「服務科學」背景下圖書情報機構的服務創新 Applying “Service Science” to Service Innovation in Library and Information Institutions  [PDF]

Abstract: IBM所得出之SSME(Services Sciences, Management, and Engineering)實為圖書情報機構的創新服務。服務是一種創造與獲取價值的人與人之間的互動。服務科學與服務創新是兩個不同的概念,卻具有緊密的聯繫。服務科學包含了服務創新,而服務創新是「服務科學」的一個重要內容,也是實現「服務科學」的一個重要途徑。因此,在「服務科學」的背景下,傳統的服務創新方式已難以滿足用戶的需求。圖書情報機構要實現「以人為中心」,就要實現體驗型服務和專業化服務;而要實現「創造價值」,則需要實現創新型服務。最後,文章以上海圖書館為實例,對圖書情報機構實現服務創新進行了解釋說明。 SSME (Service Sciences, Management, and Engineering), a concept created by IBM, is essentially the same as service innovation for library and information institutions. When service is provided, it brings interaction between people, in which value is created and acquired. “Service science” and “service innovation” are two different concepts, but are closely related to each other. Service science includes service innovation; on the other hand, service innovation is one of the important concepts of service science and it also is an important way of realizing service science. Under the notion of service science, the old methods of traditional service can no longer meet the needs of the user. Therefore, library and information institutions should provide experience service and professional service to realize the people-centered service and implement innovation service to create value. In the end of this paper, the example of Shanghai Library is given to illustrate the viewpoints of the authors.
流通館員情緒勞務與情緒耗竭之調查研究: 以大學圖書館之刁難讀者服務為例 A Survey of Circulation Librarians’ Emotional Labor and Emotional Exhaustion: The Case of Difficult Patron Service in University Libraries

Abstract: 身處圖書館服務的第一線,流通館員在面對刁難讀者時,往往須投注相當之「情緒勞務」,亦即付出心力維持和悅的表情與友善的態度。本文呈現問卷調查的結果,分別探究台灣地區大學圖書館之流通館員遭遇刁難讀者頻次、流通館員情緒勞務以及情緒耗竭之程度,同時,分析流通館員個人背景因素對其遭遇刁難讀者頻次、情緒勞務及情緒耗竭程度三者之影響,以及遭遇刁難讀者頻次與情緒勞務及情緒耗竭程度之間的相關性。研究結果顯示,大學圖書館流通館員「很少」或「偶爾」遭遇刁難讀者,而其遭遇之刁難讀者以「外向歸因型」及「挑剔型」居多。然而,流通館員確實屬於高情緒勞務工作者,其情緒勞務偏重在處理他人負面情緒與表達個人正面情緒兩方面。此外,流通館員「很少」或僅是「偶爾」有情緒耗竭的感覺。整體而言,流通館員遭遇刁難讀者的頻次與情緒耗竭程度呈現正相關,而館員之情緒勞務和情緒耗竭的程度則呈現負相關。 At the front line of library service, circulation librarians devote considerable efforts to performing “emotional labor”, i.e., maintaining a pleasant manner while dealing with difficult patrons. Using questionnaires, this study examines frequency of encountering difficult patrons, emotional labor, and degree of emotional exhaustion among university circulation librarians in Taiwan. Meanwhile, the current study also analyzes effects of circulation librarians’ personal background factors on these three variables, and the correlation between them. The results suggested that university circulation librarians “scarcely” or “occasionally” encountered difficult patrons, among whom the most frequently encountered types were the “externally attributive” and “critical” ones. Nevertheless, circulation librarians were found high emotional labor workers who mostly performed emotional labor along the dimensions of “dealing with others’ negative emotions” and “expressing one’s positive emotions”. Besides, circulation librarians “scarcely” or “occasionally” felt emotionally exhausted. In general, a positive correlation was found between librarians’ frequency of encountering difficult patrons and degree of emotional exhaustion, while a negative correlation was found between librarians’ emotional labor and degree of emotional exhaustion.

Abstract: 目的?开展医院科务公开督查工作,了解全院各科室科务公开工作进展情况,收集员工最在意的问题。方法?2013年11月-12月采用问卷调查为主,结合参与科室各种会议、访谈科室员工、查阅文档资料等其他方式开展督查。结果?科务公开度为(78.39±18.55)%。其中公开较好的科务为政策类科务(>85%),公开度得分较低(<75%)且员工反映较集中的科务为科研及学术任职类、财务收支及酬金分配类、人事安排和培养类科务。结论?科室足够重视、关注员工重视的问题、合理利用公开方式、有力监督和充分利用监督结果是提升科务公开度的有效举措。

《史记?八书》校改理据研究  [PDF]

Abstract: 最新出版的《史记》中华书局修订本,共列出校勘记3946条,涉及改动文字的有1250条。其中“八书”部分452条,涉及改动文字的有151条,与点校本原有140余处改动相比,在数字上相差并不大,基本符合《修订凡例》规定的“修订本以原点校本为基础”的原则。而具体情况则复杂得多,修订本“八书”部分新增36条改动,对点校本原改动之处作不同处理的也有26条。对两本异同情况的研究,特别是校改理据的研究,是《史记》文献学和古籍整理研究的重要内容。
The latest revised version of Shiji史记(Historical Records)published by Zhonghua Book Company has listed 3, 946 notes of collation in total, of which 1,250 notes are used to alter words. There are 452 notes in the part of Bashu八书(Eight Treaties), covering 151 notes for altering words. Compared with the revisions(over 140)in the punctuated edition, there is no significant difference in the number of revisions, which is basically in accordance with the rule requiring revised version to be based on the original punctuated one in Revision Guide. However, when it comes to a particular case, things will be more complex. The part of Bashu in the revised edition adds 36 changes. Besides, there are 26 alterations distinct from those in the punctuated edition. The study on the differences between the two versions, especially on the motivations for such alterations, occupies an important place in the area of edition and textual studies of Shiji and other ancient Chinese classics

Abstract: 在20世纪的戴震学研究中,戴震的“以情?情”说是学者们讨论的重要论题。许多学者对于“以情?情”是否能够“得理”从而可以指导人们的普遍伦理行为提出质疑和批评,这种批评似乎形成了一个传统。戴震的“以情?情”说作为一种道德决策和检验的思想程序,不过是主张他人的情感欲望成为我的情感欲望实现的一种限制,不存在不能提供衡量人之情感欲望之正当性的普遍标准和侵犯他人自由的问题。“以情?情”能够“得理”,从而可以指导人们的普遍的伦理行为。戴震“以情?情”说的提出确实标志着一种不同于宋明理学的“乾嘉新义理”的完全成立。

Abstract: 据英《新科学家》1999年8月14日报道美国纽瓦克的戈雷恩特普赖斯发明了一种新式的消防队员穿的工作服,既薄又轻便舒适。原来的消防服很笨重,外层是用结实的开夫拉纤维编织的,内层是用于防止热流侵入的多层的夹层,另外还有一层塞满填料的用来隔热的厚厚的衬里,穿上后既笨重又不舒适。新式的消防服解决了这个问题,它由内外两层薄薄的密封衣料构成可以充气的气囊。在内外层之间的气囊内有双金属片,它随温度的变化改变形状。当周围的温度在21℃时,气囊之间的空隙只有4毫米,而当火灾现场的温度上升时,气囊就充气膨胀,内外层之间的空隙可达17毫米。在冷却后,这种金属材料就回到原来的厚度。

Abstract: 为了探讨观点采择与共情倾向对高中教师共情反应的影响,164名高中教师完成了人际反应指数量表,并在三种不同的观点采择指导语下完成共情反应问卷。结果表明:(1)观点采择通过指导语操作检验有效;(2)情感观点采择下的共情反应显著高于认知观点采择下的共情反应;认知观点采择下的共情反应显著高于技术观点采择下的共情反应;(3)情感观点采择通过共情倾向的部分中介作用对共情反应产生影响,认知观点采择通过共情倾向的完全中介作用对共情反应产生影响。
