Material flow determination through agricultural machinery management

Abstract: the approach of material embodiment in agricultural production systems is important because it determines the convergence of inputs (indirectly, the natural resources) to the field. additionally, material flow is the basis for both environmental (energy analysis, emergy synthesis, life-cycle analysis and carbon inventories) and economical analyses. since different materials cannot compose a single index, generally these flows are not shown, making comparisons among approaches difficult. another aspect that makes comparisons difficult is the definition of the boundary of the studied system. if these boundaries differ, results will also be different, hiding actual distinctions among systems. the present study aims to suggest an arrangement of existing models to determine material flow in agricultural production systems. the following steps were considered: i) the adoption of a diagram language to represent the analyzed system; ii) determination of the material flow for directly applied inputs; iii) determination of the material flow for indirectly applied inputs, which included: determination of the effective field capacity; fuel consumption; machinery depreciation; and labor. data on fuel consumption were compared with the models presented. the best model applied was a fixed parameter based on engine power (0.163 l kw-1 h-1). the determination of the material flow for maize silage production presented similar results as those obtained in regional databases.
日本奶农生产经营的改善及其对我国奶业发展的启示  [PDF]

Abstract: 日本奶牛的饲养主要依赖于国外饲料的进口,国际饲料价格的上涨使得日本奶业陷入了危机,奶农的生产经营状况直接关系到奶业产业的发展。本研究基于日本社团法人中央畜产会实施的全国农户生产经营指导项目中所调查的294个奶农农户的生产经营相关数据,采用因子分析、多元线性回归分析、聚类分析方法,对影响奶农经营收入的因素进行了分析。结果表明,奶牛饲养的收益、奶牛饲养的劳动效率、饲养规模这三个因素对奶农的生产影响最大;阐明了奶农生产中存在的问题;提出了奶农生产经营的改善应该着重于适度扩大生产规模;合理进行投资,并且均衡大型机器设备和小农器具投资的比例以改善奶农饲养效率以及饲料生产效率,提高奶农的收入。最后,借鉴日本奶业生产经营中存在的问题,总结了对我国奶业发展的启示。
非农职业因素对农户兼业结构及其离农意愿的影响  [PDF]

Abstract: 推动农户兼业行为演化及其离农决策的最终动力是家庭成员非农就业发展,而非农职业因素构成了衡量非农就业水平的核心特征。本文基于农户视角,分析了作为农户家庭主要劳动成员的夫妻双方非农职业层次、收入及安全风险等不同非农职业因素对农户兼业结构类型及其离农意愿之间的理论影响机制,在此基础上,分别运用有序Probit模型和二元Logit模型对长三角地区1036户农户进行了实证研究。结果表明,农户夫妻总体非农就业水平的提升,对推动农户非农化兼业结构升级,增强其主动离农意愿具有显著积极作用。进一步比较发现,其中非农职业层次因素对经济更发达地区农户的兼业结构发展影响程度较大,而作为女性的妻子职业安全风险因素对次发达地区农户离农决策影响更为显著,但总体上即期收入因素的影响并不明显。文章认为要把促进兼农成员的非农就业发展作为推动其家庭兼业结构升级,进而最终主动离农的重要政策切入点;在当前农地征用补偿政策中,要重视扶持失地农民的非农职业层次提升和职业安全风险降低等长期非农就业发展之"能力补偿",而非仅关注短期"收入补偿"。更多还原

Abstract: The offered determinations concerning the main point of marketing research are considered and generalized. The basic ways of increasing the efficiency of marketing research management on the enterprises of agricultural machinery industry are determined and developed. The model of marketing management concerning the relationship with consumers on the market of agricultural machinery industry is worked out. Abstract: 我国2004年出台的农机购置补贴是一项重要的支农政策。为对购机补贴政策做出系统性评价,从政策背景、目标和手段着手,对购机补贴及其效果的相关研究进行了总结评述,剖析政策的经济学基础,讨论WTO框架下的政策属性及其与关联性政策的协调性,重点关注政策的实施效果与评价,结果表明:购机补贴政策具有明显的多目标性,政策的实施引发了行业内外的广泛关注,政策效果是政策研究与评价的核心内容,也是争议的焦点;多数学者对购机补贴政策整体做出肯定性评价,认为补贴激发了农户购机能力,改善了农机装备结构,促进农业化水平的提升和区域均衡,缩小了农机跨区作业的操作空间,增加了农业产出和农民收入,同时带动农机工业的发展;作为一项普惠性的农业投入品补贴,购机补贴属于"黄箱"支持政策,与深松作业补贴的政策属性不同,两项政策应该分开实施。在完善农业支持保护制度的背景下,继续实施购机补贴政策应注重发挥补贴对农机使用效率的提升作用,同时防范政策目标之间的潜在冲突。
China's agricultural machinery purchase subsidy introduced in 2004 is an important financial agriculture supporting policy. In order to make a systematic evaluation of the policy, from the points of background, target and means of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy, the article summarizes and reviews researches on the policy and its effect, and focuses on the property of the policy under WTO framework and the related mechanization policy. The results show that:The subsidy policy is multi-objective, and its implementation has attracted wide attention. It is the core content of policy research and the focus of controversy. Most scholars make a positive assessment of the policy and think the subsidy has stimulated the farmers' purchasing demand, changed the structure of agricultural machinery equipment; promoted the level of agricultural mechanization and regional balance. It is conducive to increasing agricultural output and farmers' income, promoting the development of agricultural machinery industry and the upgrading of agricultural machinery products. The machinery purchase subsidy belongs to yellow box policy. It is different with subsoiling operation subsidy and should be implemented separately. Under the background of improving the system of agricultural support and protection, attentions should be paid to the effect of subsidies on the using efficiency of agricultural machinery and preventing potential conflicts between policy objectives to continue to implement the subsidy policy.

Abstract: During last years, a central issue of theory debate and economicpolicy is clearly manufacture clusters and the local capabilities which take part,promote and condition its competitiveness.
