Abstract: 法的精神即为法意,法意之司行即为流转。法意流转大别为逻辑演绎与类比推理两种风格迥异的模式。逻辑演绎主张以言敛意,在语言的地基之上以“方以智”的风格诠释法意流转,重“一”。类比推理强调言不尽意,以“圆而神”的风格艺几性地流转法意,尚“多”。方则易执,欠缺圆之神妙;圆则善变,差强方之智识。方圆互补是不通透的方智理路,立足于人性解放之上的自由变更才能真正实现法意流转的方圆无间之道。这正是法意流传的现象学解答
有机螯合锰添加水平对母貂繁殖性能及仔貂生长性能的影响  [PDF]

Abstract: 本试验旨在探讨繁殖期母貂饲粮中锰的适宜量。试验选取150只平均体重为(1005±113)g的健康成年母貂,根据随机区组法分成5组,每组设30个重复,每个重复1只水貂。各组水貂分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0(Ⅰ组)、15(Ⅱ组)、50(Ⅲ组)、100(Ⅳ组)和500mg/kg(Ⅴ组)锰的试验饲粮。锰以有机螯合锰形式添加,基础饲粮中锰含量约为25mg/kg。试验时间为2011年1月26日至2011年6月23日。结果表明:饲粮有机螯合锰添加水平对母貂血清雌二醇与孕酮含量、妊娠天数、受配率、产仔率、窝产仔数、窝产活仔数,以及仔貂初生窝重、断奶成活数、断奶成活率、1日龄和7日龄平均个体重均无显著影响(P>0.05),但母貂产仔率、窝产仔数、窝产活仔数,以及仔貂断奶成活数、断奶成活率有随着锰添加水平的升高而增加的趋势。饲粮中添加有机螯合锰对配种跨度影响不大,但能够缩短平均初配持续天数,使配种更为集中。饲粮有机螯合锰添加水平对仔貂断奶窝重、15日龄和45日龄平均个体重及1~45日龄平均日增重的影响差异显著(P<0.05)。仔貂断奶窝重随着锰添加水平的升高先增后降,Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);仔貂15日龄平均个体重随着锰添加水平的升高而降低,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组与Ⅴ组相比差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);仔貂45日龄平均个体重和1~45日龄平均日增重均以Ⅱ组最小,与Ⅰ组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。本试验条件下,综合母貂繁殖性能及仔貂生长性能,建议繁殖期母貂基础饲粮锰含量在25mg/kg左右时,锰(有机螯合锰形式)的添加水平为100mg/kg,即饲粮中锰总含量在125mg/kg左右。

Abstract: To better understand the fracture behavior of TA15 titanium alloy during hot forming, three groups of experiments were conducted to investigate the influence of deformation temperature, strain rate, initial microstructure, and stress triaxiality on the fracture behavior of TA15 titanium alloy. The microstructure and fracture surface of the alloy were observed by scanning electronic microscopy to analyze the potential fracture mechanisms under the experimental deformation conditions. The experimental results indicate that the fracture strain increases with increasing deformation temperature, decreasing strain rate, and decreasing stress triaxiality. Fracture is mainly caused by the nucleation, growth, and coalescence of microvoids because of the breakdown of compatibility requirements at the α/β interface. In the equiaxed microstructure, the fracture strain decreases with decreasing volume fraction of the primary α-phase (αp) and increasing α/β-interface length. In the bimodal microstructure, the fracture strain is mainly affected by α-lamella width.

Abstract: 摘要:在中西方体育文化中,就“搏斗技击”本身而能上升为艺术乃至哲学的层面,武术是中国特有的文化现象。运用文献资料等研究方法,以武术自身的发展规律和特征为研究对象,并结合哲学、艺术学基本理论,对武术发展的全貌从技、艺、道三层面进行系统阐释。研究认为:中国武术以“技”为根基,形成攻防搏斗的遁形内隐;中国武术以“艺”为演绎,表达一种艺术的展示和审美的诉求;中国武术以“道”为理想,体悟一种对“天道”的认知和“人道”的践行。通过对三层面的梳理和深究,发现技、艺、道之间存在一定关系,即化技为艺、技艺双修是中国武术技术发展的内在必然;艺通于道、艺与道合是中国武术精神境界的完美转换;道由技生、技道合一是中国武术本体发展的自由超越。
Abstract: In Chinese and western sports culture, "fight and attack" itself can rise to the level of art and philosophy; wushu is a unique cultural phenomenon in China. Taking Wushu’s own development rules and features as the research objects, combining with the basic theories of philosophy and art, this article interprets the development of Wushu from three levels of technology, art and Tao by the method of literature review. Conclusions: Taking technology as the foundation, Chinese Wushu forms implicit offensive and defensive combat; taking art as a deduction, Chinese Wushu expresses the artistic display and aesthetic pursuit and demands; taking Tao as the ideal, Chinese Wushu understands the cognition of heaven Tao and the practice of humanity. By combing and analyzing the three levels, we find that there is a certain relationship between technology, art and Tao, which are that improving technology to art, and practicing both are the inherent necessity of Chinese Wushu; combining art and Tao and harmony between them are the perfect transformation of the spiritual realm of Chinese Wushu; Tao coming from technology and sharing the same origin are the freedom transcendence of the development of Chinese Wushu

Abstract: 研究了显微组织变化对TA15合金500℃高温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明初生α相含量增加、α相方向性增强、次生α片变厚及β晶粒尺寸变粗大等显微组织的变化,可使TA15合金500℃高温抗拉强度降低,最大降幅达90MPa以上。研究表明,随初生α相含量增加,增多了晶界数量,而随温度升高晶界强度比晶粒强度下降快,导致高温抗拉强度随初生α相含量增加而降低。
