 Physics , 2005, Abstract: The form factors for the radiative transitions between charmonium mesons are investigated. We employ an anisotropic lattice using a Wilson gauge action, and domain-wall fermion action. We extrapolate the form factors to $Q^2 = 0$, corresponding to a real photon, using quark-model-inspired functions. Finally, comparison is made with photocouplings extracted from the measured radiative widths, where known. Our preliminary results find photocouplings commensurate with these experimentally extracted values.

The results are compared to potential quark models and lattices calculations.
 Physics , 2002, DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevLett.89.252501 Abstract: We report the first observation of double radiative capture on pionic hydrogen. The experiment was conducted at the TRIUMF cyclotron using the RMC spectrometer, and detected $\gamma$--ray coincidences following $\pi^-$ stops in liquid hydrogen. We found the branching ratio for double radiative capture to be $(3.05 \pm 0.27(stat.) \pm 0.31(syst.)) \times 10^{-5}$. The measured branching ratio and angle-energy distributions support the theoretical prediction of a dominant contribution from the $\pi \pi \to \gamma \gamma$ annihilation mechanism.

The physics of new hidden-charm states X and Y is briefly reviewed. Perspectives for producing double-charm baryons and double-charm exotic mesons are discussed.
