Abstract:

本文基于TRIZ理论,对现阶段塑胶管喷码易错位的问题进行分析并提出了优化方案。通过TRIZ理论的分析,可以充分的抓住系统中的各部分资源,发现系统中的各矛盾成因以及系统的进化方向,更好的解决系统中的技术问题。本文通过问题定义、最终理想解(IFR)定义、资源分析与因果分析等方法对该问题系统进行详细的剖析,并最终运用TRIZ发明原理提出了一系列解决方案,最终对方案的创新性与可行性进行了评价。
This article analyzes the marking dislocation of plastic pipe and proposes several optimized schemes based on TRIZ theory. Through TRIZ theory, we grasp the resources of every part efficiently and discover various original causes of contradictions and the evolution direction of the system so that the problems of this system are solved more efficiently. The technology system is analyzed in detail through problem definition, ideal final result (IFR) definition, resource analysis and causal analysis. Finally, a series of solutions are put forward by using TRIZ inventive principles. At the end of this paper, the innovation and feasibility of the solutions are evaluated.
