Abstract: 摘要: 为了研究三乙醇胺(TEA)在化学水域沉积法工艺中的作用,本文以氯化铜, 硫脲, 氨水和三乙醇胺为原料, 采用化学浴沉积法在玻璃基底表面成功制备了硫化铜薄膜. 研究了三乙醇胺不同含量对薄膜的厚度、结构,、形貌和光学性能的影响, 并分析了反应机理. 研究结果表明:三乙醇胺在反应中起到络合剂的作用,随着三乙醇胺含量的增加, 反应诱导时间延长到23 min; 沉积时间相同的情况下,组成薄膜的颗粒粒径变大且薄膜增厚240 nm, 同时透射率呈现出减小的趋势.
Abstract: In order to study the effect of triethanolamine (TEA) on chemical bath deposition process, CuS thin films were successfully deposited onto glass substrates by chemical bath deposition using copper chloride, thiourea, ammonium and TEA as raw materials. The effects of TEA content on thickness, structure, morphology and optical properties of the obtained films and the deposition mechanism were investigated. The results showed that the TEA could act as a complexing agent to maintain the reaction stability. As the TEA content increased, the induction time of reaction increased to 23 min, the films exhibited bigger particles sizes after the same deposition time, and the film thickness increased to 240 nm. Abstract: Thermal wave heat transfer is one of the important aspects of the heat transfer mechanism in superfluid helium. The thermal wave keeps the shape of the input heat pulse when the heat flux is small, and energy is totally transported by the thermal wave. As the heat flux is increased to a certain value, the quantum vortices is initiated, which makes the thermal wave develop into the thermal shock wave. The shape of the thermal wave in an open bath is different from that in a narrow channel in that there is a cooling wave in the tail part of the thermal wave. The shape and the amplitude of the cooling wave vary significantly with the heat flux. The thermal wave is numerically calculated by the two-fluid mode and the vortex equation. The calculated results agree well with the experimental ones.

Abstract: The separation property of membrane is related to the aperture structure of the membrane. In this paper, the chitosan ultrafiltration (UF) membrane was immersed into a coagulation bath with proper concentration and temperature and its aperture structure was modified. The results showed that the retention rate of chitosan membranes increased by 83.7% after being treated by precipitation. The retention rate, flux and aperture structure of chitosan membranes were affected by temperature of the coagulation bath, concentration of gelating agents and time of immersion precipitation. It is necessary to select appropriate parameters to enhance the separation property of chitosan UF membrane.

Abstract: 为了提高Custom 465马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢的耐磨性,分别在440、480和520℃对580℃时效后的样品进行了2 h的盐浴渗氮,使用显微硬度计、X射线衍射仪、电化学工作站、球盘式摩擦磨损仪、表面轮廓仪、扫描电镜等设备,研究渗氮温度对Custom 465钢表面物相、硬度、渗层显微形貌、耐蚀性及耐磨性的影响.随着渗氮温度升高,耐蚀性逐渐降低,但表面硬度增加,520℃处理后表面硬度增大到1240 HV,较未处理试样的400 HV明显上升,渗层厚度达到22μm.440℃渗氮后表面物相为氮在马氏体基体中过饱和的α'N,点蚀电位降低约60 m V;480℃时有少量CrN相析出,引起点蚀电位降低约180 mV,同时磨损体积下降约43%;520℃时CrN相的含量明显升高,自腐蚀电位降低约70 mV,无明显的稳态钝化区,磨损体积降低82%,减磨效果明显.

Abstract: 摘要 目的:探讨采用乙醇浴“一步交联”法制备静电纺丝水溶性大分子纤维支架。方法:分别采用乙醇浴“一步交联”法和“二步交联”法制备明胶静电纺丝纤维,分析两种方法对纤维形貌、结构、交联度及稳定性的影响。结果:与“二步交联”纤维相比,“一步交联”法收集的明胶纤维直径更细,孔隙更大,吸水率更高,能维持纤维及支架的结构。通过对交联剂浓度及交联时间进行调整,可以改变纤维的交联度。“一步交联”纤维已具有良好的稳定性,无需再进行交联处理。结论:乙醇浴“一步交联”技术能有效维持明胶纤维的形貌及结构,提高交联效率,制备出较理想的三维大孔纳米支架

Abstract: Chemical bath deposition (CBD) was used for the growth of Cd1?ZnS thin films with low Zn content. The influence of preparation conditions, such as pH, temperature, and concentration, on film properties was investigated. The chemical growth mechanism of Cd1?ZnS thin films was analyzed, and optimized growth conditions for the thin films were established. The fill factor and short-circuit current were improved while Cd1?ZnS was used to replace CdS as the window layer in CdTe solar cells.

Abstract: 对38CrMoAl,42CrMo和W6Mo5Cr4V2Al合金钢盐浴硫氮碳共渗层的组织进行了研究表明:38CrMoAl和W6Mo6Cr4V2Al钢的共渗层中,白亮层和过渡层的交界处有沿一定晶面析出的大量针状氮化物和沿晶界析的网状氧化物,它们导致白亮层中出现100μm左右的裂纹。

Abstract: The pilot test of bath smelting reduction process producing stainless master alloy was carried out in a 15 t complex blowing converter. It was found that the yield of chromium is not high and the master alloy contains too much phosphorous. It indicates that the bath smelting reduction process producing stainless master alloy is indeed a process of C] - Cr] selective oxidational dephosphorization procedure. Essentially, it is a selective oxidation among C]-Cr]-P]elements. Based on the model of SELF-SReM4, these two problems were discussed quantitatively in this paper.

Abstract: 目的了解术前洗必泰擦浴对降低椎管术后手术部位感染(SSI)发生率的效果。方法对2013年1月—2014年12月某院神经外科行椎管手术且无植入物的所有患者进行监测,将所选病例分为对照组(2013年1—12月的患者,未采取干预措施)和实验组(2014年1—12月的所有监测患者,术前两晚采用1.8%~2.2%洗必泰进行擦浴),比较干预前后两组患者的SSI发生率,评价干预效果。结果共纳入椎管手术患者1 043例,发生SSI患者 41例,SSI发生率为3.93%,对照组和实验组SSI发生率分别为6.47%和2.34%,两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。按对照组SSI发生率计算,实验组实际感染患者比预期感染患者少27例。SSI组患者平均住院费用为33 641.00元,非SSI组患者为23 072.50元,平均每例患者可节约住院费用10 568.50元。故通过采取干预措施共节约住院费用285 349.50元。减去实验组材料费费用2 100元,人力成本约12 820元,最终节约社会成本270 429.50元。对照组患者住院时间为10(8~12)d,实验组患者住院时间为9(8~12)d,经秩和检验,两者差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.68,P=0.50)。结论采取洗必泰擦浴进行干预,不仅可以降低手术部位感染发生率,还能节省住院费用,是否能缩短患者住院时间还需进一步研究的支持

Abstract: The key technologies in carbon-bearing pellets-iron bath smelting reduction process have been studied systematically, which is based on using non-coke coal and iron concentrate. The experimental research has made a break through in solving problem in high temperature strengh of carbon--bearing pellets, which had not been solved during a long time domestically and abroad. The self-reduction kinetic model of carbon-bearing pellets, reoxidation mechanism and the technical measures for speeding up the prereduction rate and improving the resistant properties against the oxidation of the pellets have been put forward. The new carbon-bearing pellets of high carbon content, high strength, high self-reduction rate and high resistance to oxidation have been developed succesfully. Meanwhile, the melting and reduction kinetics of the pellets in iron bath has been studied. The optimized process parameters of contraling the reduction rate, final reducibility, carbon content in hot metal and desulphurisation have been obtained.
