Abstract: 细水雾灭火初期,在短时间内会观察到剧烈燃烧的火焰强化现象。设计了多组实验对比不同燃料在不同工况下的火焰强化现象,发现液滴通过撞击油盘燃料引起的液滴飞溅可以增大燃料与空气的接触面积,强化火焰燃烧。细水雾在燃料内发生扬沸也可能强化火焰,但增益效果不明显,同时燃料气化率对于火焰强化程度有很大关系。
The oil pool flame would be enhanced suddenly and burn violently at the beginningof extinguishing pool fire using mist water.Experimental study was conducted to compare the fire enhancement phenomena using different fuels under different burning conditions.It was found that droplets spattering caused by mist water impacting fuel can increase the contact area between fuel and air.Water mist boilover can also cause fire enhancement,but the effect is small.Meanwhile,the fuel gasification has a great influence on the fire enhancement.

Abstract:
根据灭弧装置设计的数学理论依据麦也尔方程,本文较详细地进行了灭弧试验装置各项参数计算方法的介绍,包括平均分闸速度、喷嘴、触头开距等。通过对灭弧室各元件及各种特性参数的定性分析,并结合以往GCB (Gas Circuit Breaker)新品设计、灭弧室数学模拟计算及开断试验的经验,本文提出了一套压气式灭弧室初步设计及估算方法,为研制相关灭弧试验装置提供必要参考。
Based on the mathematic theory for arc extinguishing, Mayr’s equation, we theoretically derived parameters of the test device for arc extinguishing, including the average speed of the contacts, size of nozzle, distance of the contacts, etc. Through qualitative analysis of elements and character parameters in arc extinguished chamber, as well as the experience of GCB design, mathematic theoretical calculation and arc extinguishing test, we came up with a tentative calculation and an estimation method for pressed arc extinguished chamber, which provide accordance for relative arc extinguishing test study.

Abstract: 摘要:通过小尺寸实验研究了洁净气体灭火剂溴氟丙烯(btp)和细水雾与木垛火相互作用的特性,发现btp可以迅速地扑灭木垛表面明火,但是难以抑制其内部阴燃火;而细水雾可以有效地抑制木垛阴燃火,但灭木垛表面明火效率较低.为了克服两者灭木垛火的不足,进而对两者联合灭木垛火进行了研究,并比较了两种不同的联合方式:先喷btp再喷细水雾以及btp和细水雾同时喷.结果表明,溴氟丙烯和细水雾联用可以实现两者的优势互补,提高灭火效能,且先喷btp后喷细水雾比同时喷灭火速度更快,抗复燃时间更长.

Evaluation of Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Agent Using a Simple Diffusion Model

Abstract: Aerosol fire extinguishing agents have been recognized as an effective replacement of Halon. The uniform diffusion time and the effective concentration of the aerosol fire extinguishing agent are important parameters for putting out a fire. In this work, the effective concentration is derived based on the diffusion equation, and its variation with changing diffusion coefficient and diffusion time is analyzed. The uniform diffusion time could then be conveniently estimated using this equation. Based on experimental data, the concentration kinetics of the aerosol is drawn and the relation between the diffusion coefficient and the uniform diffusion time is analyzed. It was found that the uniform diffusion time is not dependent on the shape of the closed room but dependent on the total room volume and the position of its diffusion source. This model is demonstrated as a facile tool for the convenient evaluation and reasonable application of the aerosol fire extinguishing agent by predicting the uniform diffusion times of extinguishing aerosol in closed rooms.

Abstract: The specific requirements that appear in addressable fire detection and alarm systems and the shortcomings of the existing addressing methods were discussed. A new method of addressing of detectors was proposed. The basic principles of addressing and responding of a called element are stated. Extinguishing module is specific subsystem in classic fire detection and alarm systems. Appearing of addressable fire detection and alarm systems didn't caused essential change in the concept of extinguishing module because of long calling period of such systems. Addressable fire security system based on counting addressing method reaches high calling rates and enables integrating of the extinguishing module in addressable system. Solutions for command addressable element and integrated extinguishing module are given in this paper. The counting addressing method was developed for specific requirements in fire detection and alarm systems, yet its speed and reliability justifies its use in the acquisition of data on slowly variable parameters under industrial conditions. .
