Abstract: This article consists of two parts. In the first part of this article, a brief information about the history of Dulkadirliler in K rsehir has been given. Dulkadirli villages are Dulkadirli nli Murat, Dulkadirli Kara sa, Dulkadirli Kar yaka, Dulkadirli Yar mkale, Dulkadirli Has yük, Dulkadirli Kartalkaya) have been presented. In addition, all the tribes and clans who settled and live in Dulkadirli Province have been determined. In the second part of this article, the customs of these tribes such as; source of living, the types of food, marriage customs and rites, evil eye, rain prayer, folk beliefs, customs related funerals, farewell ceremonies for pilgrims and soldiers. Briefly, some information have been given concerning customary traditions. This study have also been supported with the photos taken in the villages of Dulkadirli. Pomological Definition of Native Walnuts(Juglans regia L.) Grown in Central Bitlis  [PDF]

Abstract: In this research conducted in native walnut population during 2003-2004 years in Bitlis, 17 walnut genotypes having kernel weight over 5 g were selected and pomologically defined. Selected genotypes were determined to have a range of 32.90-41.22 mm for nut width, 29.96-38.32 mm for nut thickness, 32.14-36-86 mm for nut length, 10.94-17.20 g for nut weight, 5.48-8-50 g for kernel weight, 41.63-51.92% for kernel percentage and 1.22-1.98 mm for shell thickness. The kernel fullness of all genotypes except for one was good, kernel rottenness was not run into all genotypes. In addition, kernel colors of genotypes were light, dark, yellow and extreme dark. Findings pointed out that Central Bitlis district had valuable walnut genetic resources.
INitrate and Nitrite Levels of Drinking Water in Bitlis Province, Turkey

Abstract: In this study, nitrate and nitrite levels of drinking water in city of Bitlis were investigated. A total of 164 water samples, collected from the tank and tap water in Spring and Autumn were used as material. Analysis performed through spectrometric techniques showed that all samples contained some levels of nitrate and nitrite. The average nitrate and nitrite levels were 5.68±0.31 and 1.32±0.09 mg L-1, respectively. The effects of residential areas and season on the nitrate and nitrite levels were found to be statistically significant (p<0.05). Nitrate levels of tank and tap water were in accordance with recommended standards. However, 12 and 100% of tank water samples and 7.02 and 100% of tap water samples collected respectively in Spring and Autumn did not meet the national standards for nitrite levels. In addition, 3.58% of tap water collected in Autumn did not meet the international standards.
STor: Social Network based Anonymous Communication in Tor  [PDF]

Abstract: Anonymity networks hide user identities with the help of relayed anonymity routers. However, the state-of-the-art anonymity networks do not provide an effective trust model. As a result, users cannot circumvent malicious or vulnerable routers, thus making them susceptible to malicious router based attacks (e.g., correlation attacks). In this paper, we propose a novel social network based trust model to help anonymity networks circumvent malicious routers and obtain secure anonymity. In particular, we design an input independent fuzzy model to determine trust relationships between friends based on qualitative and quantitative social attributes, both of which can be readily obtained from existing social networks. Moreover, we design an algorithm for propagating trust over an anonymity network. We integrate these two elements in STor, a novel social network based Tor. We have implemented STor by modifying the Tor's source code and conducted experiments on PlanetLab to evaluate the effectiveness of STor. Both simulation and PlanetLab experiment results have demonstrated that STor can achieve secure anonymity by establishing trust-based circuits in a distributed way. Although the design of STor is based on Tor network, the social network based trust model can be adopted by other anonymity networks.

Abstract: partiendo de la interrogación acerca del modo en que puede leerse la política en la poesía de Néstor Perlongher, realizamos un recorrido por las primeras recepciones críticas de dicha poesía, entendida básicamente desde el marco neobarroco, para proponer una lectura en otra dirección, más atenta a los debates teórico-críticos actuales. Arribaremos, de este modo, a una lectura de la violencia política en la poesía perlongheriana como captación in-mediata de su realidad histórica circundante en su indisociabilidad con la violencia sexual. Se esbozan, finalmente, hipótesis en torno a las tradiciones poéticas argentinas y a las culturas de sexualidades no normativas en las que puede pensarse la poesía de Néstor Perlongher. From an analytical standpoint, we are interested in revising the first critical neo-baroque-framed responses to Néstor Perlongher's politics and poetry so as to propose an updated reading of his work even more attentive to the current theoretical and critical debates. It is thought to conclude on an interpretation of the political violence in Perlongher's poetry as a literary assimilation of the surrounding historical reality in its intricate relationship with sexual violence. Finally, some hypotheses about the Argentinean poetic traditions and the non-normative sexuality cultures upon which to consider Néstor Perlongher's poetry will be outlined.

FUTURE TENSE IN TATAR DIALECT LANGUAGE TATAR TüRK ES A IZLARINDA GELECEK ZAMAN  [PDF]

Abstract: The plan of Future tense in Tatar dialect language is realized by forms with –yr/-ыр, –achak-ачак, -asy/-асы, –mak/-мак, –galak/-галак. Future tense with –yr/-ыр is represented in all dialects. Therefore it is the core element of the diasystem. For example, forms with –asy/-асы, –achak/–ачак, –mak/-мак, -galak/-галак are represented not in specific systems. For example, forms of Future tense with -asy/-асы, –achak/ –ачак are typical only for some subdialects of the middle (dialect of Kazan Tatars) dialect. Nevertheless, these forms are the significant and distinctive features of them. Outside the Tatar dialect language system this isogloss contains Oguz languages.Isogloss of forms with –mak/-мак and –galak/-галак are located only in Baraba dialects. According to the usage the given forms of Future tense the Baraba dialect reveals the definite likeness with Kazakh language (forms with -–mak/-мак) from one hand, and with the neighbor Siberian-Turkic languages (-galak/-галак ) from the other one.The only form of Future tense in Mishar dialect is the form with -yr/-ыр. Mishar dialect also keeps the strict sameness in conjugation of this form. In this case it brings together with other Kipchak languages. Abstract: We encounter tradition as a concept with a wide definition frame from its meaning in daily life to religion, from economics to sociology which always protects its place in the focus of discussions everywhere and every time. The reason behind the existence of tradition is “continuousness” and the persistent maintenance of this continuousness against change. Turkish poets interested in tradition are observed to deal with tradition in sense and sentiment plan rather than style and to be in struggle for attaining an interpretation. One of these poets is Arif Ay. He believes that poem springs to life through tradition and a poem unrelated with tradition cannot live long. With this belief, he establishes a bond with past in his poems. The sources of the poems of Arif Ay demonstrate that Yunus Emre and Karacao lan are two basic figures feeding his poems. Both figures take place in his poems as sensibility. Having a rich image world, Arif Ay is known for his sensible attitude towards tradition. We reach a traditional poetic sensibility with his poems. He is one of the poets to successfully combine verse structural of folk poetry and the harmony of free verse. Abstract: Many people, organizations and they works has been effective modernization of Turkish education and formatting of contemporary teacher from Tanzimat to Republic. One of them is Sati Bey. He contributed to gain the reputation of a teacher and sciences of education with his practices and woks in second constitutional period. His most important work on these issues is Fenn-i Terbiye (Science of Education). At that time most of the discussions took place the first time in the Fenn-i Terbiye. Sat Bey regarded to education as a component of physical, mental, psychological and moral development. In this process, he was also important historical, social, cultural and environmental factors in the education. He initiated many new applications during his director of High Teacher School (Darülmuallimin-i liye). Sat Bey studied to expression of traditional Ottoman education with modern method. For this he initiated various applications. Eastern and Western thinkers have been affected him in this process. But these effects are clearly visible in his works.In this paper, has been mentioned that Sat Bey had how education idea between tradition and modernization. His most important education work Fenn-i Terbiye has been examined and its place in modern science education discussed and focused on the possible sources.
