Abstract: In the article the problem of modernization of individual studies of students rises by modern facilities of computer-reference educational environment. The criteria of determination of level of КТ-компетентност of teachers-предметник в which work with a virtual class are given, the model of integration of virtual class is described in an educational-educate process. Research of virtual class is in-process presented as a computer-reference educational environment. Надаються критер визначення р вня КТ-компетентност вчител в-предметник в, як працюють з в ртуальним класом, опису ться модель нтеграц в ртуального класу у навчально-виховний процес. У робот представлено досл дження в ртуального класу як комп’ютерно-ор нтовного навчального середовища. In the article the problem of modernization of pupils’ individual training by the means of modern computer-focused educational environment is considered. There are presented criteria to define the ICT-competence level of the teachers working in a virtual class, as well as, are described six levels of ICT-competence, namely: "know", “minimum base”, "base", "deepened", "research", "expert". It is presented the model of integration of a virtual class in teaching and educational process, features of virtual training are defined, the technology of a conference which is a base of a virtual class functioning is described, the analysis of traditional, distance learning and learning in a virtual class is analized. In the article the research of a virtual class as computer-focused educational environment is presented.

Abstract: In the article the technology of virtualization as technique of logical resource allocation of the COMPUTER (ECM) on separate virtual computers is considered. Modern approaches to concept of virtualization are described. Two categories of virtualization which fundamentally differ are considered: virtualization of resources and virtualization of platforms. The total characteristic and results of the analysis of modern platforms of virtualization is submitted. It has been shown variants and perspectives of application of virtual computers in conditions of the informative-educational environment in higher educational establishments. The conditions of economic feasibility of application of virtual computers under the development of the informative-educational environment in educational establishments, Т-technology studying in the vocational training system for the future teacher and support of an informational infrastructure of the higher educational establishments are defined. Abstract: The work leads to an original approach to the construction of collaborative systems metrics. The approach is based both on research already conducted by the author, on the experimental results obtained, and the foundation taken from the specific literature. The collaborative systems in knowledge-based economy are formalized and their characteristics are identified. In the article the aspects of professional development of future teacher of physical culture are examined in the informatively-educational environment of higher educational establishment. Importance of introduction of information and telecommunication technologies opens up in the sphere of higher education; the components of informatively-educational environment are given; a concept Professional development” and informatively-educational environment opens up”. Specified, that informative support of functioning of different directions activity of educational establishments is the important section of informatization of education; and also that introduction of the informative educational systems in higher educational establishments of Ukraine and concordance them with the requirements of the credit-module system of organization of educational process requires upgrading functioning of educational establishments of Ukraine.
