用背散射电子成分像对几种晶型阿利特的早期水化活性差别的定量评价

Abstract:

采用固相法合成硅酸三钙(c3s)和阿利特,通过掺杂不同含量的mgo得到几种典型晶型的阿利特。利用x线衍射仪(xrd)测定阿利特的晶型,发现mgo掺杂量为0、0.5%、1.0%和2.0%(质量分数)时,阿利特在室温下能够分别以t1、t1+m1、m1及m3型稳定存在。通过image-pro-plus(ipp)软件对阿利特水化早期(3、7及14d)样品的背散射电子像进行定量分析,测定不同颗粒尺寸范围内4种晶型阿利特的水化程度。结果表明:对水化活性最敏感的粒径范围为>6~17μm,水化早期4种晶型阿利特的水化活性由小到大依次为t1、t1+m1、m3和m1。
