Mechanical Properties Evaluation for Pneumatic Actuator and Electric Actuator Based on AHP-FCE  [cached]

Abstract: The actuators’ mechanical properties evaluation is a fuzzy concept with multiple properties and classes. The fuzzy data quantification, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (AHP-FCE) methods are combined to establish the actuators’ mechanical properties evaluation (MPE) model. The flowchart of actuators’ MPE and selection on AHP-FCE was considered and characterized in detail. The weighted average principle has been taken to replace the maximum membership principle in dealing with the actuator’ mechanical properties comprehensive value. One pneumatic actuator and one electric actuator in same working demand are taken as an example to verify the evaluation model. The result shows that it is effective, correct, easy to apply and worth to being recommended in similar evaluation field.

Abstract: risk in the agricultural sector has multiple dimensions or factors and prioritization of these can support decision making. on the other hand, knowing the importance of these risk factors for distinct agricultural activities and how they vary according to geographic zone constitutes relevant information for agricultural development. the objective of this study was to prioritize risk factors that are highly relevant for farmers in central south chile. the multi-criteria analytical hierarchical process (ahp) methodology was used to define a decision structure with four risk factors or criteria: climate, price and direct cost variability, human factor, and commercialization. in general, results obtained showed that there are no important imbalances in the weightings of different risk factors. price and cost variability was the most important factor (0.30) whereas climate was the least important (0.20). it also confirmed that there are spatial differences in the weightings obtained for the distinct risk factors which determine distinct risk levels for the respective agricultural activities according to geographic region.

Abstract: Enterprise knowledge management has important influence on an enterprise core competency, and enterprise knowledge management application evaluation plays an important role for the enterprise economic benefits, innovation ability and culture. The evaluation of the enterprise knowledge management application can guide the enterprise knowledge management implement better. In this paper, an enterprise knowledge management application evaluation index system is constructed and fuzzy extended analytic hierarchy process and cloud gravity center model are employed to evaluate the enterprise knowledge management application problem because it has the advantages of simple, less time taking and dealing with qualitative and quantitative indicators simultaneously. An implementation of the proposed model is used for a certain enterprise knowledge management application evaluation, and the results shows the proposed model is feasibility and effective for the evaluation.

Abstract: The paper presents an index system for evaluating network information resource and proposes a method for evaluating network information resource using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Bayesian Networks(BN) to effectively aggregate experts' knowledge and experience to arrive at a reasonable final decision.Then the method is applied to evaluate information resource of a network station.The results show that the method is effective and reasonable.

Abstract: Talent resource is the primary resource. There are two sides as the starting point and foothold in this paper. One is how to evaluate the performance of science and technology talents flow by IDSS (Intelligence Decision Supporting System). Another is how to guide the innovation work of science and technology according to the evaluation results. The evaluation index on performance system has hierarchical structure. So AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is applied to evaluate the performance. Evaluation model is established and illustrated by the cases in this paper. It can be seen that the flow of performance is influenced by the growth rate of important scientific and technological achievements. Furthermore, some constructive suggestions are given based on the results of evaluation.

Abstract: With the development and innovation of basic mathematics education, the classroom teaching quality has become a hot spot of basic mathematics education curriculum and teaching reform. The high classroom teaching quality can comprehensively and deeply reflect the teaching level of teachers, improve?the level of students’ mathematical key competencies, and realize?the fast improvement of mathematics learning process. Therefore,?the evaluation of it has become not only important but necessary. As a result, we argue that evaluation indicator system of teaching quality should be well researched.?Based on the multi-layered and fuzzy-paste nature of the evaluation problem of classroom teaching quality, the evaluation model of classroom teaching quality is tried to construct. By using analytic hierarchy process, the weight of each indicator is determined, and the teaching quality is determined by using the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation method improves the reliability and objectivity of the evaluation results, promoting students’ efficient learning of mathematics and teaching level.

Abstract: Accompany with the vigorous development of higher education, the materials and equipment requirements in college are increasing year by year. Just, fair and scientific materials bidding method has a decisive significance to ensure that tendered and bidder’s legitimate rights and interests. So the method to determine the winning company becomes the focus that tender, bidders and bid evaluation committee pay attention. The commonly used methods that review bid, tender side usually depend on the qualitative analysis and logical judgment, lack quantitative analysis. Bid evaluation is multiple objective decision making problem including technology, economy, security, management and other factors. The applications of the AHP method, taking the influence factors of evaluation as a system to consider, show that the qualitative index can be changed into quantitative index, the evaluation process and conclusions is objectively, fairly and reasonably. This paper proposes a method to quantify the relationship between object and factors in bidding universities procurement of materials, based on the AHP Method and analysis of the representative factors in bidding decision. Abstract:
当代图书馆的管理水平主要体现在图书馆人力资源的绩效考核问题上,一个科学合理的绩效考核方法可以促进图书馆的进步和发展。传统的绩效考核方法过于主观片面,无法达到客观公正的要求,引发许多不必要的问题。本文基于层次分析法建立了图书馆绩效考核评价体系,运用数学建模的方法量化考核指标和考核结果,以清晰明确的数字代替模棱两可的语言评价,克服了传统考核中的缺陷,并配以实例进行分析,全面的比较每位职员的各个方面的特长和缺陷,使考核不仅能对过去工作做出公正合理的总结判定,也能为以后的工作发展提供全面的参照和指导,力求为图书馆绩效考核提供一个科学、公正、合理的方法。
Nowadays, the performance evaluation of human resources in libraries has manifested the contemporary library management level. A scientific and reasonable evaluation method can prompt the progress and development of library. However, the traditional method is too subjective and can not reach the fair or objective requirements. It results in lots of unnecessary problems. Based on AHP, this paper builds the evalu-ation system of evaluation which uses mathematics model to quantify the target and result of evaluation. It applies clear numbers instead of vague language evaluation. It overcomes the drawbacks of traditional me-thod and matches examples to analyze. It can compare the advantages and disadvantages of each member in every aspect in the whole. So it not only makes fair and reasonable summary and judge of evaluation about the past work, but also provides overall consult and guidance for the future development. It makes great effort to offer a scientific, fair and reasonable method for performance evaluation.
