La presenza tra apokálipsys ed éschaton. Sul dramma antropologico di Ernesto de Martino
Fabiana Gambardella
S&F_scienzaefilosofia.it , 2012,
Abstract: This paper intends to show the constant interest of Ernesto de Martino in the problem of the apocalypses. In any historical time any presence in the world, any Dasein, seems to be exposed to the risk of a crisis. By crisis de Martino means the danger that constantly threatens man, that is the danger of not being part of any possible history, and therefore not being able to create any project of shared values. However, as an integral humanist, de Martino needs to constantly exorcise the danger of any apocalypse by building a mythical-ritual system of symbols (whether it be transcendent or immanent), which can mitigate the bitterness of history.
The subject of humanities in the light of Ernesto De Martino's philosophical anthropology  [cached]
Giovanni Stanghellini,Raffaella Ciglia
Journal für Philosophie und Psychiatrie , 2008,
Abstract: The philosophical anthropology by Ernesto De Martino (1908 -1965) helps us to answer the question Who is the subject of the human sciences? He is a precursor in the philosophy of psychopathology since most of his philosophical hypotheses build on psychopathological data as well as on ethnological ones. Madness and the "magic world" are the via regia to the understanding of the human condition since in both these states the boundaries between man and world are not yet firmly established and/or jeopardized. He also supplies a method for the human sciences, called "critical ethnocentrism", whose main principle is that if one wants to investigate another culture or world then he also must turn his own gaze into an object of inquiry. To explore another world is not just an act of knowledge, certainly not of objective knowledge; it also entails an "ethical" stance since acknowledging the existence of another mode of being-in-the-world is a way to transcend one's own. The outcome of this "ethos of transcending" is not relativism, but a deeper understanding of the condition of possibility of one's own world and of the other's. The subject of the human sciences, then, is someone who wishes to be more in touch with his own world and the other's and in doing so performs a "double thematization" of his own and the other's way of being-in-the-world.

Psicopatici e crisi finanziaria: la Corporate Psychopaths Theory  [cached]

Brainfactor , 2012,

Abstract: He was a man in flesh and blood, it was true that he was very demanding with himself, but we have to make an effort to get close to him. Ernesto goes to look for weapons to fight, because of him being followed; he takes asylum in the Argentinean Embassy. If we were about to resume: Che was a man in flesh and blood, with defects as well as virtues, more virtues than defects, but a regular man. He was physically handsome, a good poet, a good doctor a good photographer, sensitive and brave. He was incapable of neither accepting nor saying lies, whenever they come from or to accept anything that didn’t correspond to his position of Minister or Commander. He was always capable of giving an example, that was his worry, that he was very harsh in doing or saying things. That sensitivity must be cultivated; truth and justice must be loved. There are a lot of Che’s to emphasize.
