Oliveira Junior, Nythamar Hilario Fernandes de
Veritas , 2008,
The article investigates the Husserl- Heidegger relationship, beyond their historical contributions to both phenomenology and hermeneutics as new methods in philosophy, by articulating ontology and subjectivity through a semantic, linguistic paradigm, so as to delineate the task of a phenomenology of justice.
Fenomenologia e fenomenismo em Husserl e Mach

Abstract: how to conciliate the recurrent criticisms to mach's phenomenism, a bit in all husserl's work, with the outstanding role husserl seems to recognise in phenomenism in his last works, as to the genesis of his own phenomenology? in order to answer this question, we examine, first, the close relationship stablished by husserl between the phenomenological method and mach's descriptivism in light of the debate that opposes nativism and empiricism regarding the origin of the perception of space. next, we examine two features of husserl's criticism to mach's positivism: the first refers to phenomenism ans its doctrine of elements, and the second, to the principle of economy of thought, which husserl associates to a kind of psychologism in prolegomena. our leading hypotheses in this study is that husserl's apparently contradictory oppinions about mach's positivism can be understood in part by the double character ascribed to phenomenology in his last works: as philosophical program, phenomenology explicitly opposes positivism, and as method, phenomenology resembles mach's descriptivism. we conclude with the idea that these two philosophers of czech descent pursued the common aim of grasping the originary meaning of positivity.

Kant and Husserl are two philosophers with whom Martin Heidegger works in order to elaborate his own philosophy, his own thought. The text wants to show how this dialogue takes place in some works of Heidegger in the 20s of the last century, before Being and Time, focusing on the problem of knowledge. Heidegger always points to a disregard of the previous level, the soil in which the disputes of theories of knowledge take place. Heidegger's project is an exercise that attempts to overcome the subjectivity and objectivity that operates in the theories.
ética e infinito em Husserl  [PDF]

Veritas , 2009,
Assessing the scope of his own phenomenological project was always of philosophical concern to Husserl. Perhaps because of this, he has never ceased to reformulate his concepts and theories, aimed at an ever greater degree of depth. This interest by the limits of Husserlian phenomenology continues in the activity of his interpreters. This article intends to present and discuss some of these readings, trying to stress that the strategy of favouring ethical com- ponents to think the limits of Husserl’s phenomenology is not a fruitful alter- native. The discussion should favour ontological parameters, based in the approach of key concepts correctly selected, especially the concepts of infinite and living present.
Liberman, Kenneth;
Scientiae Studia , 2009, DOI: 10.1590/S1678-31662009000400005
Abstract: a brief account of what is essential in edmund husserl's phenomenology is presented, along with summaries of components of husserl's conception of scientific inquiry. some sympathetic modifications by his students - maurice merleau-ponty, alfred schutz and aron gurwitsch - are outlined, including some suggested by sociologists and ethnomethodologists, theodor adorno and harold garfinkel among them. the thesis is that phenomenological investigations can be enriched by ethnomethodological investigations of the local details of worldly events witnesses in their course, as they are lived. when fully captured in their local temporality, such studies can tell us more about the phenomenologically rich topics of the production of sense and the objectivation of meaning than husserl's constitutive phenomenology could have known.

Abstract: the task of defining phenomenology, ever since the phenomenology of perception, has induced a taking of sides with regard to who the true father of phenomenology is. the critique of husserl's idealism, the role of ambiguity, the impossibility of complete reduction, among other great themes, personalizes the phenomenology of merleau-ponty in relation to that of his master. the object of this article is to show how, in his description of the "phenomenological method", merleau-ponty moves away from the fundamental concepts of husserl without ceasing to continually return to them.

Abstract: The Nature of Perception. The Phenomenology of Edmund Husserl and the Psychology of Perception - This paper deals with the relation between phenomenology and the psychology of perception. In the first part of the paper I will present some basic assumptions qualifying the investigation of perception in the fields of theoretical (pure) phenomenology and so-called experimental phenomenology. Next, I will deepen the analysis taking into account the specific concept of perception proper to Edmund Husserl’s phenomenology and a deflationary concept of perception compatible with a psychological perspective in order to shine light on the possibility of an integrative approach to perception which aims to unify the phenomenological and the psychological analyses while fully respecting their particularities. In the last part of the paper I will try to present some commonalities between Edmund Husserl’s phenomenological analysis of perception and the investigation of perception developed by Paolo Bozzi and Cesare Musatti from a psychological point of view.

Abstract As well as in any area of knowledge, the studies made by the Sciences of the Religions were marked by many determinant historical paradigmatic revolutions, which came to aid the rise of the Religion’s Phenomenology’s method. The goal of this study is to attempt, therefore, not only the presentation of this process of paradigmatic revolution but also to reveal the characterization of the favorable context of its emergence. For all that, we will bring back historical moments and important studious man, methodological overcomes; bestowing in focus Husserl’s phenomenological method as a facilitator of the emergence conditions of Otto’s sacred phenomenology, who in turn, grants the religious experience originating as a sufficient phenomenon to the description and evaluation of what comes from the relationship between the human being and the sacred. The phenomenological analysis proposed by Rudolf Otto, it overcomes positivist methodologies imprint, broke new ground. By introducing the concepts of Mysterium tremendum et fascinans, the author made it possible for studies in the area of Sciences of Religions, contact, recovery and research experiences purely anthropological as a relationship between the human and sacred. Key Words: Husserl, Otto, Phenomenology.
