Abstract: ?南昆线主要通过云贵高原区,沿线岩溶广布,长达375ktn,溶洞发育。由于高原山区岩溶发育的特殊性和岩溶时空分布的复杂性,二院在设计时高度重视,除采取其它有效措施外,还专门立项对高原溶洞发育规律进行研究,目的是通过实地调査和理论研究,探讨高原山区溶洞发育和分布规律,以期对岩溶隧道的定性预测提出意见。实地调査分两次进行,共调查了五个不同地貌类型的地区,包括十座施工中已碰到溶洞的隧道。本文以其中前三个地区调查资料为基础,对高原山区溶洞发育规律进行了初步研究。

Abstract: 为了加强陕西省农业干旱风险评估和应急管理能力,以10个地级市为研究对象,选择表征农业干旱风险的危害性、暴露性、脆弱性和抗旱能力等方面的17个代表性指标,建立了具有区域适用性的农业干旱风险评价指标体系;基于模糊聚类循环迭代方法构建了农业干旱风险评估模型,并结合GIS技术,对陕西省农业干旱风险进行评估和区划研究。结果表明:全省农业干旱风险具有明显的区域差异性和规律性,极严重-严重干旱风险区主要分布在榆林、渭南、商洛地区;中度干旱风险区主要分布在延安、宝鸡和咸阳地区;一般-轻度干旱风险区主要分布在铜川、安康、西安和汉中地区,农业干旱风险总体呈北部地区大于南部地区,关中东部地区高于西部地区的特点。依据研究结果,为管理部门决策制定提出了不同风险区抗旱减灾措施建议。
Agricultural drought risk of 10 cities were investigated to strengthen agricultural drought risk assessment and emergency management capacity in Shaanxi by a fuzzy clustering iterative model. The assessing system was constructed by selected 17 representative indexes (including hazard, exposure, vulnerability and resilience)of agricultural drought risk. Further more, GIS technology was used in agricultural drought risk zoning. The results showed that difference and regularity was obvious among the spatial distribution of agricultural drought risk in different regions. The regions exhibiting high to very high risk,were mainly distributed throughout Yulin in Northern Shaanxi, Weinan and Shangluo. The regions exhibiting moderate risk were mainly distributed throughout Yanan, Baoji and Xianyang. The regions exhibiting slight to low risk were mainly distributed in Tongchuan, Ankang, Xi’an and Hangzhong. Agricultural drought risk in northern Shaanxi was relatively stronger than that in the Southern, while drought risk in the eastern Guanzhong was higher than in the western. Finally, adaptive measures and suggestions were proposed according to the respective characteristics of drought risk regions. The findings could provide a reference for administrative department to make a decision on drought mitigation.

Abstract: A scenario seismic hazard analysis was performed for the city of Tianshui. The scenario hazard analysis utilized the best available geologic and seismological information as well as composite source model (i.e., ground motion simulation) to derive ground motion hazards in terms of acceleration time histories, peak values (e.g., peak ground acceleration and peak ground velocity), and response spectra. This study confirms that Tianshui is facing significant seismic hazard, and certain mitigation measures, such as better seismic design for buildings and other structures, should be developed and implemented. This study shows that PGA of 0.3?g (equivalent to Chinese intensity VIII) should be considered for seismic design of general building and PGA of 0.4?g (equivalent to Chinese intensity IX) for seismic design of critical facility in Tianshui. 1. Introduction The city of Tianshui, located in the southeastern part of the Gansu Province, China, is home to approximately 3.5?million citizens. Tianshui sits along the northeastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau (Figure 1). It is a center for manufacturing textiles, machinery, and appliances in northwestern China. Almost half a million people reside in its urban area. The interaction between the Eurasian and Indian Plates has been the driving mechanism for the high level of seismicity on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and its foreland throughout the Cenozoic. During the late Eocene, the north moving Indian Plate collided with the Eurasian. This continued indentation caused crustal thickening and strike-slip faulting throughout the plateau (Figure 1). As shown in Figure 1, there are several major faults, including Haiyuan, East Kunlun, and West Qingling north boundary faults, surrounding Tianshui. Tianshui experienced more than 30 damaging earthquakes in the past 2,000?years. The earthquake that had the most significant impact (intensity X or greater) on the city of Tianshui is the M7.5 Tianshui earthquake of 734 AD [1]. The most recent large earthquake affecting Tianshui was the May 12, 2008, 7.9 Wenchuan earthquake. The 2008 Wenchuan earthquake caused damages (intensity VI/VII) in Tianshui. More than 80,000 human lives were lost as a result of the Wenchuan earthquake, with approximately U.S. $110 billion damage [2]. Abstract: Groundwater pollution prevention mapping has important meaning to groundwater protection, pollution prevention and effective management. A mapping method was built through combining groundwater pollution risk assessment, groundwater value and wellhead protection area zoning. To make the method more accurate, two series of uncertainty analysis were performed and discussed. One was performed by changing the weights of the toxicity, mobility and degradation of pollutants, and the other was by changing the weights of groundwater pollution risk, groundwater value and wellhead protection area zoning. The results showed that the weights of groundwater pollution risk, groundwater value and wellhead protection area zoning were more sensitive than the weights of toxicity, mobility and degradation of pollutants.

Abstract: 森林功能区划作为县级森林可持续经营规划编制的基础性工作,可以从整体上发挥森林的多功能特性。以江西省崇义县为研究对象,依据崇义县二类调查资料,采用以乡镇为基本单位分析各乡镇林种并根据已划分的自然保护区、森林公园、水系分布等对研究地进行功能区划的方法,对崇义县进行地理空间分区,将崇义县划分为水土保持区、自然保护区、木材生产区、森林风景旅游区以及河岸区域5个功能区。各功能区的经营分别以每个功能区期望达到的理想状况、为了达到或维持理想状况而应执行或满足的标准两部分进行介绍。为我国县域森林功能区划及功能区管理提供了理论依据和决策参考。
As basic work of compiling county-level forest sustainable management project, forest functional zoning can make forest achieve multi-functions. Taking Congyi County, Jiangxi Province as an example, based on the data of forest resource inventory, forest categories of each township (the basic unit) were analyzed, and the methods of classifying nature reserve, forest park and distribution of the waters within the county were referred. Five functional zones were divided in the county, including areas of soil and water conservation, nature reserve, timber production, forest scenic tour and recreation, and riparian. The management of each functional zone consisted of desired future condition and standards established to help achieve or maintain the desired condition. Abstract: The research explores the subject of zoning effect on price value of a house in a certain designated zone. Zoning is defined as a land under planned use. This results in price value of the land. As the area of the land decreases an increase in price occurs. This research does not specify the magnitude of a certain unit by which a housing price will increase or decrease but it estimates the housing option value. This research helps the policy makers to improve long term policy decisions. This research will showcase zoning effects on housing option value for the specific zones in the city of Normal. The observations are taken for different parcels of total neighborhoods in the city of Normal. This research will use hedonic model for conducting a regression analysis on the subject. The hypothesis taken into consideration before starting the research is to prove that more 50 percent variation in the housing price is affected by the zoning characteristics. This research will try to prove the hypothesis by comparing the assessed values with the predicted values from the model.

Abstract: Based on the sift research and changing data of land use from 1996 to 2008, the current situation and changes of land-use spatial structure in Tianshui were analyzed by applying GIS technology and quantitative geographic model. The results indicated that there were obvious internal differences in land-use spatial structure. Firstly, the diversity index of spatial structure was comparatively high; Secondly, the garden plots and traffic lands increased obviously, though the index of land use degree fluctuated little since 1996, decreasing slightly as a whole; Thirdly, the information entropy of land use increased generally, and the total land use tended to random, the disorder degree of lands begins to increase and the types of land use are in a period of adjustment.

Abstract: Content zoning can be understood as a segmentation of textual documents into zones. This is inspired by [6] who initially proposed an approach for the argumentative zoning of textual documents. With the prototypical CoZo+ engine, we focus on content zoning towards an automatic processing of textual streams while considering only the actors as the zones. We gain information that can be used to realize an automatic recognition of content for pre-defined actors. We understand CoZo+ as a necessary pre-step towards an automatic generation of summaries and to make intellectual ownership of documents detectable.
