Abstract: Trata-se de relato de experiência de supervis o e atendimento de famílias que sofreram violência intrafamiliar, encaminhadas para atendimento psicológico após denúncia ou suspeita de abuso sexual infantil cometido por parentes próximos. O texto examina essa experiência à luz de reflex es surgidas nessa prática, diante dos conflitos, impasses e dificuldades vividos por profissionais e famílias envolvidos no problema. A abordagem de interven o aqui proposta tem três características principais: 1) baseia-se no enfoque psicossocial 2) prop e o atendimento familiar conjunto, envolvendo toda a família, inclusive o agressor; e, 3)introduz a perspectiva de gênero, fator historicamente preponderante na constru o de rela es de violência e domina o-explora o dentro da família.

Abstract: Esta pesquisa buscou compreender a rela o entre m es e filhas após a descoberta e denúncia do abuso sexual incestuoso sofrido pela crian a. Foram entrevistadas quatro mulheres que denunciaram o abuso incestuoso sofrido pelas filhas. Suas falas foram submetidas à análise de conteúdo. Os resultados demonstram que essas mulheres s o muito exigentes em rela o a si mesmas quanto ao papel de m es e conduzem as rela es com suas filhas numa tentativa constante de protegê-las. Esse desejo de proteger a filha é t o forte, que dificulta a constru o de novos relacionamentos amorosos. Todas apresentam medo de confiar novamente em um parceiro, tendo em vista o temor de que ele possa se tornar um novo agressor de sua filha. Isso permite pensar na dificuldade dessas mulheres de viver novos relacionamentos amorosos ou mesmo conviver com outros homens em espa os comuns.

Abstract: Este trabalho é fruto de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo realizada na Clínica psicanalítica da Violência acerca do abuso sexual na infancia e na adolescência. A Clínica é uma institui o de referência no tratamento de vítimas de violência, que tem como proposta utilizar-se do saber psicanalítico para promover a saúde psíquica de sujeitos que precocemente tiveram que lidar com a dor de terem sido violentados em seus corpos e em suas emo es.O relato desta experiência objetiva a maior compreens o do tema para posterior elabora o de meios para prevenir o abuso sexual, colaborando na constru o de uma sociedade mais ética. This paper is the result of a field and bibliographic research performed at Clínica Psicanalítica da Violência about the sexual abuse during childhood and adolescence. The clinic is a reference institution in the treating of victims of violence, which has the objective of using the Psychoanalytical knowledge to promote the psyche health of individuals, who precociously had to deal with the pain of being violented in their bodies and emotions.The report of this experience intends the better understanding of the subject for a subsequent elaboration of resources to prevent the sexual abuse, cooperating in the building of a more ethic society.

Abstract: The aim of the article is to demonstrate how sexual abuse deprives children from their adequate sexual development and how this implies the violation of three other rights - respect, liberty and dignity (the protection trilogy). In addition, the article discusses the consequences to the development of autonomous subjectivity.

Abstract: this article reports on the experience of supervising and providing care to families who have experienced intra-family violence and who were referred to psychological care following suspicion or denouncement of child sexual abuse committed by close relatives. it reviews this experience in the light of reflections arising from the practice in view of the conflicts, impasses and difficulties faced by professionals and families concerned. the type of intervention proposed here has three major characteristics: 1) it is based on a psychosocial approach 2) it proposes a family group treatment including the assailant and 3) it introduces the gender perspective, a historically prevailing factor in the construction of violence and domination/exploitation relationships within the family.

Abstract: O abuso sexual é considerado problema de saúde pública e representa um desafio à ciência psicológica, principalmente devido a dificuldade de acesso, pois o tema é permeado por segredo e silêncio. Da perspectiva do desenvolvimento humano, faz-se necessário o uso de novas abordagens e metodologias que favore am a compreens o do fen meno de forma multifacetada e sistêmica. O artigo objetiva apresentar e discutir os pressupostos da Teoria Bioecológica do Desenvolvimento Humano desenvolvida por Urie Bronfenbrenner, refletindo sobre sua adequa o ao estudo do abuso sexual. S o reconhecidos aspectos críticos e éticos da abordagem bioecológica e estudos futuros s o sugeridos com base nas quest es emergentes ligadas ao abuso sexual. Sexual abuse is considered as a public health problem and represents a challenge to the psychological science, mainly because of the difficulty of access as it is surrounded by secrets and silence. Focusing human development, the use of new approaches and methodologies that favor the understanding of the phenomena in a systemic and multifaceted way is needed. The objective of the present article is to present and discuss Urie Bronfenbrenner’s Bioecological Theory of Human Development presuppositions in the light of its adjustment to the study of sexual abuse. Critical and ethical aspects of the bioecological approach are recognized and future studies are suggested based on the emerging issues connected to sexual abuse.

Abstract: the object of the present paper was to study the knowledge and attitudes of parents, minors and teachers regarding sexual abuse, as a starting point for preparing programs for the prevention of the sexual abuse of children. the study was carried out with 113 minors aged between 8 and 13, 225 parents and 26 teachers. the results of our research reveal that both parents and teachers have very little information on the reality of child sexual abuse and maintain many false beliefs about this subject. for example, as regards the minors, most of them have heard of sexual abuse at some time, but their view of abuse is linked to violence where the aggressors are always strangers.

Abstract: background: there is a well known relationship between sexual abuse in children and mental health disorders, which is seen both in clinical practice as in the scientific literature. objective: to describe demographic profile as well as behavioral and emotional features of a cohort of children and adolescents sexually abused. método: 205 children and adolescent, ranging from 6 to 14 years old, 130 girls (age 9.6 ± 3.4 yo) and 75 boys (age 7.2 ± 2.9 yo) were evaluated due to being victims of sexual abuse between the years 2005 and 2009. gender, age, relationship with the perpetrator, psychological and psychiatric symptoms, behavioral and affective-emotional features (blame, shame, fearfulness, male and female figures image and self perception) were all properly evaluated. results: girls were the main victims (63.4%). the riskier age ranging from 7 to 10 yo (48.5%) among then, and from 3 to 6 yo (54.6%) for the boys. fathers are the major perpetrators (38%) followed by step-fathers (29%). boys and girls show high risk for depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (ptsd) symptoms. girls tend to be more sexualized whilst boys tend to isolate themselves. discussion: this research allowed to identify an important set of psychological, psychiatric and behavioral characteristics that affect the normal emotional development of children and adolescents.

Abstract: the study described in this article had the purpose of studying the affective bonds in families where incestuous relations occurred. two families attended by núcleo de combate à violência e explora??o sexual - da secretaria de a??o social do estado do ceará, a center of combat to violence and sexual abuse supported by the secretariat of social action of the state were studied. the victims were females, one of them 07 years old and the other 14 years old, both sexually abused by the father and stepfather, respectively. the means for data collection was a sociometric test, which studies the social structures, through choices and rejections that occur within human groups. the results show the sociometric structure of the groups, as well as, the social status occupied by the participants. the analysis of data indicated that the victims show reduction of self-esteem and perception deficits. the study concludes that, the deep knowledge of the affective bonds within incestuous families allow more efficient therapeutics interventions, in order to recover the relations, considered essential to the coexistence of the individuals in the family group.

Abstract: psychological assessment done with children and adolescents victims of sexual abuse is still a challenge for professionals due to the complexity of the phenomenon. this article aims to present the results of a psychological assessment method conducted with girls who were victims of sexual abuse. ten girls with age raging from 9 to 13 years old were evaluated in three individual meetings. the results have shown that the sexual abuse lasted for, at least, one year before it was revealed. the girls presented symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (ptsd), depression and anxiety. the assessment method which was used showed to be efficient, favoring the creation of bonds, the knowledge of the sexual abuse history and the identification of related psychological symptoms.
