Abstract: Based on the study of the new technique in computer software,we brought forward a new frame of GIS map middle ware by combining the kernel of commercial middle ware with GIS application,and we also referenced the structure of some commercial GIS Web map server.We also done part of the framework and apply it in the project practice.This article clearly explained the design and principle of our project.

Abstract: This is the preprint version of our paper on ICONIP2015. The proposed platform supports the integrated VRGIS functions including 3D spatial analysis functions, 3D visualization for spatial process and serves for 3D globe and digital city. The 3D analysis and visualization of the concerned city massive information are conducted in the platform. The amount of information that can be visualized with this platform is overwhelming, and the GIS based navigational scheme allows to have great flexibility to access the different available data sources.

Abstract: With the development of mobile technology, especially the development of 3G and mobile IP, the computational capacity of handsets is becoming more and more powerful, which provides a new method to solve the difficulties encountered in real time GIS accessing caused by the characteristics of mobility and remoteness of fieldwork in oilfield. On the basis of studying in-depth on the technologies of J2ME platform, Mobile SVG and mobile data transfer, etc., and in accordance with the actual situation of oilfield, the design framework of oilfield mobile GIS service is put forward and the schemes of key technologies are given in this paper, which establishes the technical foundation for the construction of “Digital Oilfield”.

Abstract: In order to build a scalable, on-demand cloud GIS platform which was able to provide OGC complaint Web services, this paper studied the features and requirements of cloud GIS. Accordingly, it leveraged server cluster and distributed cache technologies to design and implement a cloud GIS platform. The experiment testified its scalability of dealing with high-concurrency and computational intensive tasks. The result of experiment shows good speed up ratio. In addition, the platform performed well in real GIS application.

Abstract:

This paper presents the development of a microkernel with a device driver controller for embedded systems. The implementation was done in C language aiming low cost microcontrollers. The proposed system allowed to perform soft real-time activities while keeping the drivers and the application isolated by a secure layer. The callback system proved itself extremely simple to use while still maintaining the security of the system regarding the temporal constraints.

Abstract:

Geographical Information System (GIS) always plays an integral role in LBS systems. But it comes with technology problems, such as less flexible, low efficiency, no redundancy of existing geographic information of application configuration which has high entry cost. At same time, indoors positioning is attracting more and more attention from research domain where GPS-like systems do not work. By RSSI location fingerprint data that sampling from the actual WSN environment, this article analyzed RF signal propagation characteristics in indoor from the point of view of the indoor positioning, and analyzed some factors that may affect the positioning error, which provided a theoretical basis for the positioning algorithm design and positioning system deployment. The aim of this paper is also to present a lightweight, efficient and scalable microkernel plug-in geospatial information application system and its implementation method for GIS in LBS design and practice. In this paper a software model called Resource loading manager (RLM) is designed. Through the RLM efficient allocation of geographic information resources and security management could be achieved.
