井窖风场特征的CFD模拟与验证

Abstract: 为明确井窖内部空气受外界气流的影响及井窖维持适宜水热条件的机制,通过建立未移栽作物条件下井窖的三维数值模拟模型,利用CFD计算流体力学软件分析在1.50、2.70和3.90 m/s近地表风速条件下,对井窖内部空气流速和流向进行数值模拟计算,并进行试验验证。模拟试验结果表明:近地表风速设为1.50、2.70和3.90 m/s时,模拟的井窖纵切面平均空气流速分别为0.25、0.48和0.72 m/s,井窖内的平均空气流速较近地表下降81.54%~83.34%;近地表风向由右向左时,井窖内纵切面的空气呈逆时针流动。验证试验结果表明:井窖内空气流速与地表风速成线性相关,模拟方程为y=0.220 9 x-0.176(R2=0.925 3);近地表风速为2.70 m/s时,井窖内实测空气流速为0.42 m/s,模拟值为0.48 m/s。井窖内部空气受外界大气扰动较弱,减少热量和水分向外散失,有利于保持烟苗生长适宜的水热条件。
In order to clarify the mechanism of suitable water and heat conditions in transplanting hole,this study analyzed the effects of the wind speed near the soil surface on air velocity in the transplanting hole.Based on the three-dimensional numerical simulation model of transplanting hole under the condition of no crops planted,CFD software was used to simulate the internal airflow in the transplanting hole at 1.50,2.70 and 3.90 m/s,respectively.The flow velocity was verified by experimental test.The simulation results showed that the average air speed of the longitudinal section was 0.25,0.48 and 0.72 m/s,respectively,when the wind speeds near the soil surface were 1.50,2.70 and 3.90 m/s.In general,the average air velocity in the transplanting hole was reduced by 81.54% to 83.34%.When the wind direction near the soil surface was from right to left,the air in the vertical section of the transplanting hole was counterclockwise.The verification results showed that there was a positive linear correlation between the air velocity in the transplanting hole and the wind speed near the soil surface,and this linear fitting equation was y=0.220 9x-0.176 (R2=0.925 3).When the wind speed near the soil surface was 2.70 m/s,the air flow rate was 0.42 m/s by measurement and was 0.48 m/s by simulation in the transplanting hole of well-cellar style transplanting,respectively.The dispersed heat and moisture from the transplanting hole were decreased due to small atmospheric disturbances from the soil surface,which contributed to the maintenance of the suitable water and heat conditions for the growth of tobacco seedlings.

Abstract: Based on the sum-up and abstraction of the relationships of rapeseed growth characters with ecological environment, cultivar type, production condition and yield target, a dynamic knowledge model was developed by using knowledge engineering and system modeling method, which could be used for designing a suitable sowing and transplanting scheme of different rapeseed varieties under different spatial and temporal environments. Case studies on the knowledge model with the data sets of three different sites, nine different variety types, and two different sowing styles indicated a good performance of the model system in decision-making, explanation, and wide applicability.

Abstract: 为探索不同窖龄窖泥古菌类群与演替规律,分别提取20、50和150年窖龄窖泥样品总dna,应用pcr-ardra和16srdna克隆测序技术对不同窖龄窖泥古菌群落结构进行研究.结果表明:191个克隆子分成22个可操作分类单元(otus),系统发育分析归为6个类群,分别属于甲烷八叠球菌属(methanosarcina)、甲烷杆菌属(methanobacterium)、甲烷袋状菌属(methanoculleus)、甲烷粒菌属(methanocorpusculum)、甲烷鬃菌属(methanosaeta)和甲烷螺菌属(methanospirillum).不同窖龄窖泥的优势古菌类群有明显差异,20年窖泥优势古菌类群以乙酸利用型methanosarcina、methanosaeta为主,50年、150年龄窖泥优势古菌类群以氢气营养型methanocorpusculum、methanobacterium为主;随着窖龄的增加,窖泥古菌shannon-wiener多样性指数(h)和berger-parker优势度指数(d)呈增加的趋势,pielou均匀度指数(j)呈降低趋势;不同窖龄窖池古菌的相似性系数为0.429~0.677,50年和150年窖泥的菌群结构最为相似.本研究揭示了不同窖龄窖泥古菌系统发育多样性的差异与窖泥老熟的关系.图1表1参22

Abstract: ?提取20、50、150a窖龄窖泥样品总dna,构建窖泥细菌16srdna文库,经过16srdna扩增片段的限制性酶切分析(ardra)、dna序列测定和系统发育关系分析,对不同窖龄窖泥细菌群落组成与多样性进行研究。结果表明:398个细菌阳性克隆子分成37个可操作分类单元(otus),系统发育分析归为6个门,优势顺序为:厚壁菌门(firmicute)65.1%、拟杆菌门(bacteroidetes)21.4%、绿弯菌门(chloroflexi)4.8%、放线菌门(actinobacteria)3.8%、未分类细菌(unclassifiedbacteria)3.9%和变形菌门(proteobacteria)1.0%,窖泥中的大多数克隆子(73.9%)与未培养细菌亲缘关系近。20a窖泥优势菌是syntrophomonas、petrimonas、proteiniphilum,50a和150a龄窖泥优势菌为natronoanaerobium和unclassifiedclostrida。随着窖龄的增加,窖泥细菌多样性指数呈增加的趋势,从20~50a之间变化幅度较大,50a和150a窖泥的菌群结构最为相似。本研究初步揭示了不同窖龄窖泥细菌系统发育多样性与窖泥老熟老化的关系。

Abstract: ?选择湖南湘窖酒业有限公司不同窖龄的窖池为对象,主要研究0、2、16、33年窖池中窖壁泥和窖底泥的感官指标、理化指标和微生物类群数目的变化情况,旨在揭示窖泥微生态的变化规律。结果表明:随着窖龄的增长,窖泥的感官品质逐渐具有典型窖泥的自然老熟特征;窖泥水分含量呈缓慢下降趋势,而窖泥的有机质、全氮、有效p、速效k含量以及窖底泥的ph值呈上升趋势;从不同位置分析,窖壁泥水分、有效p含量略高于窖底泥,而窖底泥的ph值、有机质、全氮、速效k含量均高于窖壁泥;微生物各类群的总数呈上升趋势,且细菌>真菌>放线菌。因此,在窖泥的微生态体系中,理化因子与功能菌的相互作用,促使窖泥的品质随着窖龄增长而逐渐变好。

Abstract: 浓香型白酒窖泥微生物对窖池老熟和白酒品质有着关键作用.为了解能表征不同年份窖池的微生物和窖池老熟与窖泥微生物数量之间的关系,从而加强窖池的管理和维护,提供窖池人工老熟的方法和评价标准,选取几种窖泥中主要的微生物菌属,包括3个真细菌属sporanaerobacter、petrimonas、tissierella,和3个古细菌属methanobrevibacter、methanoculleus、methanosarcina,设计了这6个菌属的特异性引物和真细菌、古细菌的通用引物;建立了引物特异性的验证方法,并分析验证了引物的基本性质和特异性;然后应用荧光定量pcr法,测定了这6个菌属和真细菌、古细菌在不同年份窖泥中的丰度,并对比分析了其与窖龄的关系.结果显示:真细菌、古细菌总数及各目标菌数随窖龄增加呈波动上升;水井坊酒厂(代指为b酒厂)窖泥中总微生物丰度和几种目标菌属的数目在50年以内增长较快,150年与50年数量接近;剑南春酒厂(代指为a酒厂)窖泥中的methanobrevibacter以及b酒厂窖泥中的methanosarcina占总古细菌数百分比与窖龄呈较好的线性关系.研究证明:正常窖池的窖泥微生物丰度与窖池所酿白酒酒质成正相关关系;不同酒厂窖池的微生物总量和各种主要菌的数目及比例相差较大;不同酒厂窖池窖龄可由其特异的微生物指示.

Abstract: 胞膜窖(caveolae)是细胞膜内陷形成的一种特殊的脂筏结构,含有丰富的胆固醇和鞘磷脂,并在调节细胞信号转导中发挥重要作用。大量的研究显示,caveolae标志蛋白窖蛋白(caveolins)在维持caveolae的结构及其功能的调节中发挥重要作用。然而,最近研究发现caveolae的形成同样需要另一类蛋白家族cavins蛋白家族的参与。此外,cavins蛋白家族成员之一cavin-1能够与caveolins主要成员窖蛋白-1(caveolin-1)相互作用参与调节caveolae的结构和功能。文中将就近年来cavins与caveolins的关系及其在调节caveolae中的作用研究进展进行综述。
