Abstract: 基于对我国能源结构和天然气市场供求状况的分析,阐述了发展煤制天然气项目的重要意义。在对国内外现有煤制天然气技术进行综述性评价的基础上,分析比较了各项甲烷化技术的特点,并分析了我国煤化工产业中发展煤制天然气项目的竞争优势。列举了国内目前在建煤制天然气项目进展情况,并对项目技术做了简单说明。指出了煤制天然气行业面临的主要问题,并提出了中国发展煤制天然气的相关建议。
Based on the analysis of China’s energy structure and supply status of nature gas, the important significance for developing coal-to-substitute natural gas (SNG) project in China was elaborated. Then, according to the comprehen- sive analysis on synthetic technique of SNG at home and abroad, the characteristics of these processing technologies were analyzed and compared, and the competitive advantages of SNG comparing with other energy sources were de- scribed. In addition, the progress of the current domestic SNG projects was specified, and a simple technical descrip- tion was made to each project. Finally, the major problems of SNG development in China are put forward, and some relevant suggestions are presented.

A new alternating segment explicit-implicit scheme for convection-diffusion equation was given and this scheme was proved to be unconditionally stable. This scheme can be used in parallel computation and the spatial accuracy rate is\"\" . A numerical experiment shows that this scheme has high accuracy and quick ratio of convergence.

Explosive substances play important roles in safety testing and environmental control. This area has grown very quickly, and spectroscopy and imaging studies are currently in focus. This article described the correlation between chemical structure and impact resistance of explosives, mainly focusing on the determination of several major measurement technologies and methods, including terahertz radiation, in situ red spectroscopy, double resonance nuclear magnetic resonance and stir bar sorptive extraction technology.

Abstract:
黑龙江农垦作为国家树立的现代化大农业示范区,其现代化大农业影响因素和发展水平评价指标体系对全国评价现代农业具有重要的应用参考价值。为此,采用经验判断、逻辑推理和因子分析等方法,归纳总结了影响现代化大农业发展的四大类共20个要素,构建了衡量现代化大农业发展水平的评价指标体系,选取直接相关的10个重要指标,运用SPSS软件对其进行因子分析,并据以对示范区现代化大农业发展要素进行排序:农业科技贡献率和有效灌溉面积是影响示范区现代化化大农业发展的首要因素,农机总动力、农业机械化率和粮食商品化率是重要支撑要素,耕地规模、农民收入、能源和农业服务则是现代化大农业赖以发展的基础。
Heilongjiang Nongken as the demonstration zone that the country set for modern mega-agricul- ture, its influence factors of modern mega-agriculture and development level evaluation index system have important reference value to the evaluation of national modern mega-agriculture. To this end, using empirical analysis, logical reasoning and factor analysis and other methods, this paper summarizes four types of 20 elements totally influencing modern mega-agriculture devel-opment, constructs a evaluation index system for measuring development level of modern mega- agriculture, selects 10 related important indicators, uses SPSS software to carry on the factor analysis, and according to the results sorts the development elements of modern mega-agriculture. The contribution rate of agricultural science and technology and the effective irrigation area are the main factors that affect the modern mega-agriculture development in the demonstration zone. Agriculture machine power, agricultural mechanization rate and grain commercialization rate are important supporting elements. The size of arable land, farmers’ income, energy and agricultural service are the basis for the development of modern mega-agriculture.

Aiming at the view of the content dispersion, strong professional and the lack of practice teaching resources in the course of Modern Logistics Equipment, a teaching model based on V-WE teaching and training system as a teaching case is put forward. In the teaching process of this course, we focus on the training of actual equipment’s structure and motion principle, adopting the process- based evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the students’ grades. The actual teaching practice indicates that the effect of the teaching reform of this course is good.
