ORGANIZAREA SPA IULUI TURISTIC PIETRELE ALBE” (MASIVUL VL DEASA)  [PDF]
Gabriela COCEAN
Geographia Napocensis , 2007,
Abstract: Touristic Space Arrangement in “Pietrele Albe”, the Vl deasa Massif. Touristic space organizes in its significance, structure, and functions all landscape components that we call touristic resources, as well as the territory itself. The latter lacks attractiveness, but it is still the one that cannot be ignored because of its location and role in capitalizing the extant touristic fund. Here are several stages to be taken into account when arranging the above-mentioned territory: realizing an inventory and a hierarchy of touristic objectives according to their value and attractiveness, establishing the limits of the touristic space, establishing priorities for touristic arrangement, taking into account possible tourism types and forms, projecting infrastructure, ensuring the necessary human resource, and arranging the touristic objectives. For this area we propose the touristic arrangement of the Varfura ul Cave, the T u Steepness, and the Runa Aven.
FENOMENE DE RISC TURISTIC N BAZINUL V II STANCIULUI (MASIVUL VL DEASA)  [PDF]
Gabriela COCEAN
Geographia Napocensis , 2008,
Abstract: Tourist Risk Phenomena in the Basin of the Stanciu Valley (Vl deasa Massif). Tourist risk can appear both in the attractiveness potential and the infrastructure domain, and, eventually, in the economic profitability of the phenomenon in itself. It gets to greater proportions in the intensely exploited areas, where the equilibrium of the tourist system tends to be torn up by the intensity, polyvalence and lack of control of the anthropic factor. Due to the fact that in the basin of the Stanciu Valley we can nowadays talk only about a totally incipient tourist capitalization, the risks are reduced to the disequilibrium resulted from the mixture of other forms of interventions than those of tourist nature (forest, mining exploitation) that affect the attractive value of some objectives or the landscape in general. Typical natural risks also appear, such as the climatic ones.

Revista Transilvan? de ?tiin?e Administrative , 2012,
Abstract: The choice of a tourist destination is facilitated, among other things, by the brand. In many cases, the experience has shown that promoting tourism has helped building the brand of a country, region or city in order to provide an identity through the formation of a real image, positive and attractive. Tourism can create an “umbrella” brand that encompasses marketing efforts for economic development, the increase of investments and exports. Furthermore, a strong brand is a factor of growth for competitiveness of tourist destinations. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to show how tourism has contributed to the development of a country brand for Romania. In this context, the evolution of Romania as a tourist destination is presented and market segments from the recent years are described. The quantitative analysis was achieved through the study of some suggestive indicators of the theme in question, such as the number of tourists, tourism receipts and tourist reception facilities.

Think Small First - Un principiu european pentru sprijinirea mediului de afaceri din Romania
Cosmin IRIMIE?,Laura MARU?CA
Revista Transilvan? de ?tiin?e Administrative , 2010,
Abstract: Articolul are ca punct de pornire politica implementata in 2009 de Ministerul Intreprinderilor Mici si Mijlocii, a Comertului si a Mediului de Afaceri care urmeaza sa faciliteze accesul intreprinderile mici si mijlocii la fonduri europene, sa reduca nivelul de birocratizare - un obiectiv major al Uniunii Europene, prevazut in Strategia Lisabona pentru intreprinderi mici si mijlocii. Rezultatul major al modificarilor aduse politicilor adresate intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii a constat in cresterea numarului de proiecte depuse spre finantare prin Fonduri Europene nerambursabile, ceea ce a dus in mod nemijlocit la sporirea investitiilor private in sectorul productiv al economiei, o crestere a numarului de locuri de munca disponibile in firme private, si in cele din urma, o cresterea calitativa a concurentei si competitivitatii intre firmele private din Romania.
