Abstract: 由Bogoliubov-de Gennes方程得到铁磁超导共存态(FS)的自洽方程,利用推广的Furusaki-Tsukada的电流公式计算了铁磁超导态/绝缘层/自旋三重态p波超导体(FS/I/p)结的直流Josephson电流随结的温度、相位差以及FS中磁交换能、结界面的势垒散射强度的变化关系.研究表明:FS中磁交换能、结界面的势垒散射均抑制FS/I/p结的直流Josephson电流.当自旋三重态超导体具有px波配对势时,自旋三重态超导体结的直流Josephson电流随结两侧相位差的振荡周期是π.

Abstract: 大尺寸的Josephson结放置于Q值足够高的谐振腔中,当其Josephson频率ω=2cV0/h激励起腔的第r个本征模谐振时,这个振荡将反馈辐照结,必须考虑反馈场本征模的空间部分在结上是不同的。理论上得到了和文献2]不同的结果,给出了阶跃电流随磁场的变化,分析了腔的反馈场本征模和Josephson结的辐射电磁波空间匹配的条件,解释了为什么大尺寸的Josephson结不存在周期小于φ0的阶梯效应的物理原因。

Abstract: 如果将由两个相同的Josephson结组成的双结SQUID放置于Q值足够高的谐振腔内,当其Josephson频率ω=2eV0/h与谐振腔的本征频率ωr发生谐振时,腔内就被激起一个驻波电磁场,这个场对两个结的反馈作用,将导致双结SQUID的dc Josephson电流在一个磁通量子内随磁场产生多次阶梯效应。理论给出两个结的Josephson电流产生一系列新的干涉作用:如果两个结分别位于反馈场的波峰,则阶跃电流加强;如果其中一个位于波谷,则使SQUID的干涉图形改变π/2位相,且两个结电流产生相干性减小;如果一个在波峰一个在波节,则SQUID退化到单结;如果两个结都在波节,则不出现n≠0的阶梯。

Abstract: Using Bogoliubov_de Gennes equations,we obtain the self_consistent equation in a ferromagnetic superconductor. Taking into account the rough interface scatterin g effects, within Bogoliubov_de Gennes equations and Furusaki_Tsukada formula we calculate the dc Josephson current in the double ferromagnet_superconductor tun nel junctions. It is found that dc Josephson currents in FS/I/FS are suppressed by the ferromagnetic exchange interaction for weak barrier strength and weak rou gh interface scattering strength. The only exception that the dc Josephson curre nts increase with the ferromagnetic exchange interaction occurs if all three con ditions are satisfied: at low temperature, for strong barrier strength or strong rough interface scattering strength, and in an antiparallel configuration.

Abstract: 谐振型Josephson隧道结在建立Josephson电压基准的工作中受到广泛的应用。本文从受迫振动的模型出发,运用磁耦合的边条件,对波导中的结作了处理,得到了和实验相符的结果。在实验中我们对波导系统的短路装置作了适当改进,减少了微波漏损并改善了短路条件。低温实验的结果表明这种改进是有效的。

Abstract: We show that SIS Josephson junctions have a threshold resistance, above which the Josephson coupling and the supercurrents become extremely small, due to the shrinking of the Cooper pair size during the Josephson tunneling. Accordingly, the threshold resistance is smaller for higher Tc superconductors with small Cooper pair size and for the insulating barrier with higher resistance. This understanding agrees with the observations in SIS junctions of low Tc superconductors, such as Sn, Pb, and Nb. For MgB2 it explains why the big gap does not show the supercurrents, unlike the small gap. Furthermore, it is consistent with the fact that high Tc cuprates show the Josephson effects only for SNS type junctions, including the intrinsic Josephson effects.

Abstract: Using Bogoliubov-de Gennes equations and Furuski-Tsukada formula for the Josephson current,we calculate the dc Josephson current in s-wave superconductor/Insulator/d x 2-y 2-wave superconductor junctions(s/I/d) with a rough interface.It is found that the Josephson effect depends on strongly the crystalline axis orientation of d-wave superconductor in s/I/d junction.The dc Josephson currents are suppreesed by the rough interface scattering.
