Abstract: Taking the aquaculture area, the number of farming boats and that of aquaculturist as input variables, the aquaculture production as desirable output variable and polluted economic loss as undesirable output variable, this paper conducts SBM model to evaluate the aquaculture efficiency based on the data of 16 aquaculture-developed provinces in China from 2004 to 2011. The results show the efficiency in China has not changed much in recent years with the efficiency values mainly between 0.39 and 0.53, and the efficiency of marine-aquaculture-dominated provinces is generally higher than that of freshwater-aquaculture-dominated ones. To analyze the difference under the efficiency, the panel Tobit model is used with education level factor, training factor, technology extension factor, technical level factor, scale factor and species factor as the efficiency influencing factors. The results show that technology extension factor and technical level factor have significant positive influence

Abstract: Based on literature research and interviews, this study proposes three main Work Well-Being dimensions in line with the telecommunications marketing personnel characteristics. They are organizational commitment, overall reward and family support. Then the study builds the concept model. With data from questionnaires of 155 samples, this research analyzes the work well-being of telecommunications marketing personnel as well as its influencing factors with living examples. The results show that organizational commitment and total compensation have a significant positive correlation with work well-being, while family support is insignificantly negative correlated with work well-being. There are some factors that have more positive contribution to work well-being: Non-economic compensation, economic compensation, ideal expectation, social norms, economic costs, while the negative factors are emotion recognition, career opportunity, family time and family behavior.

Journal of Service Science and Management (JSSM) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/jssm.2017.103019
Abstract: Based on the panel data of provinces in China from 2000 to 2015, this article explores the efficiency of local government spending on public cultural services and its influencing factors under the DEA-Tobit two-stage analysis framework. First, the comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale technical efficiency of local government public cultural expenditure were measured through the data envelopment analysis method (DEA). On the basis of the first step analysis, we use Tobit model with the limited dependent variable to study the relationship between the efficiency evaluation results and policy variable such as fiscal decentralization, cultural policy, the relationship between the efficiency evaluation results and social factors like per capita GDP, population density and residents’ educational level etc. Through the analysis of the evaluation results, it is found that there were significant differences in the local efficiency on public cultural expenditure in China. The effects of population density, urbanization level, per capita GDP and illiteracy rate on the efficiency of government public cultural expenditure are positive. After controlling population, economic and social factors, the effect of fiscal decentralization on the efficiency of public cultural expenditure is negative, and cultural policy has significantly promoted the efficiency of Chinese local government cultural expenditure.

American Journal of Industrial and Business Management (AJIBM) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/ajibm.2017.74037
Abstract: Since the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008, China’s money supply has been increasing in the context of serious international monetary crisis, which had caused the problem of domestic inflation and become a threat to China’s economic development. China’s economic structure and development determines that domestic inflation is highly vulnerable to external shocks. At present, the relationship between China and the world is deepening, and economic reform is imperative. This means that the influence of international currency, capital and commodities will have a certain effect on China’s economy and inflation through certain transmission mechanism. This paper mainly analyzes the influencing factors of inflation from comprehensive domestic and external shocks in China by quantitative research, and to reveal its main causes in order to put forward the corresponding policy suggestions and promote the healthy development of the national economy.

Journal of Management Research , 2011, DOI: 10.5296/jmr.v3i2.638
Abstract: In any organisation, management tries to coordinate various factors of production is such a way that each factors contribute to its maximum efficiency to achieve organizational goals. So far as factors like materials, technology are concerned, their efficiency largely depends upon the level of technology being used followed by the performance and motivation level of Human resources who handled and control these factors. Thus, to make total factors efficiency and effective, management has to improve the performance level of Human resources in the organisation through motivation. The performance of the organisation is determined by the level of ability employee to do certain work and level of motivational factors. Organization uses many techniques to motivate and utilize the talent. It should implement various strategies to make the employee to work hard. Here the researcher has made an attempt to know the factors which influencing the employee to work more and make the RINL turnaround. To achieve the above objective, the researchers have selected Shop floor level employees and supervisors of 500 as a sample size for the study. A quota sampling technique has been used to collect the response. RINL has been providing very congenial environment to enhance the employees’ competencies and achieve its strategic aims. As a result employee productivity is enhanced and cost of production is declined. The researcher observed that the rationales behind it are the commitment and motivational levels among the employee.

Open Journal of Applied Sciences (OJAppS) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/ojapps.2018.81002
Abstract: In order to analyze the influencing factors of TFP (the abbreviation of Total Factor Productivity) deeply, this paper calculates and decomposes the TFP of the main grain producing provinces in China from 2006 to 2015 by the DEA-Malmquist index model. On the basis of this, the grey correlation analysis model based on super-efficiency DEA is used to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of total factor productivity, technological progress and technical efficiency. The results show that the proportion of grain sowing, the level of food economic development, the level of grain mechanization, the average scale of operations and the level of fertilizer using have the most influence on grain total factor productivity. Finally, according to the results of the analysis, some suggestions are put forward to improve the TFP of different provinces in the main grain producing areas.
