Abstract: <正>普鲁卡因(奴佛卡因鹽基)油注射液自1952年始广泛用于临床,作为持久性麻醉剂和镇痛剂,常用濃度为2—10%,止痛有效时間据报导为4—20天。該注射液制造要点之一是由鹽酸普鲁卡因加硷制得二水合普魯卡因,后者脫水后即得无水普魯卡因。无水普魯卡因溶于注射用油中,經灭菌制剂的操作步驟就可制得普魯卡因油注射液。制造过程一般采用本刊1953年6期224頁所介紹的方法。制無水普魯卡因的关鍵在于脫水完全。如脫水不完全則含水的普鲁卡因不溶于油中而大大減弱麻醉和

Abstract: ????以早熟晚粳品种扬粳4227为材料,研究播种期、栽插密度、施氮量、肥料运筹对扬粳4227产量及其构成因素的影响,明确其高产栽培技术措施。结果表明:扬粳4227在4月25日至6月4日5个播期处理下,产量变幅为6?76~\{10?15t?hm??-2?\};栽插密度在(15.0~45.0)×10?4穴?hm??-2?处理下,产量变幅为8?16~10?79t?hm??-2?;氮肥施用量在0~420?0kg?hm??-2?处理下,产量变幅为6?82~10?51t?hm??-2?;氮肥运筹(基蘖肥∶穗肥)从8∶2至4∶6,产量变幅为8?49~10?63t?hm??-2?。扬粳4227适宜高产栽培技术为:江苏沿江稻区5月5~15日、苏南稻区5月10~20日播种;栽插密度(30?0~37?5)×10?4穴?hm??-2?,基本茎蘖苗120?0×10?4苗?hm??-2?;施纯氮量300?0kg?hm??-2?左右,适宜氮肥运筹(基蘖\{肥∶穗\}肥)为6∶4或7∶3。

Abstract: 【目的】利用不同方法将恢复基因导入粳型优势生态型水稻中,分析各世代的遗传效应,为粳型杂种优势群的利用和丰富粳型杂交稻恢复系的遗传基础提供基础数据。【方法】以粳型优势生态群品种高雄13号、嘉农育251和Riw-1为受体材料, 以具有恢复基因的C418为供体材料,将带有恢复基因的恢复系与不同生态型杂种优势群中的品种(系)进行杂交和回交,分别对杂交和回交各世代植株的主要农艺性状进行测定与统计分析。【结果】回交选育过程中,各性状都是F1代值最大,BC1F1值最小,随着回交次数的增加,各世代主要农艺性状逐步接近亲本,标准差和变异系数也有减小的趋势;各性状变化幅度为单株产量>有效穗数>穗粒数>穗长>千粒质量>株高;多样性指数低,各世代变化大。杂交选育过程中,随着代数的增加,各世代主要农艺性状的标准差和变异系数下降,各家系内农艺性状差异减小趋于一致,家系间差异较大,性状类型多,整体向优良性状发展,各性状稳定的速度不同,多样性指数高,各世代变化小。【结论】杂交选育恢复系基因纯合速度慢,但具有更多的多样性;回交选育恢复系基因纯合速度快,但多样性减少。
【Objective】Restoring gene was transferred to japonica heterotic ecotype rice by various methods to analyze gene effect in every generation and offer essential data for utilization of heterotic group and diversification of genetic basis for restorer of japonica hybrid rice.【Method】Gaoxiong 13,Jianong 251 and Riw-1 were selected as recipients,and C418 with restoring gene was used as donor plant.Then restorers with restoring gene were subjected to cross and backcross with lines (strains) in various ecotypes heterotic groups,and primary agronomic characters of plant in every generation were measured and analyzed statistically.【Result】F1 generation had the maximum values of all characters while BC1F1 had the minimum values in backcross and breeding processes.With the increase of backcross time,the characters gradually got closer to parents,while standard deviation and variation coefficient also decreased.The changes of characters were in the order of yield per plant>effective tiller>number of grain per ear>ear length>1 000-grain weight>plant height.Genetic diversity index was low and variations in generations were large.With the increase of generation in cross breeding,standard deviation and variation coefficient decreased,difference within every intra family decreased while difference between family increased.Types of characters increased and tended to be better.Different characters had different speeds of stabilization,genetic diversity index was high, and differences among generations decreased.【Conclusion】Cross breeding of restorer line was characterized by slow homozygous speed and more diversity,while backcross breeding was opposite

Abstract: The rhl quorum-sensing (QS) system plays critical roles in the pathogenesis of P. aeruginosa. However, the regulatory effects that occur directly upstream of the rhl QS system are poorly understood. Here, we show that deletion of gene encoding for the two-component sensor BfmS leads to the activation of its cognate response regulator BfmR, which in turn directly binds to the promoter and decreases the expression of the rhlR gene that encodes the QS regulator RhlR, causing the inhibition of the rhl QS system. In the absence of bfmS, the Acka-Pta pathway can modulate the regulatory activity of BfmR. In addition, BfmS tunes the expression of 202 genes that comprise 3.6% of the P. aeruginosa genome. We further demonstrate that deletion of bfmS causes substantially reduced virulence in lettuce leaf, reduced cytotoxicity, enhanced invasion, and reduced bacterial survival during acute mouse lung infection. Intriguingly, specific missense mutations, which occur naturally in the bfmS gene in P. aeruginosa cystic fibrosis (CF) isolates such as DK2 strains and RP73 strain, can produce BfmS variants (BfmSL181P, BfmSL181P/E376Q, and BfmSR393H) that no longer repress, but instead activate BfmR. As a result, BfmS variants, but not the wild-type BfmS, inhibit the rhl QS system. This study thus uncovers a previously unexplored signal transduction pathway, BfmS/BfmR/RhlR, for the regulation of rhl QS in P. aeruginosa. We propose that BfmRS TCS may have an important role in the regulation and evolution of P. aeruginosa virulence during chronic infection in CF lungs.

Transformation of japonica rice with RHL gene and salt tolerance of the transgenic rice plant

Abstract: Overexpression of the yeastHAL2 gene increases salt tolerance of yeast and plant. RiceHAL2-like (RHL) gene was introduced into ajaponica rice cultivar HJ19 withAgrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation. Transgenic plants in R0 generation were selected on the principle of GUS-positive,RHL gene PCR-positive and normal growth. Hygromycin-resistant plants of some transgenic lines in R1 generation increased salt tolerance during the seedling and booting stage, being less damaged in the cytomembrane and stronger in leaf tissue viability under salt stress during booting period. Southern analysis of transgenic lines tolerant to salt in R1 generation showed that theRHL gene expression cassette had been successfully integrated into rice genome. Moreover, gene engineering breeding methodology and really salt-tolerant rice cultivar were discussed.

Abstract: The study will be a multicentre, cluster randomized controlled trial, carried out in seven countries (Argentina, Brazil, Democratic Republic of Congo, India, Philippines, South Africa, Thailand), involving 50-60 obstetrics and gynaecology teaching units. The trial will be carried out on postgraduate trainees in the first two years of their training. In the intervention group, trainees will receive the RHL-EBM course. The course consists of five modules, each comprising self-directed e-learning components and clinically related activities, assignments and assessments, coordinated between the facilitator and the postgraduate trainee. The course will take about 12 weeks, with assessments taking place pre-course and 4 weeks post-course. In the control group, trainees will receive electronic, self-directed EBM-teaching materials. All data collection will be online.The primary outcome measures are gain in EBM knowledge, change in attitudes towards EBM and competencies in EBM measured by multiple choice questions (MCQs) and a skills-assessing questionniare administered eletronically. These questions have been developed by using questions from validated questionnaires and adapting them to the current course. Secondary outcome measure will be educational environment towards EBM which will be assessed by a specifically developed questionnaire.The trial will determine whether the RHL EBM (clinically integrated e-leraning) course will increase knowledge, skills and attitudes towards EBM and improve the educational environment as compared to standard teaching that is not clinically integrated. If effective, the RHL-EBM course can be implemented in teaching institutions worldwide in both, low-and middle income countries as well as industrialized settings. The results will have a broader impact than just EBM training because if the approach is successful then the same educational strategy can be used to target other priority clinical and methodological areas.ACTRN12609000198224Res

Abstract: 为研究以HMX为基的固体高能炸药的燃烧转爆轰性能,采用同轴电探针和压力传感器测试技术对常用的A、B两种压装高密度高能炸药开展燃烧转爆轰实验,研究装药组分和约束条件对压装高密度炸药燃烧转爆轰性能的影响。实验结果表明:这两种压装高密度炸药难以发生燃烧转爆轰;在强约束条件下(45号钢,内径25.4mm、外径65mm、长度600mm),A压装炸药(HMX质量分数为95%,密度为1.86g/cm3)基本实现了燃烧转爆轰,爆轰诱导距离约为545mm;在相同的实验条件下,A压装炸药比B压装炸药(HMX质量分数为87%,密度为1.84g/cm3)更易于发生燃烧转爆轰,即A压装炸药的安定性相对较差。
