy and features of Echocardiography on congenital valvular aortic stenosis (VAS) and subvalvuar aortic stenosis (SVAS) in children. Methods: The echocardiographic characteristics of 12 patients diagnosed VAS and SVAS were analyzed and compared with results of operation results. Results: 3 of total 12 patients were diagnosed subvalvuar aortic stenosis, 6 were diagnosed valvuar aortic stenosis, 3 subvalvuar aortic stenosis cases were associated with valvuar aortic stenosis. The echocardiographic characteristics of VAS were correspondent to the results of operation findings in 12 patients except 2 patients had mismatch of preoperative diagnosis and intraoperative findings. Conclusion: The differential diagnosis of VAS and SVAS is important for surgery. There is high accuracy of echocardiography in the diagnosis of VAS and SVAS in children.
关于波力发电中波浪能量的估算

Abstract: 为使波力发电装置的容量与波浪力大小相匹配,就必须具备比较准确的波浪参数资料,并据此对安装波力发电装置海区的波浪能量进行估算。这样才能确保波力发电装置的可行性和经济性。本文就如何根据实地测取的波浪资料进行波浪能量的估算方法作初步探讨,在沿用其他工程领域中波浪统计方法的同时,提出新的图表和统计方法以寻求比较符合实际的波浪参数来作为波力发电装置设计时的参考。

Abstract: 通常电炉加料和出钢时的烟气均通过屋顶烟罩捕集,但使用效果不够理想。为提高屋顶烟罩的捕集效率,节省大规模排烟量和风机能耗,提出更加经济的气幕隔尘法用于辅助电炉屋顶烟罩排烟。即在屋顶烟罩底部形成一个无形透明的屏障,以阻止电炉加料或出钢时的向上烟气不因车间横向气流的干扰而向屋顶烟罩外扩散。结合工程项目分析了气幕隔尘新技术的应用前景。
