Abstract:
鄱阳湖为长江中下游洪涝灾害频繁的地区,鄱阳湖洪水预报方案研制对于科学调度鄱阳湖防洪减灾具有重要意义。本文分析了鄱阳湖洪水及其灾害特征,根据星子站实测水位与星子、湖口站前期水位、涨率、区间平均降雨量、五河七口入湖流量与湖口出流量之差进行相关分析,建立了湖泊水量平衡方案与多要素相关方程两种预报方案,用于鄱阳湖洪水作业预报。通过历史资料和应用检验,这些洪水预报方案可以取得较高的预报精度。
Poyang Lake, located in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River, is the area that bears fre-quent flood disasters. The development of flood forecasting scheme for the Poyang Lake is of great significance for the scientific flood dispatch and disaster reduction. This study analyzes the cha-racteristics of flood and disaster of the Poyang Lake. Related correlation analysis was carried out based on the actual measured water level of Xingzi station, water level at earlier stage of Xingzi station and Hukou station, rise rate, regional average precipitation, the difference of flows into five rivers and seven stations and outflow of Hukou station. The lake water balance and multi- factor correlation equation schemes were established for flood forecasting. The floods of the Poyang Lake could be scientifically forecasted by these two schemes with relative high accuracy.

Abstract:
2009年三峡水库已经转入全面运行期。本文通过对1950年以来湖口站水位流量资料进行分析结果表明:近60年来湖口站年平均水位和平均流量虽然总体上略有下降,但是变化幅度不大且具有较明显的周期性。2003年以后变化幅度较大,尤其是2006年之后下降趋势十分显著。为进一步分析三峡水库运行调度对鄱阳湖湖口水文情势产生的影响程度,根据三峡水库运行调度情况对湖口水位流量在不同运行期进行了分析。结果显示水库蓄水期由于减少了长江干流流量,长江干流水位较天然情况下降低,湖口出流加快;在枯水期使得湖口站的枯水期提前,枯水期持续时间增长;洪水期和泄水期对鄱阳湖湖口影响不大。
The Three Gorges Reservoir had shifted into comprehensive operation stage since 2009. This paper analyzed daily water level and discharge data of Hukou station from 1950 to 2009. The results show that the average annual discharge and water level of Hukou station decrease slightly in the past 60 years and the changes show obvious pattern of periodicity. From 2003, especially after 2006, the average annual discharge and water level have declined significantly. According to the operation rules of Three Gorges Reservoir, this paper analyzed the hydrological impacts of Three Gorges Reservoir on Hukou hydrological regime in different operation periods. It is found that the decline of discharge and water level of Yangtze River caused by the water storing of Three Gorges reservoir leads to the dry season ofPoyangLakeappearing earlier and lasting longer. However, the influence on Hukou hydrological regime is not obvious at flooding and releasing periods.
新安江模型在鄱阳湖区水量计算中的应用研究

Abstract:
鄱阳湖区地势平坦,河网交错,无法通过传统水文观测手段得到区间水量,只能采用水量平衡法等间接方法计算得出。本文采用新安江三水源模型,对湖区产汇流规律进行探讨,利用新安江模型作为一个分散性模型的优势,将产流区按陆面和湖面等分成多块,对每块单独进行产汇流计算,模拟每块的出流过程,然后经河网汇流演算,总和后求得整个流域出口断面的流量过程。对新安江模型计算水量的成果进行了分析,结果表明成果总体上是合理的。
Poyang Lake area is flat and has interlaced river network, so the water quantity of intervening basin area can not be obtained by traditional hydrological observation methods and only through indirect method, such as water balance method. The Xin’anjiang model with three runoff components was used to discuss the rules of runoff generation and confluence in lake area. Taking the advantage of the Xin’anjiang model as a distributed model, the runoff yielding generation area was divided into many sections on the basis of land and lake surface; By carrying out the calculation of runoff generation and overland flow routing in and obtaining the outflow of each section, and then through the calculation of the river network routing, the flow process of the outlet section of the whole river basin was obtained by accumulation. The water quantity calculated by the Xin’anjiang model was analyzed and the results show that the overall outcome is reasonable.

Abstract:
设计洪水是防洪评价及工程建设的基础。本文立足于荆江枝城至石首河段,梳理了三峡建库后河段的设计洪水。依据三峡水库防洪调度规则,计算了枝城站在0.33%,1%,5%,10%频率下的设计洪水;在总入流控制条件下,结合区间支流分流比曲线和站点水位流量关系,依次得到相应频率下沙市站和石首站的设计洪水。研究所得到的洪水设计值偏于安全,可为荆江河段防洪和工程设计提供科学参考依据。
Design flood is the foundation of flood control evaluation and engineering construction. The Jingjiang reach between Zhicheng and Shishou stations is selected as case study to estimate design flood after the impounding of Three Gorges Reservoir. The design flood of 0.33%, 1%, 5%, 10% frequencies at Zhicheng station is calculated under the flood dispatching rule of Three Gorges Reservoir. Through combining the interval tributary diversion ratio and stage-discharge relation, the design floods at Shashi and Shishou stations are confirmed in the same frequency under total inflow control. The design values are relatively safe and can provide scientific reference for the Jingjiang reach flood control and engineering design.

Abstract:
本文介绍了一种基于降水观测数据的行政区逐日内生可更新水资源量的评估方法。在供需平衡中,分析区域内生水资源量可以帮助管理者直观认识该区域水资源量的富裕程度,或者多大程度依赖于从河流、地下水取水或者跨区域调水;同时,日尺度可以将年、月尺度在供需平衡分析中由于时间尺度过大导致结果均化。在最严格的水资源管理制度的大背景下,本方法为行政区供需水平衡分析和水资源管理提供了新思路。
This paper describes an assessment method of daily endogenous renewable water resources for admin-istrative region based on observation precipitation. Analysis of endogenous renewable water resources could help managers recognize the affluence amount of the regional water resources, or the water demand from rivers, groundwater or cross-regional water transfer; while daily scale could present more information which might be covered in monthly scale and yearly scale. In the background of the most stringent water management system, this method provides a new way in water supply and demand bal-ance analysis for the administrative management of water resources.
基于反射特性的受原油淋洗剂污染水体光谱特性研究

Abstract: 为了研究不同表面活性剂在淋洗原油污染土壤后对水资源造成的污染,以3种原油污染土壤表面活性剂与淋洗后的溶液为实验样本,在2π空间内测量偏振反射特性,并从表面活性剂原液与淋洗后溶液的偏振反射比与偏振度进行分析.结果表明3种表面活性剂原液与淋洗后溶液具有液体固有的偏振特性;由于不同表面活性剂对原油污染土壤的洗涤效果不同,淋洗后溶液的偏振反射比也不同;而且随着土壤粒径的变化,3种表面活性剂洗涤原油污染土壤后溶液的偏振反射比也发生变化;表面活性剂淋洗后溶液的偏振度越大,说明洗涤效果不明显,对水资源的污染程度较小;偏振度越小,则洗涤效果较好,对水资源的污染程度较大.

Abstract:
本文结合鄱阳湖区水量平衡研究现状,借鉴以往的研究经验,探讨具有普遍意义的水量平衡分析方法,重点研究了水量平衡差别标准问题,找出水量平衡的判别依据和标准;结合湖区的地形水系和水流特性、水文测验情况等,分析了影响水量平衡的原因及其影响程度;最后针对不同影响因素及其资料情况,采取不同方法对不平衡现象进行修正,从而得到较为合理的湖区水量系列。选取鄱阳湖区的博阳河流域作为典型流域进行详细的分析,取得了较好的结果。
This study took the current research status of water balance in the Poyang Lake area and previous research experiences as reference to explore the analysis method of universal significance on water balance, focused on the research of different standard problems on water balance, and found out the criterion and standard of hydrologic balance. The reasons and level of the influences on water balance were analyzed based on combining the terrain and lake water systems, and the flow characteristics and hydrological survey status. Finally, according to different affecting factors and types of data, reasonable water yield series were obtained through carrying out different methods to revise the imbalance problems. Boyang River basin of the Poyang Lake area was selected as typical basin to be analyzed in details, and considerable results were obtained.

Abstract:
本文利用土地利用数据和土壤类型资料,分别建立了流域植被网格参数库和土壤网格参数库,构建了鄱阳湖未控区间流域5 km × 5 km网格分布式VIC水文模型,并提出了水文参数网格化方法。应用结果表明,分布式流域模型的模拟结果略优于集总式水文模型,能较好地模拟区域径流过程和水资源量。在更精细的地形、土壤、植被数据支持下,分布式VIC模型的应用效果会有提升空间。本研究首次把分布式VIC水文模型应用于鄱阳湖未控区间流域,对于湖区等无资料地区的水文模拟分析提供了参考和有效途径。
With land use data and soil type data, the grid vegetation and soil parameter banks were estab-lished respectively. A distributed VIC hydrological model with spatial resolution of 5 km × 5 km was applied in the Poyang Lake uncontrolled intervening basin, and a grid parameterization scheme was proposed to calibrate hydrological model. Application results show that the distributed VIC model performs fair better than lumped model, i.e., the distributed VIC model can basically well simulate runoff hydrograph and water resources quantity in this study area. Meanwhile, with the support of more sophisticated terrain, soil and vegetation data, the application results of distributed VIC model will be considerably promoted. This study will provide a reference and ap-proach for hydrological simulation in the ungauged plain lake basin.

Abstract:
选用目前具有代表性的三水源新安江模型、半分布式TopModel和分布式VIC模型,开展降雨径流模拟计算,分析比较各种水文模型在平原湖区的适用性。选择鄱阳湖未控区间内的博阳河和西河流域,分别进行三个水文模型的参数率定和检验。应用结果表明,VIC模型的效率系数比TopModel模型和新安江模型高出10多个百分点,径流总量相对误差均控制在5%以内,低于其余2个模型。VIC分布式水文模型的模拟结果明显优于集总式和半分布式水文模型,能较好地模拟湖区流域的降雨径流过程和水资源量。
The lumped Xin’anjiang model, semi-distributed TopModel model and distributed VIC model were selected for rainfall runoff simulation in order to compare the suitability in the plain lake region. The Boyang and Xi River sub-basins in the Poyang Lake uncontrolled intervening basin were used to calibrate and verify these hydrological models. Application results show that the model efficiency of VIC model is 10% higher than those of Xinanjiang and TopModel models, the relative error of total runoff is within 5% and much better than other two models. The distributed VIC model performs much better than lumped and semi-distributed models and is able to simulate rainfall runoff and water resources well in lake area.
