Abstract: 以L-苯丙氨酸为原料制备N-叔丁基-1,2,3,4四-氢异喹啉-3(S)甲-酰胺(TICC),后者经铑/氧化铝催化加氢制备N-叔丁基(4aS,8aS)十-氢异喹啉-3(S)甲-酰胺(DHIQ)。1H-NMR、MS确定产物的化学结构;GC-MS分析产物中的异构体;单晶X射线衍射确定DHIQ的绝对构型;旋光度的测定表明DHIQ产物的光学纯度达到了98%。

Abstract: Background: Genes for dopamine receptor DRD4 and dopamine transporter DAT1 have been implicated in attention deficit with hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). However, the findings are not conclusive. More studies in populations with different genetic brackgrounds may contribute to solve the discrepancies observed. Aim: To test the hypothesis that affected members of Chilean families exhibit higher frequencies of the DRD4/7R and DAT1/10R alleles then their healthy sibs. Material and Methods: The parents of 51 children belonging to families of the Metropolitan Region of Chile, were approached to obtain clinical histories and blood samples, after the signature of a written informed consent. ADHD was diagnosed according to DSM-IV criteria, and intellectual coefficient was tested using the WISC-R test. Genomic DNA was extracted from lymphocytes and amplified by PCR. Results: The 7R allele was identified in 13 out of 26 subjects diagnosed as ADHD and in 6 of 25 healthy sibs (p <0.05). Parents with a history of ADHD, were compared with their healthy counterparts, exhibiting an identical tendency, that did not reach statistical significance. No significant differences in the frequencies of DAT1/10R alleles, were observed between cases and controls or their parents. Conclusions: Our results showed that ADHD in Chilean families is associated with the presence of DRD4/7R allele (Rev Méd Chile 2004; 132: 1047-52)

Abstract: Following our earlier approach to the synthesis of dihydronepetalactones, all eight stereoisomers of trans-fused iridomyrmecins were synthesized starting from the enantiomers of limonene. Combined gas chromatography and mass spectrometry including enantioselective gas chromatography revealed that volatiles released by the endohyperparasitoid wasp Alloxysta victrix contain (4S,4aR,7S,7aR)-iridomyrmecin of 95–97% ee and stereochemically pure (4S,4aS,7R,7aS)-iridomyrmecin as a minor component.

Abstract: In the title compound, C21H26F3NO6+·CF3COO ·CH3OH or S-MNTX·CF3COO ·CH3OH (MNTX = methylnaltrexone), the conformation of the polycyclic backbone of the noroxymorphone skeleton can be simplified in terms of the angles between the least-squares planes of these rings. The dihedral angle between the cyclohexene and piperidine rings is 84.5 (6)°, while the dihedral angles between the planes of cyclohexane ring and the benzene, cyclohexene and piperidine rings, respectively, are 85.8 (6),80.0 (7) and 10.3 (7)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked by O—H...O hydrogen bonds. The trifluoroacetate F atoms are disordered in a 0.710 (14):0.710 (14) ratio. The absolute stereochemistry was inferred from the use of (4R,4aS,7aR,12bS)-3-(cyclopropylmethyl)-4a,9-dihydroxy-2,3,4,4a,5,6-hexahydro-1H-4,12-methanobenzofuro[3,2-e]isoquinolin-7(7aH)-one as one of the starting materials.

Abstract: A sample of the title compound [systematic name: (1aS,2aS,3S,5aS,6aS,7R,7aS,7bS,8R,8aS,10R)-7-hydroxy-3-(1-methoxy-1-methylethyl)-10-(2-methyl-1-propenyl)-1a,5a,6a,7,7a,7b,8,8a-octahydro-2H-8,2a-(epoxymethano)phenanthro[2,3-b:6,7-b′]bisoxirene-2,5(3H)-dione], C23H28O7, was generated by enantioselective synthesis. There are three molecules of the compound in the crystallographic asymmetric unit. Hydrogen bonding between alcohol H atoms and keto groups of adjacent molecules appears to stabilize the structure. The compound is enantiomerically pure but the absolute configuration could not be determined directly in this study. Accordingly, the illustrated configuration was assigned on the basis of the nature of the chiral nonracemic precursor used in the synthesis.
