Abstract: 为研究耐蚀性更高但生产成本与传统热镀锌成本相当的新镀层,制备了添加微量钛元素的热浸镀锌层,分别从表观质量、镀层厚度、电化学测试、盐雾腐蚀试验和全浸实验考察了添加微量钛元素对热浸镀锌层性能的影响,扫描电镜观察盐雾试验后镀层表面形貌。结果表明,添加微量钛以后镀层表观质量有所提高,镀层厚度明显减薄,镀层在海水中耐蚀性能提高。微量钛添加量为0.03%~0.04%时耐蚀效果最佳。

Abstract: A way of solving hydrogen diffusion equation in the double layer system of hot dip aluminum steel is put forward on the basis of the second Fick diffusion law. Hydrogen diffusion behavior in the system is studied with electrochemical method according to the results mentioned above. The diffusion coefficient and activation energy of hydrogen in the double layer system at different temperature is also measured.

Abstract: The effects of ultrasonic wave on the structure and properties of the hot dip galvanized coating were studied. It was shown that under the action of high\|intensity ultrasonic wave there was no fragile Fe\|Zn intermetallic compound layer in the coating; the structure,surface quality, adhesiveness and corrosion resistance of the coating were improved remarkably. The mechanism of such improvements is theoretically discussed on the basis of acoustics.

Abstract: New development of hot dip zinc alloy coating technology was reviewed.A Zn-Ni-Bi bath for hot dip galvanizing of reactive steels is better than that of the traditional zinc bath or Zn-Ni alloy bath;the addition of Sn to the galvanizing bath can retard the excessive growth of the zinc-iron alloy layer on reactive steel (>0.25%Si),the relevant mechanism is that a continuous film,which can hinders Fe-Zn intermetallic layer growth,will form on the top of the intermetallic layer due to tin in the bath.The industrial applications of hot dip galvanizing technology of Zn-Sn-Ni-Bi,Zn-Sn-V(Ni)and Al-Sn-Bi alloy were also introduced.

Abstract: A new method has been developed for ultrasonic hot dip Re\|Al coating basing on flux method. During the hot dip process, ultrasonic vibration plays a role of microalloying and fragment in the coating, the anti\|corrosion of the coating is improved remarkably. And this coating also does not influence the fracture strength of the substrate. The kinetics of the coating thickning in the ultrasonic hot dip process has been studied. An optimization criterion for anti\|corrosion of ultrasonic hot dip Re\|Al coatings is suggested.

Abstract: 为探讨薄壳山核桃根系水浸提液对小麦、大豆的影响,采用蒸馏水浸提法收集薄壳山核桃根系化感物质,并运用室内生物测定法检测不同浓度(0.025、0.05和0.1 g·mL-1)根系水浸提液对小麦、大豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:各浓度处理的根系水浸提液对小麦、大豆萌发及幼苗生长的化感抑制作用较为显著,且具有显著的浓度效应(浓度低抑制作用弱,浓度高抑制作用强);薄壳山核桃根系水浸提液对小麦、大豆种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势和活力指数的抑制作用分别依次为:活力指数>发芽势>发芽指数>发芽率和活力指数>发芽势>发芽率>发芽指数;薄壳山核桃根系水浸提液各浓度处理对小麦、大豆幼苗根长、苗高、鲜质量和干质量的化感效应均为:根长>苗高>鲜质量>干质量,其中薄壳山核桃根系水浸提液对2种受体植物幼苗根长均有显著的抑制作用,而对幼苗干、鲜质量的影响则因受体植物种类的不同而不同;薄壳山核桃根系水浸提液对2种受体植物的综合化感效应顺序为:小麦>大豆;生长7 d的幼苗体内,SOD活性降低,MDA含量、POD活性和CAT活性与对照相比均随浓度的增加而增加。综合分析认为:小麦对薄壳山核桃根系水浸提液更为敏感。

Abstract: We present cluster-DMFT (CTQMC) calculations based on a downfolded tight-binding model in order to study the electronic structure of vanadium dioxide (VO_2) both in the low-temperature (M_1) and high-temperature (rutile) phases. Motivated by the recent efforts directed towards tuning the physical properties of VO_2 by depositing films on different supporting surfaces of different orientations we performed calculations for different geometries for both phases. In order to investigate the effects of the different growing geometries we applied both contraction and expansion for the lattice parameter along the rutile c-axis in the 3-dimensional translationally invariant systems miming the real situation. Our main focus is to identify the mechanisms governing the formation of the gap characterizing the M_1 phase and its dependence on strain. We found that the increase of the band-width with compression along the axis corresponding to the rutile c-axis is more important than the Peierls bonding-antibonding splitting.
