Growth responses and phytoremediation potential of Artemisia selengensis to Cd stress

Abstract: Artemisia selengensis grown in Dongting Lake wetland was recently found as a plant with good capacity in enriching Cd. A pot experiment was conducted to study the biological traits and the Cd accumulation characteristics of Artemisia selengensis to Cd stress during its growth period. The final results showed that the leaves were injured apparently in response to significant decrease of above-ground biomass when Cd concentrations in soil were higher than 40 mg·kg-1. Artemisia selengensis could complete its life cycle at a high Cd concentration (100 mg·kg-1) and showed strong resistence to soil Cd. The bioavailable Cd accounted for 15.3%~37.1% of total soil Cd. There were no significant differences of Cd concentrations in the plants during their different growth phases, but a lower Cd accumulation was observed in stems and leaves at the seedling stage than the other stages because of low biomass. During the adult stage of Artemisia selengensis, Cd accumulation was up to 492~588 mg·kg-1 under the Cd treatment of 40~60 mg·kg-1. These data suggested that Artemisia selengensis was an outstanding species that could be selected as a potential candidate to repair Cd pollution from lake soil.

Abstract: 为了解决藜蒿(Artemisia selengensis)人工去叶效率低和成本高的问题,设计了一种气吸式藜蒿去叶机。对气吸式藜蒿去叶机的自动开合夹、自动去叶组件等关键零部件进行设计,并对相关运动参数进行分析,得到各部件之间的运动关系式。试制样机并进行试验分析,通过正交试验得出最佳运动参数为:自动开合夹移动速度为0.120 m/s、凸轮转速为50 r/min、轴流风机风压为100 Pa;样机在此最佳参数下的实验结果表明,该气吸式藜蒿去叶机工作时对藜蒿的夹取率为98%、去叶合格率为89%,具备较好的实用性。
A kind of air suction type Artemisia selengensis leaves removing machine was designed to solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor cost of artificially removing leaves of A. selengensis,which consists of the transport part and removing leaves part. Automatic opening and closing clips,automatic removal of leaf components and other key components were designed. The relevant motion parameters were analyzed to obtain the motion relation between the components. The prototype was manufactured and tested with orthogonal test. The optimal motion parameters of the prototype obtained are as follows:the speed of the automatic opening and closing clip is 0.120 m/s,the cam speed is 50 r/min,and the axial pressure of the axial fan is 100 Pa. Results showed that the entrainment rate of the machine was 98% and the qualified rate of removing leaves was 89% with a good practicality. It will provide a new direction for the studies on removing A. selengensis leaves mechanically.

Abstract: 以洞庭湖湿地新发现的Cd高富集植物——蒌蒿(Artemisiaselengensis)为试验材料,采用盆栽方式,系统研究了蒌蒿在生长期内对Cd的性状反应及富集特征.结果表明,大于40mg·kg-1的Cd胁迫对蒌蒿叶片伤害明显,且导致生物量下降,但植株在100mg·kg-1胁迫下可完成生活史,对Cd有较强的耐受能力;土壤中有效态Cd的含量仅占土壤全Cd含量的15.3%~37.1%;相同胁迫浓度下,各生长阶段的植株体内Cd含量差别不大,但由于生物量的原因,幼苗期对Cd的提取量显著小于其他时期,其中40~60mg·kg-1的Cd处理可使蒌蒿地上部分Cd含量达492~588mg·kg-1(成株期),且植株对该浓度范围的Cd污染去除效果最好;蒌蒿可作为对湿地土壤Cd污染较理想的修复植物加以研究和利用.

Abstract: 根际细菌的筛选研究有助于构建有效的植物-微生物联合修复体系.采用稀释平板法从蒌蒿根际土壤中分离耐Cd产酸的根际细菌,并对菌株Pb2+、Cu2+和Sb3+的耐受性,分泌吲哚乙酸(IAA)、铁载体、解磷特性及对土壤中Cd的活化效果进行了测定,基于形态特性、生理生化测定和16SrDNA序列分析对目标菌株进行了分类鉴定.结果表明,从蒌蒿根际土壤中分离到能耐50mg/L镉浓度且产酸能力较强的根际细菌1株T3,菌株T3对Pb2+、Cu2+和Sb3+均具一定的耐受性,能分泌一定量的IAA和铁载体,但不具解磷特性,能明显增加土壤中有效态镉的含量,经鉴定可初步确定为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillussp.).为进一步研究其在蒌蒿修复镉污染土壤中的作用奠定了基础.

Abstract: 研究蒌叶对糖化曲的糖化力、干酵母的酵母数及糖化曲和干酵母组成的糖化发酵剂的发酵性能的影响,探索小曲制作过程中蒌叶的最佳添加量、加水量、培养温度和培养时间,及糖化曲和干酵母的最适配比。通过检测糖化力、酵母数及发酵能力,确定最佳工艺条件为:分别添加3.5%及7%~10.5%的蒌叶,加水量90%,27℃~30℃的温度下培养4 d,制成的糖化曲的糖化力最强,干酵母数最大。小曲中糖化曲占96%~98%、干酵母占2%~4%组合配比,能满足生产清爽型山兰黄酒的要求。适量添加蒌叶对小曲的质量提高有促进作用。

Abstract: 为了有效防治栝蒌根结线虫,调查了安徽省潜山县栝蒌根结线虫及其发生,并分析了栝蒌根围土壤线虫的组成。通过线虫形态学鉴定,认为潜山栝蒌上的根结线虫为Meloidogyneincognita。栝蒌根围土壤中有口针线虫占调查总量的50.7%,根结线虫2龄幼虫(J2)占31.8%。对当年栝蒌J2在土壤表、中、下层的分布和年发生调查结果表明,J2在各层的分布量因月份不同而不同,并分别于3月初到9月中旬间出现2次虫口高峰;防治试验结果表明,除有机肥外,各试验小区在施药后49天J2虫口相对减退率在89.6%以上;施药后124天,克线丹和1.8%阿维菌素处理的小区增果率为250%~480%,收到很好的防效。

Abstract: <正>栝蒌薤白类方是《金匮要略》中治疗胸痹心痛的主要方剂,迄今仍被临床沿用。近年来,随着对经方研究的不断深入,运用该类方药治疗肺系疾病亦取得了满意的临床疗效。为了探讨栝蒌薤白类方在肺系疾病中的应用规律,笔者对国内近10年来应用栝蒌薤白类方治疗肺系疾病的概况作一评述。1胸痹理论与肺系疾病的关系胸痹最早载于《内经》,《灵枢?本藏》中说:“肺大则多饮,善病胸痹、喉痹、逆气”,首先明确了胸痹与肺的关系。至汉代张仲景则正式提出了“胸痹”的病证名称和证治特点,并在《金匮要略》中列出专篇进行讨论。
