Abstract: 在 H2 O / CH3 OH 摩 尔 比 为 1. 3、 液 空 速 为 1. 5 h- 1 、 反 应 温 度 为 220 ℃ 条 件 下 , 对 甲 醇 水 蒸 汽 重 整 制 氢 Cu /Zn / ( Fe, Mn, Cr) / AlO 催 化 剂 性 能 进 行 了 考 察 . 研 究 表 明 , Cr 的 加 入 可 以 显 著 提 高 甲 醇 的 转 化 率 , 降 低 出 口 气 体中 的 CO 含 量 . 与 Cu60 Zn30 Al10 催 化 剂 相 比 , Cu30 Zn15 Cr45 Al10 催 化 剂 出 口 气 体 中 CO 的 含 量 降 低 54% , 甲 醇 的 转 化 率 提 高 约 20% .

Abstract: 分别以松树“三剩物”(即松树锯屑、边皮板、松针)为栽培材料,采用菌引法,进行温室和露天坑穴生料覆土2种栽培方式的茯苓栽培试验。结果表明以散锯屑、边皮板、锯屑压制2号为原料栽培的生物学效率以及散锯木栽培、边皮板栽培的成活率都优于对照段木栽培,且温室散锯木栽培平均生物学效率达27.95%,也高于对照段木茯苓栽培。?

Abstract:
本研究探讨了网络用户对剩男剩女的社会态度。采用微博文本情感倾向分析的方法对1000条新浪原创微博进行态度研究。采用微博文本情感倾向分析的方法对1000条新浪原创微博进行态度研究,其结果显示微博用户对剩男剩女群体持负向态度。另对标签为剩男剩女的60名新浪微博用户近期发表的900条原创微博进行情感倾向性分析,发现剩男剩女群体的微博呈中性态度,且剩男和剩女的微博关注话题存在明显性别差异。本研究结果对于社会正确理性看待逐渐增多的剩男剩女具有一定的启示意义,对剩男剩女在择偶问题上树立正确择偶观具有引导作用。
This study investigated the Internet users’ social attitude towards leftover males and females. Re-lated to the topic of leftover males and females, 1000 original micro-blog messages selected from Sina Weibo were used to identify the emotional tendencies of these messages. The results showed that the micro-blog users held negative attitude towards leftover males and females. In addition, the emotional tendencies of the 900 original micro-blog messages that were recently published from 60 Sina Weibo users who were marked by leftover males or females were analyzed as well. The results showed that the emotional tendencies of these messages were neutral. Besides, there were dramatically differences on the topics focused by leftover males and females. The research not only induces a rational social attitude towards leftover males and females, but also plays a guiding role for them in setting up the correct conception on choosing spouse.

Abstract: In this paper, the use of surfactants for solubilization of hydrophobic organic dyes (mainly solvent and disperse dyes) has been reviewed. The effect of parameters such as the chemical structures of the surfactant and the dye, addition of salt and of polyelectrolytes, pH, and temperature on dye solubilization has been discussed. Surfactant self-assemble into micelles in aqueous solution and below the concentration where this occurs—the critical micelle concentration (CMC)—there is no solubilization. Above the CMC, the amount of solubilized dye increases linearly with the increase in surfactant concentration. It is demonstrated that different surfactants work best for different dyes. In general, nonionic surfactants have higher solubilization power than anionic and cationic surfactants. It is likely that the reason for the good performance of nonionic surfactants is that they allow dyes to be accommodated not only in the inner, hydrocarbon part of the micelle but also in the headgroup shell. It is demonstrated that the location of a dye in a surfactant micelle can be assessed from the absorption spectrum of the dye-containing micellar solution.

Abstract: an important property of micelles with particular significance in pharmacy is their ability to increase the solubility of poorly soluble drugs in water, thus increasing their bioavailability. in this work, the solubilization of ibuprofen (ibu) was studied in micellar solutions of three surfactants possessing the same hydrocarbon tail but different hydrophilic head groups, namely sodium dodecyl sulphate (sds), dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide (dtab), and n-dodecyl octa(ethylene oxide) (c12eo8). the results showed that, irrespective of the surfactant type, the solubility of ibu increased linearly with increasing surfactant concentration, as a consequence of the association between the drug and the micelles. the 80 mm dtab and the 80 mm c12eo8 micellar solutions resulted in a 16-fold increase in solubility of ibu when compared to the buffer solution, whereas the 80 mm sds micellar solution resulted in a 5.5-fold increase in ibu solubility. the highest value of molar solubilization capacity (c) was obtained with dtab, c = 0.97, followed by c12eo8 ,c = 0.72, and finally sds, c = 0.23. however, due to the stronger tendency of the nonionic surfactant in forming micelles in solution, at the same surfactant concentration, we obtained the same solubility of ibu in both dtab and c12eo8.

Abstract: ?目的用黑腹果蝇的生存试验来检测烹调剩油对黑腹果蝇寿命的影响.方法收集8h内羽化而未交配的果蝇进行雌雄分组,每个浓度组200只果蝇,雌雄各8个浓度组,每2天记录果蝇存活数,每4天更换培养基,直至果蝇全部死亡.结果各浓度组雌雄果蝇在半数死亡时间、平均寿命和平均最高寿命等指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.01).结论表明烹调油烟有明显缩短果蝇寿命的作用.
Effect of various parameters on the efficiency of zinc phosphate solubilization by indigenous bacterial isolates

Abstract: Zinc phosphate solubilization efficiency of ten soil bacteria were studied for various parameters like carbon sources, temperature, pH, variable concentration of sodium chloride and glucose. For majority of the isolates 20oC was appeared to be the optimum temperature for solubilization of zinc phosphate. Glucose was the most favorable carbon source for solubilization while lactose is the least favorable carbon source. pH 7 was the most favorable pH for solubilization while at pH 4 no growth and solubilization was seen. Except CMG859, no isolate solubilized at pH 8 and 9. CMG851 (Acinetobacter lwoffi) and CMG852 showed enhanced solubilization in presence of 1% sodium chloride. 1% glucose is required for the solubilization of zinc phosphate and no solubilization was appeared in presence of 0.1% glucose. CMG851 (A. lwoffi), CMG 860 (pseudomonas aeruginosa) CMG 857 (Bacillus thuringiensis) were found to be the most promising isolates.
