Abstract: A new grouping subnetwork use to improve Huang's significant result on the learning capability of two-hidden-layer feedforward networks (TLFNs) is presented. The result that feedforward netwroks with 2(2N)~((1/2)) 2 hidden neurons can learn any \$N\$ distinct samples with any arbitrarily small error be obtained. New method ensures the result is valid not only for the sigmoid function, but for a wide class of activation functions.

Abstract: From practical point of view, the Siegenthaler's definition of correlation im-munity is improved. Under the new definition there exists no trade-off between the generalized correlation immunity and linear complexity of the output key streams. The famous Bent func-tions are used for the study of entropy immunity in feedforward netforks. New results and new methods are also presented.

Abstract: This paper researches the stabilization problem of cascade systems 1=Ax 1+g(x 2,u), 2=f(x 2,u). Using the forward-stepping, the conditions of input_state stabilization of the system is presented if the subsystem 2=f(x 2,u) is stabilizable. By the method, the input-state gain of system is ultimately linear and the state is convergent. It is also considered to extend the method to complex feedforward systems.

Abstract: 摘要: 针对滤波去噪对边缘造成的弱化、部分采集图像不清晰以及对比度低的问题,在充分分析模型的动力学性质的基础上,提出一种基于六维前馈神经网络模型的图像增强算法。试验表明:基于六维前馈神经网络模型的图像增强算法可以更好地达到图像增强效果。与其它几种增强算法相比,增强效果清晰,且算法更优。
Abstract: Aiming at the problems of weakening the edges caused by filtering denoising, partially indistinct images and low contrast, an image enhancement algorithm based on the six dimension feedforward neural network model was proposed on the basis of fully analyzing the dynamic properties of the model. Abstract: A linear power amplifier is particularly emphasized on the system that uses linear modulation method and multicarrier configuration. The feedforward technique is a promising approach to improving the linearity of power amplifiers. The principle of operation of the feedforward power amplifiers is illustrated. Then parameters of a linearization loop, such as an amplitude imbalance, aphase imbalance and a delay mismatch, are fully analyzed to get a specific cancellation performance and linearization bandwidth. Based on the analytical results, a 10-Watt feedforward power amplifier for WCDMA applications is implemented. The third-order intermodulation (IM3) cancellation performance is improved by more than 20 dB.

Abstract: One of the important characteristic of feedforward neural networks is their ability to generalize the input/output behavior of functions based on a set of training examples.Yet many aspects of the problem of the improving generalization in feedforward neural networks has not been studied well.The goal programming method for neural network in air pollution prediction is proposed in this paper.Three enhancements are made in this method,those are: (1) improvement of objective function; (2) uses of prior knowledge of air pollution; (3) decrease of the sensitivity of the neural network.Theoretial analysis and case study show that both generalization performance and the precision of forecasting of the neural networks are improved effectively.
Feedforward decoupling and internal model control for rotor of magnetically suspended control and sensing gyroscope

Abstract: 摘要 磁悬浮控制敏感陀螺以洛伦兹力磁轴承(LFMB)为力矩器驱动转子偏转。针对磁悬浮控制敏感陀螺转子径向转动自由度间存在耦合的问题以及转子偏转高精度快响应要求,提出一种前馈解耦内模控制方法。根据洛伦兹力磁轴承的工作原理建立了转子偏转动力学模型,并设计了前馈解耦矩阵实现转子径向偏转解耦,在此基础上,采用二自由度内模控制器(2-DOF IMC)对转子进行高精度快响应偏转控制。MATLAB仿真结果表明所提出的控制方法可有效实现对陀螺转子偏转的完全解耦,且转子偏转响应时间较交叉PID算法减少57.1%,受0.1sin(2πt)°正弦信号扰动影响产生的偏转波动幅值较交叉PID算法减少76%。
Abstract:Magnetically suspended control and sensing gyroscope takes Lorentz force magnetic bearing (LFMB) as torquer to drive the rotor to tilt. As there is coupling between the two radial rotation degrees of freedom and it requires that rotor tilts with high precision and fast response, feedforward decoupling and internal model controller is proposed. Dynamic model for rotor tilting is established based on basic structure of LFMB. Feedforward decoupling matrix is designed to perform tilting decoupling in radial direction, and then on this basis, two-degree-of-freedom internal model controller (2-DOF IMC) is adopted to perform rotor tilting control with high precision and fast response. Simulation results by MATLAB indicate that the proposed method can realize full decoupling for rotor tilting, response time is reduced by 57.1% than that of cross PID controller, and tilting fluctuation amplitude produced by 0.1sin(2πt)° disturbance signal is reduced by 76% than that of cross PID controller.
