基于PERT/CPM的关键链管理  [PDF]

Abstract: ?网络规划技术是现代项目管理技术的重要组成部分。本文在对传统PERT/CPM网络规划方法分析的基础上,针对PERT三点估计在应用上的缺陷,引入TheoryofConstraint(TOC),并对PERT三点估计给出一种全新的解释。在新的解释下,TOC思想在项目规划中的运用被称为关键链管理(CCPM),强调在项目实施过程中加强对关键链的管理。为此,本文提出了一个基于三点估计的关键链管理的新方法,并通过实例论证关键链管理作为一种新的项目管理方法可以接近或者超过PERT/CPM的平均效果。

Abstract: Most organizations around the world have discovered that the strategy of customer satisfaction translates very rapidly to higher profit and productivity. We show here how some simple Operations Research methods can be used to achieve better customer satisfaction. The methods of CPM and PERT were used to analyze a process that delivers service to customers in an organization faced with the problem of providing additional parking space for its customers’ trucks. By reducing and stabilizing the process cycle time, the problem was solved, saving the company the cost of leasing more parking lots for the customers’ trucks. In addition, the customers were happy with less time spent in the company’s premises.

Abstract: this work proposes a computational model based on pert/cpm graphs to represent power system restoration plans. this model can be automatically derived using the precedence list represented by the restoration actions. this method was successfully applied to a restoration plan developed for a south-brazilian power network, generating satisfactory results.

Abstract: 分析了现代精益造船模式下要求的船舶分段建造流程以及国内船厂生产计划的制定方式,利用计划评审技术(PERT),结合关键路径法(CPM),自动生成船舶分段产品建造计划,并在工期和成本方面对建造计划进行了协调与优化.基于MS-Project软件,用VBA编制了实用程序,并以大连某船厂建造的某油船为实例进行了计划编排与优化.与生产实际对比表明,该计划方法是可行的,为船舶建造初期制定生产计划提供了一种实用简便的方法.

Abstract: The pragmatic approach to coded continuous-phase modulation (CPM) is proposed as a capacity-achieving low-complexity alternative to the serially-concatenated CPM (SC-CPM) coding scheme. In this paper, we first perform a selection of the best spectrally-efficient CPM modulations to be embedded into SC-CPM schemes. Then, we consider the pragmatic capacity (a.k.a. BICM capacity) of CPM modulations and optimize it through a careful design of the mapping between input bits and CPM waveforms. The so obtained schemes are cascaded with an outer serially-concatenated convolutional code to form a pragmatic coded-modulation system. The resulting schemes exhibit performance very close to the CPM capacity without requiring iterations between the outer decoder and the CPM demodulator. As a result, the receiver exhibits reduced complexity and increased flexibility due to the separation of the demodulation and decoding functions.

Abstract: This paper concentrates on monitoring projects through the PERT and MILESTONES. Complex, multilayered and distributed projects require a series of activities, some of which must be preferred sequentially and others parallely. This collection of series and parallel tasks can be modeled as a network. PERT is statistical technique applied to such a networks. In this paper we attempted to simulate the PERT networks and graphically represented the tasks along with their inter dependencies. Here project identifies the critical and non-critical tasks and evaluates the critical path to determine which tasks have an impact on the schedule. Once a project has advanced to the phase of performance, the focus shifts from the discovery to tracking and reviewing it. MILESTONES are used to track the progress of the project at different stages and the PERT chart, on continual basis. This paper integrated both these techniques for an efficient and easier monitoring. In order to reap the results of the project sooner, we gave a provision to reduce the scheduled completion time with minimum cost burden. This can be achieved by assigning more labor and resources to the various activities.
