Abstract: 为对复杂的多Agent行为协进化过程进行建模,给出了行为协进化的MAS智能控制系统的组织构造,引入Petri网方法构建了系统行为协进化过程的Petri网模型,并对模型进行了特性分析及仿真验证.所建模型较好地描述了协进化及其控制过程的流程结构、动态行为规律及多Agent间的交互机制.

Abstract: 正在进行的多目标地球化学调查成果显示,长江流域存在全流域的Cd异常。长江流域Cd异常示踪与追源研究的长期目标是查明长江流域沿江各主要支流(汇水面积大于5000km2)Cd等重金属元素的物质来源、迁移形式和输入/输出通量、分辨自然源与人为源各自所占份额,建立沿江各支流Cd时空演化模型,监测它的未来发展趋势,对潜在生态效应进行预警预测;短期目标是针对Cd异常的重点地区,如长江源头、三峡库区、湘江流域、江淮流域、长江三角洲及流域内的4大淡水湖泊,查明Cd异常的来源,重建Cd异常形成的地球化学记录,评估可预见的将来(如10~50年)Cd异常的生态效应。

Abstract: 辩护律师追责二元体制有其历史演变的渊源和职业主义理论基石,该体制改革的现实基础有辩护律师规模扩张和身份转变、辩护律师刑事责任适用频繁和行政责任与纪律责任区分不明。在辩护律师追责范式的域外比较方面,美国的法院主导模式、德国的律协主导模式和日本的律协独享模式值得借鉴,律师协会完全自治缺乏普适性,由其享有部分监管权反映了现代法治国家分权治理的基本原则。辩护律师追责二元体制的改革路径包括二元体制下的司法化改革、实现宏观监管和微观追责相对独立、纪律责任与行政责任的有效衔接。辩护律师承担民事赔偿应纳入监管体系,实现从“二元”体制到“准三元”体制的转变,促进辩护律师追责体制的立体化。
Defense lawyers accountability for binary system has its historical evolution of the origin and the professional theory foundation, the reform is difficult to adapt to a defense lawyer scale expansion and identity change, lead to a defense lawyer criminal responsibility for frequent responsibility and administrative responsibility and discipline to distinguish the unknown aspects of realistic foundation. Outside of the defense attorney accountability paradigm comparison, the dominant modes of American court, Germany's jointed dominant mode, and the Japanese bar exclusive mode is worth reference, the all China lawyers association fully autonomous is lack of universality, which shall enjoy the right of some regulation reflecting the modern country under the rule of law, it is the basic principle of decentralized management. Defense lawyer accountability for the reform path of binary system including the binary system of judicial reform, implement macro regulation and micro accountability for relatively independent effective connection, discipline, responsibility and administrative responsibility. Necessary defense lawyers undertaking civil compensation should be brought into the regulatory system, it is realized from the dual system to quasi ternary system transformation, promoting the defense lawyer system of accountability for three-dimensional.
不同时期追氮对冬小麦植株氮素积累及转运特性的影响  [PDF]

Abstract: 采用盆栽和大田相结合,并应用15N示踪技术,研究了不同时期追氮对两个不同穗型冬小麦品种植株氮素积累及转运特性的影响。结果表明,成熟期小麦植株各部位氮素积累量和分配比例均表现为子粒>茎鞘+叶>根系或颖壳+穗轴;子粒中氮素积累量以拔节期追氮处理最高,氮素在子粒中的分配比例以抽穗期追氮最高,在根系中的分配比例则以全部底施处理最高。小麦植株吸收追施15N的比例为16.45%~26.6%,兰考矮早八和豫麦49-198分别以返青期追氮和拔节期追氮吸收的比例最高;子粒中氮素来自15N的比例均以返青期追氮最高,分别为27.16%和22.20%,但和拔节期追氮处理差异不显著。随着追氮时期推迟,氮的花后同化量、花后贡献率增加,而花前贡献率呈下降趋势;全氮对子粒贡献率表现为花前转运的贡献大于花后同化的贡献,但抽穗期追氮处理中,15N对子粒的贡献率表现为花后同化率大于花前转运贡献率。综合考虑子粒产量、蛋白质含量以拔节期追氮较为合适。

Abstract: The saucer UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) features both helicopter and traditional fixed-wing airplane, is capable of hovering, takeoff and landing vertically. The configuration of the UAV in this paper which is comprised of a propeller and there pairs of control vanes enclosed in the duct is new-style aircraft. In order to research the attitude control of the saucer UAV, this paper mainly focuses on the dynamic analysis and control model design of the vehicle. The dynamics of all the components of the UAV configuration is analyzed respectively first and then the complete nonlinear model is constructed from the forces and moments analysis of the vehicle. The model is simplified in the flight node of hovering. After that a robust model is designed to handle the parameter uncertainty and disturbance while in the hovering condition, and the simulation results are presented at last. Simulated results show the controller designed can guarantee the saucer UAV has good stable feature for operation and certain robustness.

Abstract: Un’alternativa efficiente, veloce e low-cost al tradizionale rilievo aereo, ma ancora senza una regolamentazione chiara e con alcuni problemi di stabilità e payload. UAV platforms for geomatics UAV platforms are nowadays a valuable source of data for inspection, surveillance, mapping and 3D modeling issues. New applications in the short- and close-range domain are intro-duced, being the UAVs a low-cost alternatives to the classical manned aerial photogrammetry. Rotary or fixed wing UAVs, capable of performing the photogrammetric data acquisition with amateur or SLR digital cameras, can fly in manual, semi-automated and autonomous modes. With a typical photogrammetric pipeline, 3D results like DSM/DTM, contour lines, textured 3D models, vector data, etc. can be produced, in a reasonable automated way. The article reports the latest developments of UAV image processing methods for photogrammetric applications with also some insight on regulation and system certifications.
A Method for Building a Mosaic with UAV Images

Abstract: At present, satellite and aerial remote sensing are common ways to collect data for territorial resources monitoring in most countries, but they are not effective or rapid enough. Compared with traditional ways of obtaining images, the UAV based platform for photogrammetry and remote sensing is a more flexible and easy way to provide high-resolution images with lower cost. So building UAV based platforms is becoming a hot field throughout the whole world. However, there are also some problems with UAV images, e.g. the views of UAV images from UAV are smaller than those of traditional aerial images, so these images with small views should be pasted together in order to increase the visual field. Therefore, mosaicking UAV images is a critical task. The homographies between sequence images will be affected by the accumulated errors, which will lead to drifts of the position of each image in the mosaic. In this paper, we introduce a two-step optimization method for mosaicking UAV sequence images which can correct the homographies and improve the position of each image in the mosaic. Experimental results will also be presented.
