Abstract: 本文着重讨论了Nomex蜂窝的压缩强度和剪切强度与温度的关系.研究表明,随着温度升高,压缩强度和剪切强度均下降,但趋势不同.压缩强度开始下降较快,以后下降缓慢,而剪切强度总的下降趋势较缓慢.

Abstract: Study of the deformation mode and the failure mode of Nomex honeycomb sandwich structure subjected to different impulses is presented in this paper. In experiment, projectiles were used to provide different impulses for Nomex honeycomb sandwich beam, and laser displacement sensor was used to measure the back-facesheet deformation displacement of specimens. Effect of the projectile impulse and the facesheet thickness on the resistance to impact was analyzed and the energy absorbing capability of core and facesheet was numerically analyzed based on the experiment data. Experimental results indicate that sandwich beam can effectively improve the ability to resist deformation by increasing facesheet thickness, about 50% energy is absorbed by the core during impact, and more energy is absorbed by the core as impulse increasing.

Abstract: Friction and wear behaviors of pure and hydrolyzation/grafted Nomex fabric composites were studied by using Xuanwu-III high temperature friction and wear tester.The structure and the worn surfaces of the composites were analyzed using a JSM-5600LV scanning electron microscopy and the structure of the pure and treated Nomex fabric were analyzed with IR.It is found that the wear process of Nomex fabric composites consists of the severe wear process and the steady wear process.And the severe-smooth friction process transition completes rapidly within 10 min under the low applied load,however under the high the load the friction process of the composites was at the persistent severe friction.The groups of carboxyl were introduced to the surface of the Nomex fabric,which improves the activity of the Nomex fabric and strengthen the bonding strength between the Nomex fabric and the adhesive resin.So the structural integrity of the composites was improved also.The maximum loading capacity and tribological properties of the Nomex fabric composites can be improved by hydrolyzation/graft.
