Abstract: In the virtual network environment, the C2C e-commerce has some problems in product quality, service, credit speculation. At present the credit appraisal system offered by domestic C2C e-commerce website ensures the network security to a certain extent while it has some problems in identity verification, evaluation rules and model, credit of buyers and sellers and so on. Focused on the largest national C2C shopping website—Taobao, this article mainly analyzes the present situations and problems of the credit appraisal system, puts forward some improved suggestions of the real-name authentication, credit and transaction appraisal rules and so forth, and then establishes improved credit appraisal system.

Abstract: Credit problem is the main bottleneck which hinders the development of e-commerce. This paper analyzes the current representative C2C credit evaluation models of Taobao and Youa, and proposes an improved model. The improved model uses a multi-standard evaluation system and new credit rating rules. And the evaluation algorithm considers the score of multi-standards, category and price of the commodity together, using a weighted system to calculate the credit score then to determine the credit rating. It solves the main problems which the current C2C credit rating algorithms haven't settled. In addition, the model puts forward some identification measures of false trading, the ID verification rules, and a third-party credit certification center, which partly solve the credit fraud problems arising from the credit island and credit speculation. Finally, the paper compares the improved model with current models to show its superiority.

Abstract: Similar to the global financial crisis in 2008 which is essentially the credit crisis, there are also general problems of distorting, alienating credit or credit evaluation mechanism through widespread speculation of credit, bogus transaction in e-commerce, which has resulted in the deterioration of trading environment. This paper introduces the concept “credit alienation” by the analysis of the financial crisis, mainly takes the credit evaluation of the auction websites in China for example, and analyzes the credit crisis in e-commerce and the root causes in detail. The emphasis is to explore the way to overcome the credit alienation, and build the necessary hardware and software environment for the development of e-commerce.

Abstract: To solve the problem of the transaction security in C2C e-commerce, this paper proposes an evaluation model based on cloud model theory. The created definition of the trust cloud and the standard cloud in the valuation model show the ambiguity and random of the trust and realize transferring quantitative data to qualitative data. This paper puts forward the synthesis, similarity operation and realizes comprehensive evaluation and decision-making based on trust classification. The results of experiments show that the trust evaluation model proposed is valid.

Abstract: Social network analysis emerged as an important research topic in sociology decades ago, and it has also attracted scientists from various fields of study like psychology, anthropology, geography and economics. In recent years, a significant number of researches has been conducted on using social network analysis to design e-commerce recommender systems. Most of the current recommender systems are designed for B2C e-commerce websites. This paper focuses on building a recommendation algorithm for C2C e-commerce business model by considering special features of C2C e-commerce websites. In this paper, we consider users and their transactions as a network; by this mapping, link prediction technique which is an important task in social network analysis could be used to build the recommender system. The proposed tow-level recommendation algorithm, rather than topology of the network, uses nodes features like: category of items, ratings of users, and reputation of sellers. The results show that the proposed model can be used to predict a portion of future trades between users in a C2C commercial network.

Abstract: Based on a simplified evolutionary game model, this article analyzes the internal mechanism of credit cheating behaviors in E-Commerce business. With regard to potentially technological or rule defaults in credit system as well as traders’ selfish rationality, presence of credit cheating is to some extent unavoidable. We then suggest a new kind of credit system, which is independently coexistent with traders and trading, should be set up to control credit cheating. Simulation experiments support the ideas aforementioned.

Abstract: In the research, the crawler technology was used to evaluate the Taobao silkie, and product evaluation data is the case object. After word segmentation, naive Bayesian, K-means, and TF-IDF related algorithms were used to complete word frequency statistics, sentiment analysis, and cluster analysis. It was found that the quality of rural specialty products was more recognized by e-commerce customers, but its overall emotional score was slightly lower than that of non-origin products. After summing up the drawbacks of the former, targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.

Abstract: Consumer participating in online Customer to Customer auction (C2C) has been a prevailing and flourish-ing phenomenon. However, there are little studies explain why do consumer resell online. From literature review and consumer in-depth interviews, we identified the primary motivations for consumers to resell online with four: profit-driven monetary motives, utilitarian trade-up motives, emotional/social motives, and house grooming motives. We then discovered that consumer resale behavior is performed differently than that of retailers. Moreover, consumer resale foresight appears to prelude consumer purchase behavior.

Abstract: Individual credit appraisal technology is one of the critical issues of building national individual credit system. An individual credit appraisal model based neural network whose topology and connection weights are optimized by genetic algorithm (GA\|NN) is proposed in this paper. And the detail of the model's application is given based the discussion about the individual credit appraisal indexes.
