Abstract: 以高效液相色谱进行分离,配以薄层层析,紫外光谱等方法研究测定了中药“维脑路通”的组成。定性结果表明“维脑路通”的主要成分有7-羟乙基芦丁、4',7-二羟乙基芦丁、3',4',7-三羟乙基芦丁,3',4',5,7-四羟乙基芦丁等八种主要组分,用色谱法对各组分的含量作了测定。

Abstract: 为各类飞行器提供互联网接入的主要技术方案可以分为卫星通信和地空宽带2种。当飞行器处于两者的重叠覆盖区域,采用多路径进行数据通信将有可能极大改善传输性能。针对上述飞行器多接入场景,该文提出了一种多路径传输优化方案DMPTCP (dynamic multipath transmission control protocol)。针对链路通断情况发现缓慢、数据分配效率低的问题,结合飞行轨迹可预测的特点,设计了一种基于链路通断状态预测的数据分配算法;并针对链路时延和丢包率差异大所导致的接收方乱序情况严重的问题,通过接收方同时在多条子流回复连接层否定确认信息,使得发送方能够快速获得接收方总体乱序情况并对丢包进行重传。仿真实验表明: DMPTCP在聚合带宽和接收方总体乱序情况两方面均明显优于现有多路径传输机制。
Abstract:The two main technologies used for aircraft internet access are satellite and air-to-ground (ATG) communication systems. When an aircraft flies over areas with overlapping signals, communicating with multiple paths may greatly improve transmission performance. This paper presents an optimization scheme for multipath transmissions in such aircraft multiple access scenarios. The slow link state discovery rates and inefficient data scheduling are improved by a link on-off prediction based data scheduling algorithm. The severe out-of-order condition caused by a long link round trip time (RTT) and loss rate differences is improved by transmitting a data level negative acknowledgement with all subflows from the receiver so that the sender can quickly identify and retransmit lost packets. Simulations show that this method is better than existing mechanisms for both the aggregated bandwidth and the average number of out of order packets.

Abstract: Spring viremia carp virus (SVCV) is a rhabdovirus seasonally affecting warm-water cyprinid fish farming causing high impacts in worldwide economy. Because of the lack of effective preventive treatments, the identification of multipath genes involved in SVCV infection might be an alternative to explore the possibilities of using drugs for seasonal prevention of this fish disease. Because the zebrafish (Danio rerio) is a cyprinid susceptible to SVCV and their genetics and genome sequence are well advanced, it has been chosen as a model for SVCV infections. We have used newly designed pathway-targeted microarrays 3-4-fold enriched for immune/infection functional-relevant probes by using zebrafish orthologous to human genes from selected pathways of the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG). The comparative analysis of differential expression of genes through 20 pathways in 2-day exposed or 30-day survivors of SVCV infection allowed the identification of 16 multipath genes common to more than 6 pathways. In addition, receptors (Toll-like, B-cell, T-cell, RIG1-like) as well as viral RNA infection pathways were identified as the most important human-like pathways targeted by SVCV infection. Furthermore, by using bioinformatic tools to compare the promoter sequences corresponding to up and downregulated multipath gene groups, we identified putative common transcription factors which might be controlling such responses in a coordinated manner. Possible drug candidates to be tested in fish, can be identified now through search of data bases among those associated with the human orthologous to the zebrafish multipath genes. With the use of pathway-targeted microarrays, we identified some of the most important genes and transcription factors which might be implicated in viral shutoff and/or host survival responses after SVCV infection. These results could contribute to develop novel drug-based prevention methods and consolidate the zebrafish/SVCV as a model for vertebrate viral diseases.

The Belt and Road Initiative can be carried out by carving the the avenue for peace, the avenue for prosperity, the avenue for opening up, the avenue for innovations and the avenue for a better human civilization. However, the condition for carving out such avenues is to achieve the goals of policy coordination, infrastructure connectivity, trade connectivity, fnancial connectivity, and Intercultural Communication. The present analysis reveals that Xi Jinping’s theory on Communication is characterized by a conceptual and action chain consisting of inclusion, dissemination,communication, integration, and unity. It is concluded that the effective implementation of such a chain could cultivate international political trust, economic integration, and mutual cultural acceptance . Eventually, it would contribute to the construction of the global security community, the global community of shared interest, the global community of shared responsibilities, and fnally the community of mankind with a shared future, which is the highest form of co-humanity in Xi’s theory on governance.

Abstract: 针对基于射频干扰对消的扰中通系统,本文研究了采用多抽头射频干扰重建技术可获得的自干扰抑制度,给出了抽头数为2的自干扰消除器的解析结构,并分析了干扰消除效果与信号带宽和抽头数的关系。数值分析与计算机仿真结果表明:干扰消除能力随信号带宽增大而减弱,随抽头数增加而提升,对于100 MHz带宽信号,6抽头射频对消器在S频段可提供约70 dB的自干扰消除能力。

Abstract: 目的:探讨长期乙醇暴露对大鼠肺组织中TREM-1/2通路表达的影响。方法:将40只SD大鼠随机分为2组。乙醇组按2.5 mL/(kg?d)的剂量灌胃体积分数20%的乙醇; 对照组灌胃等量清水。4周后,运用免疫组化染色及Western blot技术检测大鼠肺组织中TREM-1、TREM-2及信号衔接蛋白DAP-12的表达。结果:4周后,对照组大行动敏捷,食欲良好,无腹泻,体重增加明显; 与对照组比较,乙醇组大鼠体重无明显增加,出现腹泻症状,大鼠肺组织中TREM-1表达下调,TREM-2和DAP-12表达上调(P<0.05)。结论:长期乙醇暴露可能破坏大鼠肺巨噬细胞TREM-1/2通路的平衡,导致大鼠免疫力低下。
Aim: To investigate the effect of long-term alcohol exposure on the expressions of TREM-1,TREM-2 and DAP-12 in rat lung tissue.Methods: Forty SD rats were allocated into 2 groups randomly. The rats in alcohol group were lavagely given alcohol(volume fraction of 20%)at dose of 2.5 mL/(kg?d), and those in control group were given water. After four weeks, immunohistochemical staining and Western blot technique were used to detect the expressions of TREM-1,TREM-2 and DAP-12 in lung tissue.Results: After 4 weeks, the control rats had agile action, good appetite, no diarrhea, and gained weight obviously. Compared with control group, the rats in alcohol group had no significant weight gain, and showed diarrhea symptoms, TREM-1 expression in rat lung tissue decreased, and TREM-2 and DAP-12 expressions increased(P<0.05).Conclusion: Long-term alcohol exposure may destroy the balance of TREM-1/2 pathway, thereby cause low immunity

Abstract: 元代徽州路境内的手工业主要有矿冶、丝织、酒醋酿造、文房四宝制造、刻书等,其中尤以文房四宝制造、刻书等行业较为发达。官府经营和民间经营是元代徽州手工业生产经营的主要形式。官府手工业生产规模相对较大,管理控制严格,官僚化倾向严重。民间资本与人力的投入和参与,使刻书业等民营手工业获得发展。元朝政府对徽州路手工业课税较重,在一定程度上束缚了它们的发展。
