美国社区创客教育的载体  [PDF]

Abstract: 美国推进全民创客行动的进程中,非常重视社区创客空间的建设,并积极动员全美各地区、各社区重视将创客行动纳入区域与社区的发展计划,众多社区创客空间明确提出自身所担负的教育责任。基于对美国若干社区创客空间建设目标与运行方式的分析,本文探析了作为社区创客教育主要载体的创客空间的发展动力、功用与应用。研究发现,技术与社会的发展是美国社区创客空间发展的根本动力,全美创客行动的深化实践则是美国社区创客空间发展的基本依托。在功用维度,美国社区创客空间具有培养社区成员创造创新能力、提升社区成员创业就业技能的教育功用,同时又具有创生就业创业机会、促进社区经济发展的经济功用;在应用维度,美国社区创客空间主要通过精心规划功能区支持多样化创客活动、采用适当的运行形式、多途径开展创客教育、多方位促进创客空间高效利用等实现并优化空间的应用。

Abstract: A geographic information system (GIS) integrates hardware, software, and data for capturing, managing, analyzing, and displaying all forms of geographically referenced information. With the advancement of technologies and internet it allows for the emerging of GIS to be considered as a WebGIS. In order to build a WebGIS for connecting to geodata sources we need commonly acceptable standards for understanding of Web interfaces. OGC standards (WMS and WFS) for Web services interfaces and data interchange are used in WebGIS. For Data access and exchange, the OGC (Open GIS Consortium) WFS is used to access and manipulate feature-level data. The main advantages of this approach are interoperability and feature-level data sharing. Web services technologies with WFS make use of XML database to store geospatial data as GML. In this paper, we analyzed different interfaces provided by WFS like GetCapabilities, DescribeFeatureType and GetFeature and integrate it with Geoserver open source GIS to limit access of data and transactions.

Abstract: 目的?开展医院科务公开督查工作,了解全院各科室科务公开工作进展情况,收集员工最在意的问题。方法?2013年11月-12月采用问卷调查为主,结合参与科室各种会议、访谈科室员工、查阅文档资料等其他方式开展督查。结果?科务公开度为(78.39±18.55)%。其中公开较好的科务为政策类科务(>85%),公开度得分较低(<75%)且员工反映较集中的科务为科研及学术任职类、财务收支及酬金分配类、人事安排和培养类科务。结论?科室足够重视、关注员工重视的问题、合理利用公开方式、有力监督和充分利用监督结果是提升科务公开度的有效举措。

Abstract: World Wide Web Geographical Information System(WebGIS) is the combination of Internet/Web technologies and Geographical Information System,it makes the web publishing and sharing of geospatial information in the whole world possible and has bought great influence to the national economical development and our everyday life. The paper first analyses the problem existed in WebGIS, and then introduces the Scalable Vector Graphics,in short SVG, which is a standard of file format for describing 2D graphics on Internet, recommended by W3C. Considering the trait of SVG, the thought for constructing WebGIS based on SVG is presented, and then the method of coding the geospatial data and attribute data with SVG is gived, the system architecture of WebGIS based on SVG is described, the method in developing GIS's function using Adobe's SVGViewer 2 0 plug-in in client side is also discussed. The thought gived in this paper is proved feasible and effective with an experiment system. The author believe that with more research on WebGIS based on SVG,SVG will play greater role in publishing geospatial information, futhermore, the geospatial information web sharing will become easier.

Abstract: Due to the problem of efficiency and huge load of server in current common WebGIS, this paper proposed a method to build WebGIS based on FastCGI by the model of multi-process and distributed cluster. This paper introduced the architecture, functional modules, working flow, and realization of distributed cluster of the map server of WebGIS based on FastCGI. By these theories, built a WebGIS which implemented the OGC specification. The result shows that a WebGIS based on FastCGI by multi-process and distributed cluster more efficient, steadily, and more scalable than common WebGIS using other models.
