Abstract:
评价北京农户的叶类蔬菜渠道绩效时,首先建立相应评价指标体系;其次通过层次分析法建立多阶层次分析模型并计算影响绩效的各因素指标权重,同时基于三角白化权函数的灰色评估方法,评估渠道各层次指标,得到相应渠道绩效的等级和综合评价值。定量评价结论是:“农户 + 企业或合作社”模式的渠道绩效最高,其次是“农户 + 产地集贸市场”和“农户 + 产地收购商”。“农户 + 批发市场”模式的渠道绩效最低,不适于农户进行叶类蔬菜的销售。
Marketing channel efficiency of leafy vegetables was evaluated in this study. The impact factors of leafy vegetable marketing channel efficiency were identified, and then its corresponding evaluation index system was constructed. An evaluation model for multi-hierarchy process based on AHP was established, and the index weights of various factors were calculated. Meanwhile, on the basis of grey evaluation method of triangular whitening weight function, the indexes of various hierarchies in different channels were evaluated and the level and comprehensive evaluation value of performance of marketing channels efficiency were got. The quantitative evaluation results showed that the mode of “Farmers + enterprise (cooperatives)” achieved the highest channel efficiency and the mode of “Farmers + Wholesale” achieved the lowest channel efficiency. The mode of “Farmers + Wholesale” is unsuitable for farmers selling leafy vegetables.
氟苯尼考及氟苯尼考胺在西伯利亚鲟体内的药动学及组织分布

Abstract: 采用液质联用法(hplc-ms/ms)建立了氟苯尼考和氟苯尼考胺同时检测的方法,研究了氟苯尼考口灌给药西伯利亚鲟后,氟苯尼考及其代谢物氟苯尼考胺在西伯利亚鲟体内的药动学和组织分布。水温22℃下,氟苯尼考以15mg/kg剂量单次口灌给药西伯利亚鲟,检测血浆、肝脏、肾脏和肌肉等组织中氟苯尼考及其代谢产物氟苯尼考胺的浓度,结果显示:氟苯尼考及其代谢产物氟苯尼考胺在西伯利亚鲟体内的药时数据均符合一级吸收二室开放模型,氟苯尼考在血浆中的达峰浓度(cmax)为3.4μg/ml,达峰时间(tpeak)为2.943h,表观分布容积(v/f)为3.267l/kg,消除半衰期(t1/2β)为31.21h,药时曲线下总面积(auc)为76.51μg·h/ml,cmax(ffa)/cmax(ff)和aucffa/aucff仅为5.44%和20.73%;氟苯尼考在各组织中分布广泛,分布规律相近,肝脏、肾脏中药物浓度较高。结果表明:氟苯尼考在西伯利亚鲟体内具有吸收迅速、达峰浓度高、消除相对缓慢及组织中分布广泛的特征且氟苯尼考主要以原形药物形式代谢消除。
三峡库区移民心理健康状况及影响因素分析

Abstract: ?目的研究三峡库区外迁移民心理健康状况与影响因素。方法采用整群分层随机抽样,调查对象接受居民基本情况表、与团体用心理社会应激调查表(PSSG)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)的测查。结果(1)移民组的SCL-90除敌对、恐怖和偏执3个因子外均高于当地居民组(P<0.001);(2)移民组的PSSG生活事件、消极情绪体验、消极应对方式和应激总分高于地当地居民组(P<0.001);而积极情绪体验、积极应对方式得分低于当地居民组(P<0.001);(3)移民组的SSRS支持得分均低于当地居民组(P<0.001);(4)多因素的Logistic回归分析显示:影响移民心理健康水平的因素有年龄、健康状况、与地政府的关系和社会支持。结论移民组与当地居民组心理健康状态有明显差异,应针对影响因素采取措施,进一步做好移民工作。
缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑内神经巢蛋白的变化及通心络对它的影响

Abstract: 目的探讨神经巢蛋白(nestin)在脑缺血再灌注损伤后神经细胞的活化增殖情况及通心络对其影响。方法采用大鼠缺血再灌注损伤(mcao)模型,应用免疫组织化学方法观察缺血后3、7、14以及21d缺血侧室管膜及室管膜下区(svz)、海马齿状回(hdg)神经巢蛋白的变化。给予模型大鼠通心络灌胃,观察神经干细胞增殖分化的变化。结果神经巢蛋白阳性细胞随缺血再灌注时间的延长,荧光强度值增加,第7、14、21天组与假手术组比较,差异具有显著性(p<0.05)。造模后通心络组brdu阳性细胞荧光强度值和brdu+nestin免疫双标荧光强度值均高于脑缺血再灌注模型组,差异显著(p<0.05)。结论大鼠缺血再灌注损伤后可引起其缺血侧svz、hdg区神经干细胞反应和增殖;而通心络可显著增加mcao大鼠神经干细胞增殖分化能力。?

Abstract: ?地质资料信息服务产业化是以地质资料数字化、集群化为基础的信息经营行为。当地质资料反映的地理信息成为产品时,信息提供者承担相应的产品责任便是权利义务责任相一致的必然要求。结合我国地理信息服务产业化的运行情况,地理信息产品的责任主体是以馆藏机构为主的信息提供者,可适用过错推定原则,责任构成要件包括有偿提供信息产品、信息产品质量不合格、存在损害事实、损害事实和不合格信息存在直接因果关系。

枳椇4种成分对人肝细胞HL7702脂肪变性的抑制作用

Abstract: 为了筛检出枳椇中解酒保肝的有效成分,本文检讨了枳椇乙酸乙酯萃取物中的4种成分对肝细胞脂肪变性的影响。采用MTT法分析对照组、模型组和四种活性物高中低剂量组的细胞活性,并通过分析乙醇造模后油红O染色观察细胞内的脂滴情况,检测细胞TG以及肝酶ALT、AST的含量。通过MTT检测乙醇诱导细胞的最佳浓度发现,与对照组相比,0.9%乙醇造模48 h后的细胞存活率下降,油红O观察乙醇造模后细胞内的脂滴情况更加明显,而且细胞肿胀变圆;四种活性物干预乙醇造模细胞后,与模型组相比,二氢杨梅素和槲皮素干预后,细胞的存活率略有提高;与对照组相比,模型组TG含量以及肝酶ALT、AST的泄漏量显著 (p<0.05)升高。另外,与模型组相比,0.9%乙醇加二氢杨梅素或槲皮素共同作用正常人HL7702肝细胞48 h后,其TG以及肝酶ALT、AST的含量显著 (p<0.05)下降。可见,初步确证枳椇乙酸乙酯层中具有解酒保肝作用的有效成分主要为二氢杨梅素和槲皮素,特别是前者。
To discover the effective substances in Hovenia acerba capable of dispeling the effects of alcohol and protecting the liver, this study examined the effects of four constituents in the ethyl acetate extract from Hovenia acerba on hepatic steatosis. The cells metabolic activity/viability of the control group, model group, or high-/medium-/low-dose group of the four bioactives was measured by the MTT assay. The lipid droplets in the cells were observed by Oil red O staining after ethanol modeling. The levels of cell TG and liver enzymes, ALT and AST, were determined. The optimal concentration of ethanol-induced cells was measured by the MTT assay. It was found that compared with the control group, the cell viability decreased after of 0.9% ethanol modeling for 48 h, along with the observations that Oil red O-stained lipid droplets became more obvious in the cells and the cells became swollen and round. after the exposure of ethanol-treated model cells to each of the four bioactives, a slight increase in the survival rate of the cells was induced by dihydromyricetin and quercetin as compared with the model group; compared with the control group, the TG content and the leakage of ALT and AST of the model group significantly increased (p<0.05). Further, compared with the model group, the application of 0.9% ethanol combined with dihydromyricetin or quercetin on the normal human HL7702 hepatocytes for 48 h caused a significant (p<0.05) decrease in the TG and ALT, AST contents in the liver. Accordingly, the active ingredients in the ethyl acetate phase obtained from Hovenia acerba that were capable of dispeling the effects of alcohol and protecting the liver were mainly dihydromyricetin and quercetin, especially the former.
A Novel Algorithm for Computing the Plane of Line Structured Light in 3D Vision Measurement

Abstract: A novel algorithm is presented to compute the plane equation of line structured light, which used in a machine vision measurement system. Image subtraction is introduced to obtain stripe image, Steger algorithm is applied to extract sub-pixel level centric points of stripe in the image, and orthogonal line fitting is performed to gain line equation of stripe in image coordinate system. The approach of calculating world coordinates of points on the plane of line structured light from feature points in calibration board is introduced, which are based on the principle of cross-ratio invariance. Finally, orthogonal least-squares plane is proposed fitting to get light plane equation. Some specific optimizations in algorithm are put forward to improve total accuracy, and the scheme design of calibration system and detailed experimental procedure are given. Experimental results demonstrate that the method is of robustness and has high accuracy.
