Abstract: 摘要:通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、实证研究法等对批判性思维与创新人才培养、体育院校大学生批判性思维缺失的原因与培养的必要性和重要性,以及批判性思维能力培养的可行路径等进行了系统的研究分析。研究认为:批判性思维是创新人才培养不可缺少的核心要件,培养学生批判性思维能力是我国高校当前教育教学改革的关键。体育院校作为我国体育人才培养的摇篮,为积极响应十八大提出的建设创新型国家人才培养目标战略要求,进一步推进体育院校学科建设和人才培养,理应将批判性思维和创新教育全面融入到我国体育院校的育人观念、育人体系和育人实践中,努力创建以批判性思维为核心的新型教学文化,充分发挥批判性思维在深化体育院校教育改革、推进素质教育工作中的应有作用。借助于批判性思维求真、公正、反思、开放的思维范式,更好地培养体育技能和思维素养全面发展的创新型体育人才,推动我国尽快由体育大国向体育强国迈进。
Abstract: Through the methods of literature review, logical analysis and empirical study, this article analyzed the reason for the lack of critical thinking in sports colleges and universities, the necessity and importance of training of critical thinking and innovative talents, and the feasible way of cultivation of critical thinking ability in sports colleges and universities. Conclusions: Critical thinking is the indispensable core element of training innovative talent, and training students' critical thinking ability is the key to the current education teaching reform in colleges and universities in China. As the cradle of sports talents cultivation of our country, in order to actively respond to the objective strategic requirements of the innovation-oriented nationwide talent training issued by 18th CPC National Congress, further promote the discipline construction and talent cultivation, sports colleges and universities should fully integrate the critical thinking and innovation education into the educational ideas, educational system and educational practice, create a new type of teaching culture centered on critical thinking, make full use of critical thinking in deepening education reform and promoting quality-oriented education. With the help of critical thinking of truth, justice, reflection and open, sports colleges and universities should train innovative talents with all-round development of sports skill and thinking quality, to promote our country to develop from sports big to sports power as soon as possible

Abstract:
高校扩招后的新形势对本科生的实践教学带来了前所未有的挑战,结合国家水资源行业建设需求和可持续发展战略的要求,在充分体现我校水资源类专业办学特色的基础上,以面向干旱半干旱地区水资源开发利用、培养基础与实践并重、行业特色鲜明、创新能力强的高素质应用型人才为目的,构建了融合基础–实践–特色–创新(BPCC)的人才培养模式和以实验–实训–实习–实践(4S)为主线的阶梯式实践教学体系。该模式以课程体系建设为引导,以阶梯式实践体系为途径,以教学方法与手段改革为支撑,将强化基础、注重地学特色、加强立体化教学实践、保持思维创新的培养思路渗透到人才培养的各个环节,对水资源类专业特色创新人才的培养进行了探索。
The challenges of practice teaching arising from the enrollment expansion of colleges are unprecedented in China. In consideration of the requirements of water sector and the demands of sustainable development, the goal of talent cultivation for water resources majored students in Chang’an University is set to cultivate high-quality applied talents with distinct industry characteristics and strong innovation ability. Apart from our own characteristics, the students should have solid theoretic basis and powerful practice ability to face the uses and development of water resources in arid and semi-arid area. For this goal, the talents training mode, combining Base-Practice-Cha- racteristics-Creation (BPCC) was put forward, and the ladder type practice system composed of experiment, practice, practical training, and practical work was established. The training pattern of characteristic innovative talents was explored by taking courses system construction as lead, ladder type practice system as route, and the teaching methods and means as support points.

Abstract: In order to measure the quality of talent cultivation at the school of software engineering, a quality evaluation model based on fuzzy theory is put forward. In the model, a three-layer architecture, which is composed of overall goal layer, second goal layer, and attribute layer, is set up. It places emphasis on the demand of talents with practicability and engineering in the field of software engineering. Then a case is used in the model to illustrate its effectiveness. The experimental results show that the model can comparatively better evaluate the quality of talent cultivation, reach the expected objective, and fulfill the practical demand. According to the model, a quality evaluation software system is developed while a rainfall lifecycle development model and Microsoft Visual C++ Development Studio are utilized.

Abstract: 统计分析了广东省本科高校工科类学生的总量、地区分布、城际分布以及校际分布等,运用spss17.0软件对广东省本科高校工科类学生总量和规模以上工业企业增加值之间的关系进行相关分析和回归分析,以全面梳理广东省本科工科类人才培养现状以及优化广东省本科高校工科类人才的培养结构. 研究发现:广东本科层次工科人才的培养与规模以上工业企业增加值之间存在相互促进的关系,广东本科层次工科人才的培养总量在逐年上升,且能较好地满足广东产业发展的需求,但也存在一些失衡现象:专业设置与产业需求错位;人才分布不能满足产业集聚、转移的需要;专业设置缺乏特色、校际趋同明显和学生集中度不高等. 基于此,采取措施促进广东工科类专业的设置要和广东主导产业或行业相对接,顺应广东产业集聚和产业转移的需要调整专业的区域布局;同时应鼓励高校提高工科学生集中度,扩大工科专业设置面,并改革财政拨款机制对上述变革予以引导.

Abstract:

高等教育改革已成为近十年来高等教育界和社会关注的热门话题。由于外向型和内向型性格特征与其生长的环境密不可分,从普通高等理工科学生的培养历程出发,详细分析了每个学年阶段学生常见的心理变化状况、性格特征以及引起性格变化的原因。目前,高等理工科院校教师容易忽视学生的性格培养,任其性格自由发展的结果便是走入越来越内向的恶性循环。然后提出了培养外向型人才的必要性,即为了培养综合素质高、社会适应能力强的毕业生。最后,讨论了外向型人才的具体培养方法,强调了教师在培养过程中应树立的思想观念和发挥的引导作用。笔者提出的观点和方法,可供同行参考。
Higher education reform has become the hot topic in higher education circles and society nearly 10 years. Extroverted and introverted personality traits are inseparable with the growth environment, so we analyzed detailedly the usual psychological change status, the usual personality traits and the reasons of causing personality changes in every schooling year. At present, the cultivation of personality is usually ignored by the teachers of science and engineering colleges, so the free development of personality for students would make them more and more introverted and put their into a vicious cycle. Then we put forward the necessity of the cultivation of extraverted talents, that is, the goal of education is to cultivate the graduates with higher comprehensive quality and strong social adaptation ability. At the end, we discussed the method to cultivate the extraverted talents and emphasized the guidance role and ideas of teacher in the cultivation. The viewpoints and methods put forward by us can give the references for other teachers and readers.
