Abstract: 从视觉系统生理结构出发,对Itti视觉注意力模型进行了改进,融入运动特征,提出了一种基于视觉空时显著性感知的运动目标检测方法。首先提取图像的空间特征,形成空间显著图;然后利用相邻帧图像的全局运动、局部运动和相对运动,确定运动目标与背景的运动差异,形成运动显著图,并且对各显著区的空间特征和运动特征进行融合形成空时显著图,检测出运动目标。理论分析和实验结果表明,该方法能快速、准确地发现目标,减少目标的截获时间,提高目标跟踪性能。

Abstract: A novel scheme of motion estimation for video sequences, spatial-temporal correlated multiresolution algorithm, is proposed in this paper. This algorithm employs the correlation presented in motion vector field, including spatial-temporal correlation and father-children correlation from hierarchical blocks, to reduce calculating complexity. Motion compensated gain and entropy of motion vector can be improved evidently, but the number of search is less then that of three step method.

Abstract: This paper simplifies the adaptive parallel interference cancellation (PIC) scheme into a new method named soft-decision variant averaging amplitude estimation PIC technology. Relative to the adaptive PIC, the new method cuts down large amount of computational complexity, furthermore, it has better robustness than the adaptive PIC method. The simulations indicate that when a single sensor is used at the base station, the new method performs worse than the adaptive PIC method, especially under near far conditions. However, when an antenna array is used at the base station, and the array output is fed into PIC processing, the two PIC methods perform almost the same. Therefore, accounting to the frame structure of WCDMA, a space-temporal interference cancellation scheme including pilot-bits assisted LMS-DRMTA algorithm and soft-decision averaging amplitude estimation PIC is proposed for the uplink of WCDMA system. The overall scheme is characterized by low complexity and strong robustness.

Abstract: 为克服传统基于单像素建模方法存在的缺陷,解决复杂背景下的运动目标检测问题,将视频图像序列的空间信息引入背景建模过程中,研究了邻域更新、二维联合直方图信息熵判别、空时平滑等方法.采用引导滤波方法对视频图像进行预处理,以消除图像噪声,并保留图像中目标的边缘信息,给出了算法处理流程和实现步骤.在不同的评测数据库及现实捕获的视频图像上进行了定性及定量实验,结果表明,本文提出的算法在目标检测准确度和完整性等指标上优于传统的同类型算法,为复杂背景环境下的运动目标检测提供了一种新的解决方法.
To effectively resolve the problem of moving objects detection in complex background scenes and overcome the disadvantages of the traditional single-pixel based modeling method,spatial information of video image sequence was introduced into background modeling process.Several methods were studied,including neighborhood updating,two-dimensional joint histogram information entropy judgment,spatio-temporal smoothing etc.Firstly,video images were pre-processed with guided filter algorithm to remove noise and preserve edge information of the interested objects.And then,implementation procedure and processing steps were presented.Finally,some qualitative and quantitative experiments and comparison analysis were carried out based on different benchmark datasets and reality video frames.Results show that,the proposed method outperforms other traditional methods for moving object detection.The method provides a novel approach for the problem of moving objects detection in complex scenes.

Abstract: 在无线传感器网络环境中,观察者感兴趣的是由传感器网络监测得到的与时间-空间相关的事件,而不是传感器本身或者大量无关的观察数据.观察者会经常提出与事件相关的时-空查询,例如:“网络覆盖的某地理区域R中10:00~11:00发生了哪些事件?”.由于每个传感器节点只有有限的能量,因此,研究能量有效性的时-空查询处理算法成为一个重要的研究课题.给出了一种以数据为中心的时-空查询处理算法.针对3种不同的存储策略:以数据为中心的存储、外部存储和节点本地存储,分析比较了节点的能量消耗.系统地研究了在3种不同的数据存储策略下,事件发生的概率,节点密度,事件类型数目,查询数目,时-空查询地理区域的大小以及时-空查询时间窗口的大小对节点能量消耗的影响.理论与实验结果表明,在多数情况下,这种以数据为中心的时-空查询处理算法的能量消耗少于基于外部存储和本地存储的时-空查询处理算法.

Abstract: The novelty of MIMO radar is to improve the performance of radar utilizing spatial diversity and waveform diversity. To achieve full diversity, this paper considers the problem of spatio-temporal signal design for MIMO radar based on channel estimation with the clutter statistical properties known. The method obtains the optimized spatio-temporal signal though minimizing the mean-square error of the channel’s linear Bayes estimation. It shows that the optimized spatio-temporal signal is a function of the clutter covariance matrix, which is verified from information theoretical point of view. Finally the simulation results show that the optimized spatio-temporal signal improves the target detection performance.

Abstract: An effective method for solving the contradiction between spacial resolution and temporal resolution of CCD image is reported. Not only the temporal resolution of image was improved,but also the spacial resolution of image recovered by using the characteristics of MicroMAX-5MHz-782YCCD of PI company and the distribution character of the intenisty of diffraction spot. It provides a better foundation for getting satisfactory result of experiment.

Abstract: Analyzing the difference between the joint-domain and the cascade proccessing for phase array radar, this paper propose a new partial adaptive spatial-temporal joint domain processor with highly tolerant ability in the presence of random amplitude and phase errors existing in rhe array elements. Partial joint adaptive processing is implemented in the angle-Doppler domain transformed from the two dimensional spatial-temporal data.

Abstract: A new method was proposed for the solution of an important class of multidimensional signal detection problems: the detection of dim,small and moving targets of unknown position and velocity in heavy clutter in a sequence of digital images.By studying temporal gray-level moment of input sequence,the pixels were classified into two categories: stationary clutter and variational clutter.And a nonparametric temporal filter and a LS adaptive filter were applied for suppressing clutter respectively,thus the raw images were transformed into quasi SPGWN model.Then according to a target model of multi-pixel per frame,a detection algorithm integrating signal energy in spatial and temporal domain jointly was employed.The algorithm can improve SNR evidently and can easily be implemented in real time.The theoretic analysis and many simulations of real data verify the validity of the method.

Abstract: 提高频率利用率一直是移动通信系统中的研究热点,而近年来提出的空时码又是其关键技术之一.从当前的研究情况来看,空时码技术主要分为以下两大类:一是分层空时码(LST);二是基于发射分集的空时分组码和空时格码.由于空时码具有良好的频带利用率及性能,3GPP已将空时分组码作为一可选方案列在所提规范之中.相信在不远的将来,空时码必将广泛应用于未来的移动通信系统.
