基于像底点的机载POS视准轴误差检校  [PDF]

Abstract: 基于灭点理论,提出一种利用像底点检校机载POS系统视准轴误差的新方法。首先从理论上建立了像底点与POS系统视准轴误差之间严格的数学关系,并在此基础上推导出求解视准轴误差的误差方程式,然后用一组带有POS数据的航空影像进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,所建立的利用像底点检校POS系统视准轴误差的模型是正确的,用两张以上像片上的像底点坐标即可检校出POS系统的视准轴误差,而无需布设特定的检校场和地面控制点,对城区大比例尺航空摄影时POS系统视准轴误差检校具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract: 针对大面阵航空遥感器检焦存在的问题,提出了一种通过边缘视场检焦确定中心视场焦面位置的方法。通过倾斜安装与精密装调相结合的方法来提高检焦精度,检焦系统的倾斜安装能够解决边缘视场视场角对检焦的影响,利用显微镜装调、照相装调和电控校准来实现检焦像面的粗、精和精细标定,解决边缘视场与中心视场像面存在差异的问题。检焦系统的伺服控制采用粗精结合、遍历搜索的方法搜索出焦面的最佳位置,搜索最短步长为0.01mm。经分析计算,检焦重复精度为0.03mm,在焦深范围内,满足使用要求。经试验验证和试飞验证,证明该自动检焦方法检出的焦面准确,得到的照片效果良好,该方法切实可行。

Abstract: ?研究目的:针对铁路大提速背景下既有线精细化管理的迫切需要,对以直接测量轨道三维坐标的既有线三维定位测量技术方案、实施方法及存在的问题进行详细的分析与论述,以直接测量轨道三维坐标的方法实现既有线三维精测的技术,把既有线轨道精检细修战略推向三维精测的新阶段。研究结论:通过分析表明,受测量效率等多种因素影响,基于全站仪的轨道三维定位测量系统仅适用于对既有线进行一次性(或长周期)的线形参数测量。为了解决线路日常检查的需要,拟建立以轨道沿线设置的轨道桩为基准的既有线三维约束测量系统体系,借助类似支距尺的简单工具进行人工测量。为研究高效、经济的既有线三维约束测量系统,并与既有线三维定位测量共同构成一个完整的既有线三维精测数字化解决案提供了理论依据与思路。

Abstract: Now a day's most of the educational centre (universities, institutes, colleges and schools) are using some eLearning tools as an integral part of their learning systems; to enhance their traditional learning systems or to use an alternative approach for virtual learning environment. These tools may base on content management or learning content management. Recently a composition of Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS) is used in eLearning. This paper helps you to understand the basic functionality of LMS, CMS and LCMS and how these are helpful in eLearning. In this we have proposed the integration of LMS and CMS. This paper gives the architecture of this hybrid model known as known as LCMS (Learning Content Management system).

Abstract: A new algorithm is proposed for updating the weights of an adaptive filter. The proposed algorithm is a modification of an existing method, namely, the clipped LMS, and uses a three-level quantization (+1,0, ¢ ’1) scheme that involves the threshold clipping of the input signals in the filter weight update formula. Mathematical analysis shows the convergence of the filter weights to the optimum Wiener filter weights. Also, it can be proved that the proposed modified clipped LMS (MCLMS) algorithm has better tracking than the LMS algorithm. In addition, this algorithm has reduced computational complexity relative to the unmodified one. By using a suitable threshold, it is possible to increase the tracking capability of the MCLMS algorithm compared to the LMS algorithm, but this causes slower convergence. Computer simulations confirm the mathematical analysis presented.

Abstract: 针对环境与灾害监测预报小卫星(HJ)图像存在较大整体几何误差,且无规律可循,难以使用全局模型模拟整景图像几何变形,而基于手动方式选取控制点的全局模型和局部模型都不适合于HJ图像几何精纠正的问题,提出一种基于加速分段测试特征(featuresfromacceleratedsegmenttest,FAST)算法测点并用局部模型进行几何精纠正的优化方法。首先以FAST算法获取大量地面控制点(groundcontrolpoint,GCP);再使用多项式模型对GCP的均方根误差阈值、潜在不匹配和实际不匹配GCP数量进行相关分析,据此修正FAST参数,筛查GCP误点;最后使用局部模型完成几何精纠正。此外,使用散点图和空间插值等方法建立适合于HJ图像几何精纠正结果的评价指标。检验结果表明,该方法能使纠正误差控制在1.5个像元内,纠正后的图像能满足中分辨率尺度的应用要求。
The Complex Gaussian Kernel LMS algorithm  [PDF]

Abstract: Although the real reproducing kernels are used in an increasing number of machine learning problems, complex kernels have not, yet, been used, in spite of their potential interest in applications such as communications. In this work, we focus our attention on the complex gaussian kernel and its possible application in the complex Kernel LMS algorithm. In order to derive the gradients needed to develop the complex kernel LMS (CKLMS), we employ the powerful tool of Wirtinger's Calculus, which has recently attracted much attention in the signal processing community. Writinger's calculus simplifies computations and offers an elegant tool for treating complex signals. To this end, the notion of Writinger's calculus is extended to include complex RKHSs. Experiments verify that the CKLMS offers significant performance improvements over the traditional complex LMS or Widely Linear complex LMS (WL-LMS) algorithms, when dealing with nonlinearities.

Abstract: I sistemi integrati per le biblioteche (ILS, conosciuti anche come sistemi di gestione di biblioteca, LMS) sono software, spesso costituiti da pacchetti di moduli diversi, corrispondenti alle diverse funzioni di gestione dei servizi di una biblioteca. Nella costante evoluzione delle tecnologie, in particolare Web, e col variare delle abitudini degli utenti, le biblioteche devono essere in grado di fornire servizi innovativi attorno a quel nucleo di funzioni che da sempre le contraddistinguono. Per questo motivo la scelta del sistema di gestione deve essere attenta e, se necessario, sostenuta da un partner esperto e tecnologicamente affidabile, quale il CILEA, che vanta un trentennio di esperienza nel campo. The Integrated Library Sistems (ILS, known as Library Management Systems LMS, too) are software composed by different modules corresponding to the different library management needs. In the continuous technological evolution, especially for Web technologies, libraries must be able to supply groundbreaking services around their peculiar functions. For this reason, the choice of the management system must be careful and supported by a specialist and technically skilled partner as CILEA, with over 30 years of experience in the field.
