Abstract: 为了确定经济合理的露天矿备采煤量留设位置和保有期,运用露天开采基本原理与统计分析方法,分析新时期露天煤矿的发展变化特点及其对备采煤量留设位置和保有期的影响;以经济效益最优为判断准则,研究复合煤层露天矿备采煤量留设位置与内排运距的关系,建立备采煤量留设位置优化模型;研究季节性剥离露天矿备采煤量保有期与剥离成本、运输成本以及资金时间价值的关系,建立备采煤量保有期优化模型。以内蒙古东部地区某露天矿为研究实例,确定了该矿经济合理的备采煤量保有期为6.5个月,备采煤量应全部留在1号煤层。研究结果表明:该优化模型可用于指导露天矿生产,有效降低剥离成本,提高经济效益。
To ascertain economic setting location and remaining period of blocked-out coal reserves in surface mine, with the basic principle of the surface mining and statistical method, we analyzed the characteristics of developing change and its influence on setting location and remaining period of blocked-out coal reserves. Based on the principle of optimal economy benefit, the relationship between setting location of blocked-out coal reserves and internal dumping transportation distance in multi-coal seam surface mine was studied, and an optimization model of setting location of blocked-out coal reserves was built. We also studied the relationship between remaining period of blocked-out coal reserves and stripping cost, transportation cost, time value of money, and built an optimization model of remaining period of blocked-out coal reserves. Taking a surface mine in east of Inner Mongolia as an example, we ascertained the economic remaining period of blocked-out coal reserves in this surface mine should be 6.5 months, and blocked-out coal reserves should be set in 1# coal seam. The results show that the optimization model can guide production, decrease stripping cost and increase economic benefit of surface mines

Abstract: 从书名、序言及每卷编者署名可知,《全芳备祖》编者为宋人陈景沂。清嘉庆以来,戚学标认为是同邑即太平县(今浙江温岭)泾岙人,名咏字景沂。其说当源于泾岙陈氏家谱,谱载九世祖陈咏为南北宋之交人,而《全芳备祖》编者陈景沂是南宋末年人,因名、字巧合而误作一人。天台《吴氏宗谱》抄袭泾岙陈谱,因而又有天台吴咏字景沂者编纂该书之说。《全芳备祖》本身显示编者姓陈名景沂,天台人。在没有足够理由推翻这一说法的情况下,轻易改从他说,是极不科学的。
The title, preface and the byline of each volume of Quan fang bei zu全芳备祖(The Foliage)all indicate that the botanic dictionary was compiled by Chen Qingyi of the Song Dynasty. However, during the Jiaqing period, Qing Dynasty, Qi Xuebiao held the view that the compiler was his fellow townsman Chen Yong, with Jingyi as his courtesy name, from a village named Jing’ao in Taiping County(now Wenling in Zhejiang Province)based on the genealogy of the Chen clan. But it is documented in the genealogy that its 9th ancestor Chen Yong lived at the turn of the Northern and Southern Song dynasties, while the actual complier Chen Jingyi lived in the last years of the Southern Song Dynasty. It is just a coincidence that one’s name happened to be the same as another’s courtesy name. Moreover, there is another opinion that the book was compiled by Wu Yong, whose courtesy name was Jingyi, in Tiantai County(now in Zhejiang Province). This mistake is due to the fact that the genealogy of the Wu clan copied that of the Chen clan. Without adequate evidence, the book should be attributed to Chen Jingyi from Tiantai County as indicated in the book itself. It is rather unscientific to hold a different view without sufficient reliable evidence

Abstract: 在我国会计实务中,备抵法、直接转销法是比较常见的核算坏账损失的方法。直接转销法账务处理简单,然而不符合权责发生制原则及配比原则,所以我国会计制度鼓励企业采用备抵法核算坏账损失。  在备抵法下,企业需设置“坏账准备”科目;各期期末用既定的方法(如应收款项余额百分比法、账龄分析法、赊销百分比法等)估计坏账损失并计入当期管理费用;待实际发生坏账时冲销“坏账准备”科目和“应收账款”科目的余额;若以后又部分或全部收回已冲销的坏账,则要按实际收回的金额转回“坏账准备”科目和“应收账款”科目的金额。  (一)笔者认为,采用备抵法核算坏账损失存在配比缺陷,举例说明如下。
