Abstract: 考察了3种不同的预处理方法对黄原胶收率和产品质量的影响,并对采用硅藻土过滤预处理法的稀释倍数与硅藻土的用量进行了优化。考察了膜,膜面流速,温度,操作压力及胶浓度对超滤对水透过通量的影响,并对这些参数进行了优化。考察了溶剂种类,用量及pH对黄原胶醇析的影响,并对其进行优化。

Abstract: 采用常压空气介质阻挡放电等离子体对杨木单板表面进行改性处理,利用自制纳米纤维素改性大豆蛋白胶黏剂制备胶合板,研究等离子体处理工艺对杨木单板表面润湿性能和杨木胶合板胶合性能的影响,以期提高胶合板性能、降低施胶量,并从等离子体处理对微观形貌和化学组分两方面的影响分析其机理。试验结果表明:常压等离子体处理后,胶液在单板表面的初始接触角和平衡角相比未处理单板最大分别下降12.4%和46.3%,润湿性能得到明显改善; 在达到Ⅱ类胶合板胶合性能的前提下可降低一定的施胶量; 改性单板表面粗糙度提高,含氧官能团含量增加,均有利于胶液在单板表面的润湿。综合胶合板性能与经济效益,选择较优处理工艺条件为处理功率4.5 kW、处理速率14 m/min和单面施胶量140 g/m2。
The environmental-friendly natural adhesive made from renewable resources has become the research interests for the Chinese wood-based panel industry in recent years. The soy protein adhesive has received more and more attention due to its relatively excellent performance. However, the drawbacks, such as poor water resistance and high viscosity, have hindered its application in the industrial production. In this study, the atmospheric pressure plasma treatment was used to improve the bonding properties between wood and soy protein adhesive so that the adhesive content in the plywood could be reduced greatly. The impact of plasma treatment on surface wettability of poplar veneer and bonding strength of plywood made of poplar veneers and the nanocrystalline cellulose(NCC)modified soy protein adhesive were investigated. The results showed that after the atmospheric pressure plasma treatment, the initial contact angle and the equilibrium angle of the resin in the veneer surface decreased by 12.4% and 46.3%, respectively, compared with those of the untreated veneers, indicating that the wettability of the poplar veneer was obviously improved. A certain amount of adhesive content was reduced when achieving type II plywood bonding performance. The surface roughness of the modified veneers and the content of oxygen-containing functional groups increased, which were beneficial to the wetting of the adhesive on the veneer surface. The optimized plasma treatment conditions were the treatment power of 4.5 kW and treatment rate of 14 m/min. It was concluded that the atmospheric pressure plasma treatment can improve the wettability of poplar veneer and the bonding strength between poplar veneer and NCC-modified soy protein adhesive remarkably, leading to the wet shear strength of the plywood meeting the Chinese National Standard for type Ⅱ plywood at a lower single side adhesive content of 140 g/m2

Abstract: ?就罗望子胶提取工艺中的原料处理、胶的水解及胶的沉析进行了比较试验。罗望子种子去皮粉碎后,采用0.7%的草酸溶液(ph2.3),97℃下水解,水解后的滤液用等量的95%酒精(混合液洒酒精浓度50%~60%)沉析,罗望子胶的提取率可达40%~52%。

Abstract: ?研究猪肉肠中亚麻籽胶、卡拉胶和黄原胶的相互作用。采用析因设计,在猪肉肠加工过程中,添加不同量的亚麻籽胶、卡拉胶和黄原胶,分析上述胶类对猪肉肠保水性、保油性的影响。结果表明:添加亚麻籽胶可显著地增强猪肉肠在60℃条件下烘20、40、60、80min的保水能力(p<0.01)。卡拉胶对猪肉肠在60℃条件下烘20、40min的保水能力无显著性的影响,亚麻籽胶与黄原胶对猪肉肠在60℃条件下烘20、40min都有显著性交互作用(p<0.05);保水能力从高到低依次为:亚麻籽胶、黄原胶、卡拉胶。亚麻籽胶对猪肉肠用乙醚浸提40min和60min的保油性有显著性的影响(p<0.05),黄原胶和卡拉胶对保油性没有显著性的影响;保油能力高到低依次为:亚麻籽胶、黄原胶、卡拉胶。

Abstract: 胶凝原油的蠕变特性对保障管道安全流动具有重要意义。现有蠕变模型在不同剪切应力下的拟合参数显著不同,不便工程应用。为此,研究从流变参量的非定常化角度出发,对经典Maxwell模型进行扩展,利用求解微分型本构关系的方法建立非定常参量蠕变模型。利用三种胶凝原油对蠕变模型进行验证,结果表明:一个蠕变方程即可较好地描述油品在多个应力下的蠕变过程,拟合精度高,模型未知参数少,且拟合参数不随剪切应力变化。油品温度降低,胶凝原油黏弹性增强,模型拟合参数呈现单调变化趋势。借助拟合确定的模型参数对胶凝原油其它应力下的蠕变响应进行预测,预测结果与试验结果较为一致,表明模型具有良好的工程应用价值。
