Abstract: Еxamined problems of the retention of the airworthiness of air vessels on the basis of the simulation of the processes of the maintenance aviation equipment and questions of the quantitative assessment of the reliability of man with the maintenance of aviation equipment. Model is built, considering the influence of operational factors, the form of organization maintenance, property and the possibility of the aviation service personnel. Рассмотрены проблемы сохранения летной годности воздушных судов на основе моделирования процессов технического обслуживания авиационной техники и вопросы количественной оценки надежности человека при техническом обслуживании авиационной техники. Построена модель, учитывающая влияние эксплуатационных факторов, формы организации технического обслуживания, свойства и возможности авиационного обслуживающего персонала на качество технического обслуживания. Розглянуто проблеми збереження льотно придатност пов тряних суден на основ моделювання процес в техн чного обслуговування ав ац йно техн ки й питання к льк сно оц нки над йност людини при техн чному обслуговуванн ав ац йно техн ки. Побудована модель, яка врахову вплив експлуатац йних фактор в, форми орган зац техн чного обслуговування, властивост та можливост ав ац йного обслуговуючого персоналу на як сть техн чного обслуговування.

Abstract: Ordering process has been described by the example of the simple technological processes of reinforced concrete building structures joints welding working operations set.Methods of ordering are adopted from graph theory, expert assessment, network planning and management. The proposed method is designed for application in technical regulation for organizational effectiveness indicators of simple technological processes of construction and special types of work determining.The proposed methods improve the technical normalization quality. They are recommended for application in systems of the construction industry automated preparation.

Abstract: This paper deals with the optimization of the technological parameters of precision die forging in closed die in order to achieve a proper material flow in the die cavity for spur gears with a hub. This paper also studies the material flow in die cavity, effective plastic stress and strain, and temperature of drop forging using simulation software called SimufactForming. Forging cost is also compared between the closed and open die forging.

Abstract: The paper reveals the mechanism of cracking in the "aerated concrete masonry - plaster coating" system, which causes the reduction of cladding’s durability. The temperature deformations in the structure are analyzed. On this basis the theoretical background to optimize the composition and technological parameters of the plaster was developed. The composition of plaster mixtures based on the expanded clay, carbonate, perlite and other fillers was also developed. The proposition that targeted modification of plaster can ensure optimal operation of the "laying-plaster" system is experimentally confirmed.

Abstract: This study is about a kind of ANN for applications in multivariate nonlinear regression, in order to further knowledge and understanding of discharge on an iced insulator surface and the development into a flashover AC arcs. The propagation of local arcs is necessary for a flashover to occur on an ice-covered insulator. It was supposed that the local AC arc extended when it satisfied the arc re-ignition conditions. Therefore, the minimum applied voltage for maintaining an arc burning steadily across an air gap under various conditions is a major parameter and it is referred as arc maintenance. Although ANNs have usually achieved good performances in several domains, those performances and the ANN training process are directly influenced by an appropriate choice of the network architecture. In this study an attempt has been made to model Va = f (I, L, x) for estimating the arc re-ignition conditions as estimator function of leakage current, air gap length and insulator length using multi-layer feed-forward neural network with back propagation technique and the Radial Basis Function (RBF) neural network with Orthogonal Least-Squares (OLS) learning method. A number of test results taken from the CIGELE models were simulated and analyzed and a comparison between RBF network and BP network is presented. The RBF ANNs model was found to be reliable in predicting the arc maintenance voltage, under any given set of leakage current, insulator length and air gap length. A satisfactory agreement will be observed between the simulated and experimental results.

Abstract: Modern solutions from the industrial type management consist in using informational systems, sustained by means of measure and control of the main equipments from the technological flow. The paper presents several solutions in applying management in the conditional type maintenance activity. Conditions for a optimal work flow specific to this type of maintenance assume covering several analysis phases and the systematic examination of the range of means of measure and control. Application of Informatics in the conditional type maintenance also implies using methods for deploying systems of technological equipments work pursuit, taking into consideration the complexity of the means used and the deployment and using costs.

Abstract: In industry, the production process requires the non-stop operation of technological equipment because this may be lead to quality degradation of production with economical losses for the company. In this work we examine the quality approach of the reliability and we present a simple framework for identify it. Furthermore, we describe the most useful maintenance policies that can be applied in industrial systems. Also we present the importance and necessity of Management Information System (MIS) that is related with the efficiency of the system. It can be useful in order to take decisions about production, quality of the products, maintenance management and technological equipment. It can even be practical to reliability analysts and manufacturing systems analysts, who wish to model and analyze real manufacturing systems.
