In this paper, we implement a content authoring and cloud system for cloud-based smart cloud learning. With the advent of the smartphone and mobile devices such as tablets, the educational paradigm is also changing. Was using the computer to aid in the learning e-learning started in ICT education are evolving Over the variety, in recent years, combines smart learning and social learning, cloud-based smart devices in e-learning the concept of Smart Cloud Smart Education Services Learning was gives rise to the term. Smart Cloud and free running is always the knowledge content uploaded by anyone, anywhere, can also be shared with other users. A terminal and location, without limitations on time, are continuously available to the environment of a high- quality knowledge content was coming through a variety of smart media, open educational content platform is built over the level of the possible conditions than e-learning. In this paper, we develop applications and Web sites that can provide authored content for smart cloud learning. In addition, we have built the cloud for content management and the website that can share content with other users. In the future, should wish to study a way that can provide customized services over the learner analysis based on big data technology.

Abstract: Research community has believed that an e-learning ecosystem is the next generation e-learning but has faced challenges in optimizing resource allocations, dealing with dynamic demands on getting information and knowledge anywhere and anytime, handling rapid storage growth requirements, cost controlling and greater flexibility. Additionally, e-learning ecosystems need to improve its infrastructure, which can devote the required computation and storage resources for e-learning ecosystems. Cloud computing technologies although in their early stages, have managed to change the way applications are going to be developed and accessed. These technologies are aimed at running applications as services over the internet on a flexible infrastructure. Cloud computing provides a low cost solution to academic institutions for their researchers, faculty and students. This setup provides an additional benefit because all browsers based applications can also be accessed through mobile devices in addition to being available to a variety of laptop and desk top computers, provided internet access is available. In this paper we combined various technologies to achieve this goal. We present an interactive tool that can be used for science education; integration between cloud computing as a platform and web 2.0 are presented as a solution for building effective e-learning ecosystem.

Abstract: Cloud computing is a new computing model which is based on the grid computing, distributed computing, parallel computing and virtualization technologies define the shape of a new technology. It is the core technology of the next generation of network computing platform, especially in the field of education, cloud computing is the basic environment and platform of the future E-learning. It provides secure data storage, convenient internet services and strong computing power. This article mainly focuses on the research of the application of cloud computing in E-learning environment. The research study shows that the cloud platform is valued for both students and instructors to achieve the course objective. The paper presents the nature, benefits and cloud computing services, as a platform for e-learning environment.

Abstract: Cloud Computing is becoming a viable computing solution for services oriented computing. Several open-source cloud solutions are available to these supports. Open-source software stacks offer a huge amount of customizability without huge licensing fees. As a result, open source software are widely used for designing cloud, and private clouds are being built increasingly in the open source way. Numerous contributions have been made by the open-source community related to private-IaaS-cloud. OpenNebula - a cloud platform is one of the popular private cloud management software. However, little has been done to systematically investigate the performance evaluation of this open-source cloud solution in the existing literature. The performance evaluation aids new and existing research, industry and international projects when selecting OpenNebula software to their work. The objective of this paper is to evaluate the load-balancing performance of the OpenNebula cloud management software. For the performance evaluation, the OpenNebula cloud management software is installed and configured as a prototype implementation and tested on the DIU Cloud Lab. In this paper, two set of experiments are conducted to identify the load balancing performance of the OpenNebula cloud management platform- (1) Delete and Add Virtual Machine (VM) from OpenNebula cloud platform; (2) Mapping Physical Hosts to Virtual Machines (VMs) in the OpenNebula cloud platform.

Abstract: China has entered the stage of excess supply, which provides a material basis for sharing economy. In order to solve the backward management information of the existing catering enterprises, the idle and wasteful problems of human technology, restaurant spaces and food resources, this paper studies and develops a shared restaurant platform based on cloud computing, aiming at overcoming the shortcomings of existing restaurant management, and further integrating and optimizing the food and beverage supply chain resources. Integrating the idea of “sharing economy”, this paper proposes a shared restaurant business model, and uses cloud computing to integrate and share software and hardware resources and information to build a shared restaurant platform, through designing three different subsystems of the client, restaurants management background, and platform management background to complete the phased management of shared restaurant platform. Researches develop a shared restaurant platform based on cloud computing, and achieve to make full use of sharing of empty tables, chefs, material, recipes and other resources, provide users with standard, unified and personalized gourmet experience at the same time, and achieve food culture and wealth investment integration.

Abstract: Purpose: The issue of distance learning is presented in the work, and especially the development stages of the educational platform of the Internet Teaching Centre for Students (further referred to as ICKS), which is planned to be used for implementation of the e-learning didactic process.Design/methodology/approach: The following programming technologies were used for development of the educational platform: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and SQL. The relational database was designed using the DFD and ERD models, and created in MySQL using the SQL language. PHP language was used to develop the relevant interface so that the user can access and modify data in the database; scripts in this language form the MySQL database front-end making it possible to carry out operations on data. The ICKS web page interface, including the Administrative Panel, Student Rooms, and Teacher Rooms, was developed using the HTML language and the CSS cascading style sheets.Findings: Detailed e-learning site specification requirements were put forth and the contemporary technologies were applied to develop the framework for the scaleable e-learning platform.Research limitations/implications: The system will have to be filled in with relevant course materials and tested thoroughly before being fielded.Originality/value: System elements development completed out so far and detailed specifications make it possible to implement the platform to handle all subjects taught at the Institute.

Abstract: This paper puts forward the plan on constructing information security attack and defense platform based on cloud computing and virtualization, provides the hardware topology structure of the platform and technical framework of the system and the experimental process and technical principle of the platform. The experiment platform can provide more than 20 attack classes. Using the virtualization technology can build hypothesized target of various types in the laboratory and diversified network structure to carry out attack and defense experiment.
